hey guys, welcome here. It's RA with a new video and a new build. Everyone loves Flicker Strike, right? So do I. In this league, Flicker Strike Slayer is stronger than ever. It is literally everything: damage, clear speed, survivability, and yeah, it's Flicker. We love it. Before I start explaining the builds, I'll say right away that it costs around 500 or 600 divines, including Mage Blood. So don't tell me that it's expensive. Months have already passed since the league started, and there are dozens of videos on YouTube on how to farm around 20 div per hour. So yeah, it's kind of easy. You already know the approximate cost, so let's talk about what the build can farm. I tried Simulacrum, and it clears all 15 waves without death. I also tried Tier 17. If there aren't any

deadly mods on the map. It's just as easy and without problems. The build also handles Uber bosses. The more you invest in the build, the stronger it gets, so damage can go up to even 100 million if you have a couple of mirrors. But I haven't tried sanum with this build, and it handled it successfully. The build only has 2,500 Health but around 200k effective heat pull. So first, let me talk about defense in this build. We use this spelling Shield, which gives minus 10% maximum chance to block attack and spell damage, but our chance to block is lucky, and it also triggers a s Elemental span on block. So we have three of these spells. I recommend getting a shield with chance to block spell down damage imp place it. It's very cheap, and as you can see, this build has a 90% chance to block. You just need to get this Shield, have two large clusters like mine, and importantly, 7 to2 of the Wako Shield beer, which gives 1% chance to block.

attack damage. These are needed to max out your block chance and besides block. The build also has around 70% spell damage suppression, which you can increase with ter of their micro Shon if your budget lows. And additionally, the build has 100 chance to avoid Elemental ailments thanks to the storm shoud Vian Jewel. And I also use Street settles for 15% total chance to Blind enemies on hits. And for defensive AAS, we have Tempest shield for spell damage block chance, flesh and stone, which gives more defense in yellow stance, and steel skin to get with optimation for just yeah additional defense. We also have 45 in these builds and plenty of endurance charges, making us almost unkillable. I hope there are no more questions about defense and yeah. Now let's talk about items, passive trees, and skill. As a weapon, we use paradoxical with attack speed. Attacks with this weapon penetrate Elemental resistances, double damage, and dexterity with intelligence attributes are important here, so get this specific one. It cost about 90 Vines and the next

one is Shield. As I mentioned before, it is Smalling with a chance to block spell damage. Imp place it next is the helmet. In this build, we use forbidden shacko with ice bite. I have level 32 ice bite for about 50 divines, but you can buy with a lower level. Close combat is just a random mod here, so we don't care about second mods here. The body armor is, of course, replica Fales 4, which gives us a huge damage bonus due to the spe of the cats AA. The next one is glows, and yeah, the glows are rare SPID glows with non-wild strike skills, starting two additional nearby enemies maximum plus one maximum Fram rech charge aspect with the cat skill Elemental damage if you deal a critical strike recently and a de bit. These glows cost about like 60 divines or it can be even better, but you can craft them for 10 or 15 divines. And yeah, now I will show you how. So first, you need to buy any gloves with Hunter influence and non-wild strike skills.

Target an additional nearby enemy. The item must have all three prefixes filled and one suffix free, I mean empty. After buying the glows, we craft prefixes. Cannot be changed with a bench crafting table. And next, we go to craft reforge physical with a harvest table, and we are guaranteed to get physical damage over time multiplier as is the only suffix with this Tech. Now we need to buy an AR of dominance, and we have a 50% chance to upgrade non-wild strike skills. Target two additional nearby enemies, and if it doesn't upgrade, buy new glow and repeat all these steps. Once we have glow with non-wild strike skills, target two additional nearby enemies, and it should be the only Hunter mote on the item. We should buy a second pair of glows, but this time level 85 Plus glows, I mean without any influence. Then go buy aord orb and use it on the glow. And next, we need to use orb of f alterations until we hit plus one maximum frame to charge. On average, this takes about 500 orbs of alteration, so pretty fast once.

we get plus one frame. We need to buy an awakener orb to combine these two glows and their Hunter mods. The first item you select gets destroyed and transfers its more to the second one, so the Spy glows should be the second. After combining, we have the two Hunter prefixes we need, and if you're lucky, you will also get plus maximum life, but I wasn't, and yeah, I don't have maximum life here. And next, we need to craft prefixes cannot be changed and use an orb of scour ring. If a suix is occupied, I mean, it's not empty, then we need to crou prefixes cannot be changed again and use a w or on the close. After using the whale DP, don't unwa it right away. We need to block some mods to do this. We can craft with bench crafting table strength plus deity, and then you can unil the glows. The chance is about 50% to hit increased Elemental damage if you have deal a Critical Strike recently, and if you don't get it, yeah, you will need to buy two new pair.

of glows and repeat everything again but yeah I got it and as you can see we have two free suffixes and we are basically done now we just need to craft the de speit with the bench couting table and then go to Beast couting use feral Feist of the ples Beast and then craft the spec to the C on the glows I mean it's guaranteed and we on this CRA is not easy but what did you expect come on such glow cost from 55 to 100 divines especially if you're lucky with maximum life and yeah I just explain it in one or two minutes so enjoy next is Boots we use their crate vectors and I have a pair with plus two to duration and increase maximum life for your few divines and demol is of course yog of South rink with franatic location for plus one frenzy about Rings the Rings can vary if you have like around 300 wines you can buy plus one frenzy R in as this ring and crafted but I bought

mine unique ring with plus one frenzy implicit increase cold damage well affected by Herald device and Herald device has 39% increased mana reservation efficiency for around like I don't know but not a lot. The most important thing on the ring is the plus one maximum FR implicit, but since I also have increased Mana reservation efficiency, I can use Enlight and level Scen body armor. And if you don't have this mod, you will need Enlight on level four, so yeah, keep it in mind. The other ring is Candr Touch to duplicate my unique ring, and it gives me two maximum FR charges in total from Rings. Belt is of course Mage Blood, and it's better to be like with full flasks, but that depends on your budget. Uh, now briefly about the flasks. All magic flasks have increased effect enchantment and just increased effect mod. We use a basement flask with chance to avoid being stunned during effects and increased effects. Next is Atis floss with additional elemental resistances during effect and just increased effect silver.

flask, which increases Critical Strike chance during effect and increased effect again and damage FL with reduced effect of courses on you during effect and increased effect. The last one is tinure with 200 plus increased Critical Strike chance with melee weapons, and melee weapons penetrates s% Elemental resistances. The last one is Sal 3% increase mana burn rate regarding the tinure. Choose based on what you can afford. The one I have costs about 70 V, so yeah. So we're done with items, and I will not go into detail about skill gems in this build because like you have my B building. Come on, just copy my skill jums. Everything is very clear. here we enter three stats we're looking for: increase damage per feny charge, increase damage per endurance charge, and chance to avoid being shocked. We need exactly these three, so it can be like two with damage per fry charge or two with damage per enduring charge, but we still need chance to avoid being shocked. Uh, here we set minimum to one at least, then click search. Now we should click on each Jewel with three matches because these are the cheapest and find the cheapest among them. If you have an unlimited budget, I mean like mirrors, you can look for four matches or even five, but they can cost around the mirror, so yeah, keep it in mind. It's kind of expensive, just a heads up. If you chose the wrong passives at the start and buy the wrong jeel, nothing will work, so please be careful and use your brain. I explained in fre details. Finally, I've covered the most challenging part. Yeah, I really, really care about it. I really want you to understand this build well. The build also includes two large cluster Jewels.

two forbidden flame and forbidden flesh with locase impact for accuracy and damage. One unnatural instinct with corrupted blood implicit, and yeah, it costs around 50 divines, but if you don't have the money, you can bite it later, but you might die occasionally. Next is we use, I mean, we use this natural instinct to first grab these four passives, use ter of their me archer on them, and then unspec them, getting bonus accuracy because like it house the natural thing actually works. The last jble in this build is Watcher eye with some damage multile affected by Precision or hatred, I mean, or B. Like I have choose something within your budget. I bought mine for 70 Vine, so you can buy the same, and if you still have accuracy issues, I mean, it's not 100, you can use more Ts of the rco archer for Banos accuracy, and yeah, we have a lot of Dexter, so we can afford it. My character is currently level 96, but if your character is level 100, then I

would recommend taking a bleeding Mastery for crit chance against bleeding enemies right here. You can also buy a few ttos for bleed on hit chance. So yeah, it's like for your future updates if you want to.
