I am a four-person household. Through the rural housing renovation project for old houses over 50 years old, I was able to receive funding at a 2% lower interest rate, as well as a reduction in acquisition tax and survey fees. I could renovate my house without financial burden through the Rural Intelligence Fund at a really low interest rate of 0.5%. You can receive support for up to 70% of the total project cost, up to 1 billion won for a year. This includes material costs, prototype production costs, labor costs, marketing costs, and all other necessary auxiliary costs for the business, so you can really make good use of it. As I mentioned, the benefits are so good that the competition rate based on last year was about 15 to 1, which can be considered somewhat high, but it's also 25 to 1.

There are a lot of licenses, and just by supporting, without submitting any documents, there are licenses in any case. Also, since there are a lot of licenses in this area, there is no need to think that I won't make it because the competition rate is high. I hope you don't hesitate and challenge yourself. Next is the Rural Intelligence Fund. You must reside in the jurisdiction for more than 3 months, and the limit is up to 100 million won. The interest rate is an incredibly low 0.5%, not just 5%. Depending on the type of business, the limit varies. In the case of the rural homestay business I received support for, the limit was about 20 million won. Although the support limit is relatively lower compared to other businesses, it is still very useful. It can reduce the burden when remodeling a house, adding new facilities, or carrying out new construction.

I think it can be utilized very effectively. At this time, applications for this rural intelligence fund are only accepted in person. Based on experience, the rural intelligence fund is undoubtedly useful, but as someone who is renovating an old house, I also want to point out that there are some limitations to relying on this rural intelligence fund. Because when it comes to the costs involved in remodeling, it doesn't provide support in percentages like 90% or 70%, but rather sets a fixed amount limit like 10 million won, 20 million won, or 30 million won. Generally, the rural intelligence fund covers only a portion of the actual necessary remodeling or reconstruction costs, which is less than half based on experience. Although the interest rate is low, the limit is not high. Therefore, it is not advisable to rely solely on this rural intelligence fund when carrying out this remodeling.

Because it exists, I would like to point out that it is somewhat unrealistic to think that remodeling can be done without my money. Next is the encouragement fund for youth employment. When employing youths aged 15 to 34, you can receive support of up to 600,000 won per month for a year, with a maximum support of up to 12 million won per person. It is a national project where age is not the only factor considered. The conditions for youth employment are that the individual must have been unemployed for at least 6 months from the date of employment. There are also exceptions to this. For youths such as high school graduates, those with less than a high school education, and self-employed individuals, support is available even if the unemployment period is less than 6 months. I received a lot of encouragement funds and applied for them a lot. After receiving the encouragement funds for several years, I now realize that I made the hiring process very easy in order to receive the support.

There was a bias because I thought there would be no loss since I received financial support. However, in the end, I felt that working with a team member whose direction did not align with the company's was highly inefficient from the company's perspective and would result in long-term losses. Also, working with a team member who does not share the same goals, you never know when they might quit, which is a risk itself. It's obvious, but when hiring, the most crucial thing is whether the company's direction aligns with the team members. It's not about whether they are eligible for employment, whether they have been unemployed for more than six months or not. Actually, if these become the top priorities, it's strange. And I believe that a company that prioritizes such conditions in hiring will never succeed. So, in conclusion,

Employment for subsidies may be beneficial in the short term, but it can be a clear loss in the long term. Next is the policy fund for small business owners. For young representatives or young employees of small businesses with less than 3 years of experience, a policy that supports funding up to 7 million won with a loan interest rate of 2% is provided. It is fixed at 2%, and when the budget is depleted, the application process ends early. Therefore, many people apply as soon as the announcement is made. Please remember this point. Also, note that emergency operating safety funds can be applied for at any time. Next is the youth-specific startup fund. It is a support program that aims to activate the establishment of small and venture companies with business viability but insufficient funds, promoting job creation. This can be considered a really good support business. The representative must be under 39 years old and have less than 3 years of experience. You can apply through the Small Business Venture Support Corporation. Next, at the Credit Guarantee Fund, there are mainly two types of support. The first one is for startup companies, supporting prospective entrepreneurs or those with less than 3 years of experience. It can be used for rent, interior costs, equipment purchases, operating funds, etc. The limit is 100 million KRW, and the interest rate is 2.5% per year. Since the funds are provided by funds, not banks, the limit is much higher and the interest rate is much lower compared to personal credit loans. The second one is growth-based funds, specifically for more than 3 years of growth.

It is a system that companies can apply for, and it can be used for business expansion, marketing, and hiring personnel. The limit is 300 million won, and the interest rate is 2.5%. The period is 7 years, and it is an equal principal repayment method. So far, I have talked about various government support programs that could be helpful for those running a business. Now, let me also talk about youth support programs that would be useful for young people who want to do many things but lack money. The first one is the Youth Housing Savings Account, with a maximum annual interest rate of 4.5%. The target beneficiaries are young people aged 19 to 34. The conditions for joining are being a first-time homebuyer and having an annual income of less than 50 million won. The monthly payment limit is 1 million won, and 40% of the amount paid is eligible for income tax deduction, which is quite beneficial. There is one thing to note, and that is,

I also have various savings for long-term asset distribution and risk management perspectives. For those who run businesses, adjusting the ratio well and utilizing stable savings effectively could be beneficial. This is my personal opinion. Next, there is a youth housing dream loan available at a minimum interest rate of 2.2%. The support is available for those who have held a youth housing dream subscription account for over a year. The subscription conditions are as follows: under 39 years old, unmarried, with an annual income of less than 70 million won for singles, or a combined income of less than 100 million won for married couples. If eligible, you can get a loan of up to 80% of the housing price, which should be below 600 million won, and the floor area should be up to 85 square meters. Next is the Youth Tomorrow Savings Account.

In some cases, you can receive 300,000 won per month, and in other cases, you can receive 100,000 won per month. For the first case of receiving 300,000 won per month, your income must be below 50% of the median income, and in this way, support of up to a maximum of 14.4 million won is possible. The second case is a system where you receive 100,000 won per month, and the income limit is 100% of the median income. When you receive support in this way, you can receive up to a maximum of 7.2 million won. The target recipients are young people aged 19 to 34, and the eligibility requirement is that individual annual income must be 60 million won or less. At this time, the monthly payment is.

You can receive up to 700,000 won, and the period is five years. A really good point is that there is a tax-free benefit. Next, there is an encouragement grant for vacant job employment.
