[Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] boys um just killed leg day with maximum effort as always um just can't wait here to be vulnerable with you guys again um you know today I was struggling um you know the the [ __ ] in me was coming out I um I had a job interview this morning um if I own my own business and you know I do a lot of hustling on the side to make money but this was a really really good opportunity um you know with it a chance to make a lot of money like business owner money um in in a position in a sales position um and it's a company I really like and they're extremely oriented for growth and like just the mindset that I have I've never seen that instilled in like a company but this company has that and it went really well um I was super excited about that but I got home and that was really the only thing I had on my to-do list you know besides make some content and

you know I felt I just felt unfulfilled like you know an empty mind is a bored mind is the Devil's Playground and you know I got home and I just was sitting down I was like what do I do like I was supposed to just do cardio today in the gym and I was gonna go and hit it late at night um because doing cardio during the day is just absolutely so [ __ ] stupid in my opinion like I'll do it if I have to but I'd rather just go you know when it's dark and go do it it's just a different vibe um you know and you know I made I made my food and everything but I just like the morning went so well like I was just operating on the highest frequency but after that I was just I'm so used to having my day it's like I just go right to my next thing I go right to my next thing and I felt so empty and unfulfilled and like I just started getting all these

Temptations to just, you know, like fill my mind with just instant gratification, like dopamine. And I was like, oh my gosh, like why and why am I getting these, like, temptations right now? And, you know, I did not know what to do. Like, I tried to make some content, and my mind was just empty. I felt like I had no videos to use. I had no ideas. I even, like, I didn't even want to make my meals, and I never feel like that, you know. And I was sitting there, and I was just like, I wanted to go in my basement and just, like, watch a movie. I'm not the type of person that does that. And, you know, if you do that, there's nothing wrong with that, as long as, you know, you've gotten your stuff done and you're not doing that as, like, a cop-out to just, you know, distract yourself instead of getting your priorities done. But I knew I was like, bro, if I go down there, like, I don't, I don't know what, like, I'm, I'm

gonna start eating some like shitty food, and then I'm gonna just start like being on my phone all day long. And I kept going back on like social media, and I was trying to create, you know, but I couldn't get any ideas, and I just felt myself just locked into just scrolling. And I was like, I started actually getting like worried. I was like, What is going on? Like, I just, I had no drive at all. And let me tell you, as soon as that started happening, I was like, I've got to go to the gym. I've got to go to the gym. Because there is nothing else that can raise your frequency more. And I could have just gone and did cardio, but I knew that I needed to just go in there and absolutely punish myself and get my mind back right. Because, like I said in my very first YouTube video, you know, a lot of people think that this, this going to the gym, this bodybuilding, is self-discipline. It's all about just like how big can I get my muscles so that you

know I can get some chicks to, you know, come up to me. We all know that I got more women when I was skinny and like a pothead than I do now that I actually care about becoming the best man that I can possibly be. And I'm not saying that's partially because I just don't care. Like, you know, success flows where attention goes, and you know, my attention is not on women anymore at all. So obviously, I'm not going to be getting the results that I used to get when I was just like women, women, just like working on like just spitting game. Like, you know, it just came easy. No, I just don't care enough. Like, um, because you know, I'm not where I want to be in life. So why would I go chase another relationship or chase another woman, um, until I get there? But man, I was like, I've got to go to the gym and just come in there, just absolutely kill it. And I knew it would be hard, like getting ready, getting

like getting my mind into that mental grind, but I knew once I came out, I was like, it was, I was gonna be right back on my frequency, and that's exactly what happened. I went in there with the groggy mind, and I came out clear and ready to just go, just conquer everything with relentless intention. And I just want you guys to know that when you're feeling low, when you're feeling like you're on that low vibration and everything, don't get caught up in the why am I feeling like this, I'm going backwards, and start giving in to all these little things and letting the little [__] get a little bit of leverage, and then a little bit of leverage, and then a little bit of leverage, and then like before you know it, you've slipped right back into your old habits. Keep throwing down the gauntlet, keep working, just keep just little by little, and go do something that's really hard that you

don't want to do now. I won't say that in the instance like the gym was something I don't want to do. Obviously, I love going to the gym, but there are days like today I didn't want in the moment to go in there and just punish myself in hit legs. I didn't want to do it, but I made myself do it because I knew that when I came out, I'd be right back into that state of mind, right back into that state of mind. It's not what am I gaining from going to the gym, it's what am I letting go of. I'm letting go of all that negative energy, all that, you know, that feeling of being stuck, the complacency, everything, and I'm just proving to myself again like boom, like I can do this. I can do this, and so can you guys, 100. You just have to not let yourself slip and hold yourself to the higher standard every time you want to just fall into the comfort of your

bed or fall into the comfort of social media, or fall into the comfort of eating shitty food. Think about the people that are relying on you. You think about you in the past, making all those bad decisions, feeling hopeless, and being like, I'm gonna get out of this, but being so rock bottom that you didn't know what to do. Tears coming out of your eyes. Do it for that guy. Do it for that guy. Do it for the rest of the world. You're serving others by making yourself the best version that you possibly can, because you don't know what you're going to achieve. And if you set your standards high, what you're going to achieve is absolutely limitless. It's limitless. Settle for nothing below excellence. Strive for excellence. Make average an enemy, an enemy, and go absolutely kill it.
