this Christmas product that I'm about to share with you in this video has a lot of potential to make us a lot of money on Etsy this holiday season. There is a very high demand for this type of product this time of year, and as of right now, I am pretty sure that there is a lower competition, meaning there's less Etsy sellers selling this product. Because a lot of Etsy sellers are jumping on ornaments right now for Christmas, for the Christmas season, this product, however, not many people are talking about it yet, and it's making some Etsy sellers a lot of money. So now would be the time to really jump in and give it your all with this product before the holiday season. I actually have some awesome samples in my hand right now that I'm about to share with you. I'm also going to go through a full tutorial on how you can make these and sell them in your Etsy shop, getting them up as soon as today, um, because we are almost in Q4, which is the time of year where Etsy sellers are going to make the

most money out of the whole year, so now is the best time to start if you haven't yet. Also, if you haven't started Etsy print on demand yet, you're in the right place. All right, enough of the intro, let's jump into it. I wanted to just first get you excited to show you how much some of these listings are making right now, and we're at the very start of the holiday season. Like, I wouldn't even consider it the holiday season yet, and these are making five figures already, so let me show you. All right, if you haven't guessed it yet, it's Christmas stockings. These are huge on

Etsy and you can make these through print on demand. I'm going to show you a full tutorial on how you can design for these and set them up in Printify and get them selling in your Etsy shops. But first, I wanted to show you the amazing proof of how much these are making. So we're going to use Everb product analytics and I'm going to come over here to the monthly revenue, clicking this down arrow, and this top listing is bringing in over $23,000 monthly. Now, I doubt that they're making $23,000 every month of the year. This is just showing like estimated monthly revenue for this month as we get closer to the holidays. So we're in September right now and people start buying for the holidays around this time and then it really peaks in like November. This listing really could get up to like 100k maybe the month of November. It definitely has a huge potential to do so. This listing has made 32,138 sales in the last like four

years, so I did the math, and it's about to hit $1 million. It should hit $1 million on just this one listing, probably by this December, this holiday season, which is insane. And yes, it's like over 4 years, but could you imagine having one listing that just continues making you money every single year, and within 4 years, it makes you a million dollars? Now, remember that million dollars is not profit; that's revenue. You know, we typically with print on demand, it's like 30 to 40% profit, so that's a huge chunk of change still to make on just one Etsy listing. This isn't even for their entire shop; they're making money on other listings too, which is just so exciting. So, that's why I'm really excited to share this tutorial with you guys today. So, I wanted to typically before I sell a product, I like to do some product research. You can do product research without a tool, or you can use a tool like Everb, but the way I

do it without a tool. I just take some time to browse the platform. So, I go to Etsy, and I type in the search bar what it is that I'm looking to sell, and I just take some time to go through to see what is on the first few pages. Do like 10 to 15 minutes of this. Sometimes, I will go to Instagram or Pinterest and same thing, type in like Christmas stockings and see what's coming up for us so we can kind of get a feel for the types of trends and aesthetics that are selling this year. Another thing I like to do is take a look at the best sellers or the popular Nows on Etsy. A quick way to populate that so that you only see the best sellers is to come up here to all filters. And you guys probably know this trick by now, but if not, I'm going to show it to you really quick. You come to Star seller and then show results. And then up here in the search bar where it says star, we're going to

get rid of star and make that say best, and then now it's populating the best sellers for me. I can dive into these listings even deeper to see what these sellers are offering, what are some things they're doing differently, and how can I make a product that is just as good, if not better. Okay, I'm seeing some burlap at the top. I'm seeing all of most of these stockings are personalized, so keep that in mind too. Personalized listings go a really long way on Etsy. The listing process can be intimidating the first few times, so that's why I made a YouTube video showing step by step how to make a personalized listing on Etsy, and then what to do with the printify side of it. I'll link that in the description below, so you can watch that. So let's take a look at this one right here. So I'm about to show you on printify the stockings that they offer, and we can simply do designs like this and make

the top personalized. I'm going to show you how to do that in just a minute, but first, I want to show you my samples of what I came up with. Okay, first, I was surprised and blown away by the size of these stockings. Look how cute this came out. So, this is for my daughter Lexie. I did a little girl gingerbread, and it's really soft material. I don't know if you can tell, but it's super, super soft, and it has this to hang from the fireplace, wherever you're going to hang it. And then I made one for my son Leo. So, I made matching Christmas stockings, which I think could be like a really cute idea for Etsy listing. So, do like matching family stockings or matching sibling stockings or matching couple stockings or matching parent stockings or, you know, whatever. The list goes on, but I feel like that's a nice way to stick out in the market. Definitely personalization. I would not go into selling stockings on Etsy and not offering personalization. They're not going to sell with stockings.

people want their names on them, but then the other way to stand out is to do the matching stockings. You could add another personalization where you have the family name or maybe the year somewhere to stand out even more. Now we're going to jump into pry. I'm going to show you where I found these, and we're going to jump into a quick tutorial on how I made these. Okay, so here we are in Printify. I just went up to the search, and I typed in Christmas. They have a ton of different Christmas products that you can sell. I have a video about selling Christmas ornaments. I'll link that in the description below, but this is a huge money maker during this season as well. You know, Christmas stockings and Christmas ornaments, they're not going to sell year-round, but in from the months of like a little bit in August all the way through December, you can make some big bucks on these. They are definitely worth it to get them up in your shop ASAP. But anyways, let's continue down. So they have a stocking like this with the

burlap at the top, which is a nice option. I saw some of those selling on Etsy. This is the one that I used right here. I believe I'm going to click into it in a minute. There's this one here. They have this nice big sack too, which I thought was kind of cool to put like gifts in. Okay, so yeah, it was this one right here. I'm going to click into it. So, the design goes completely on like the entire stocking, right? But I figured out a way to, you know, section it off so that there was like a top piece, so that it looked like there was a top piece, and I could put like the personalization piece. And I'm going to show you how to do that in just a moment within Canva. So, what you would do is you would come here to start designing. This is the first thing you would do because you're able to download the design template that we can bring into Canva to make sure that we are, you know, making a design that's going to fit.

on this like awkward shape, so this was definitely helpful in the design process. So, download the design template, and then you would pull that into Canva. We're going to jump into Canva right now. Also, keep in mind that the print area is 2813 by 3225. You're going to want to make your canvas that size within Canva. All right, so I'm in Canva. I went to custom size, and I'm plugging in those numbers here, so 2813 by 3225. Create new design. All right, so there it is. Now we have to pull in our template, so this is it. Brought it in for us. All right, I'm going to delete that. So, this is like the stocking. I really am just going to keep the dotted lines to make it easy for me, 'cause that's where the design needs to be within the dotted lines. All right, so make it like as big as you can. All right, so we're over here in elements. I'm going to just type in

rectangle, and I'm going to move this to the top, and I'm going to drag this over. So, I stretched out my rectangle, and I'm going to change the color. I'm going to do Leo's right now. I'm making the color green for my sons, but if you wanted to quickly make a new one with a different color for somebody else, you could. You just click on it and go to the color here and easily change the color. But I'm going to do the green here and here, and then we're going to make a text box, and I'm going to type in Leo, and I'm going to make that bigger, bring that up here, change that color to like it was like a creamy color, and then I'm going to change the font. I like that font; it's like a cute. My idea for these was like retro. There is the name, and then I actually came to Crea a fabria, which is one of my favorite print-on-demand websites. If you guys don't already know it, they offer

hundreds of thousands of graphics that you can use on your print-on-demand products. They also offer the commercial license, so you could download a PNG, and technically, you could put that on a product and sell it. However, with Etsy, if you're selling on Etsy, Etsy's rules are that you need to have a hand in the creative process. So, if you're print-on-demand, you're not hands-on with your products, right? Printify or whoever is, they're making your products for you. So, you have to have a hand in the design process. You can't just download a PNG and place it on a product and sell it because you're not doing really any of the work. You know, you can either have to make your own designs, or you can download a PNG from Creative Fabrica or somewhere else, but you have to add to it to make it your own. So, either adding text with it, or changing the colors, or adding other elements to it to make it your own design, which is so simple with platforms like Canva. You can very quickly add to a

design to make it your own, but I just wanted to make that clear. So, in Creative Fabrica, they have really cute graphics on here. That's okay. I think I typed in my gingerbread man, and um, by the way, in my description below, I have 10 free downloads for Creative Fabrica if you want to try it out first. And then um, it's very like inexpensive. It's on Euros right now 'cause I'm in Greece, but it's very inexpensive. You can pay for it monthly or yearly. But go ahead and try it out first. Make sure you like it. Here we go. All right, so I typed in retro because I wanted to make a retro um, aesthetic stocking. So here I saw this, and I thought, Okay, I can separate these within canvas. So that's my way of tweaking this design. I tweaked it a lot. I separated all three of these elements. I'm going to show you in just a minute, and then I added, you know, the text and, you know, the names and everything. So I'm going to click on here.

see where it says commercial and full print on demand usage allow. That is because I signed up for Creative Fabriq. But anyways, you would click download and then go back into Canva and you're going to upload that right here. You're going to go into your uploads and now we're going to upload the design here. All right, so here it is and all I need is the boy for this one cuz this is my Suns. So what we're going to do is you click on the image and then you're going to come up here to edit image and I'm going to go to Magic Eraser and I'm going to make this brush size bigger. I'm going to erase a lot here so you just go over what you want to erase. I'm going to be using the heart but I'll grab that in just a moment so I go like this and then erase and then you just hit this Arrow right here and now I have my little guy. I'm going to bring this here. Another thing that I did was I

wanted my gingerbread people to be facing the same way, and I wanted them to be facing the other way. Here you go to Flip Flip horizontally, and now he's that way, and I'm going to make him bigger. This is the fun thing about print on demand; it's like you can make stuff for yourself too, and um, or sell it, or do both. All right, now I want to bring in that heart, so I'm going to go back and pull that picture in again. So I have the picture in again, again click on it, and then you're going to go to edit image, magic erase, and this time I'm erasing everything except for the heart. Make sure you erase every piece because, let's say, see how I just like missed that area right there, um, that would show up, and customers would not be happy if there's like little specks of designs on their product. It's happened to me before, embarrassingly enough, and literally recently as a seasoned seller. It happened um because my eyes aren't that

great, and I missed a spot and didn't realize it. It was just like a little speck, and the customer was like, There's a white back on my shirt. And I thought it was a printing error at first, but when I went back to my design, I saw that I didn't erase the design fully. So just take that as a little mini lesson. We're going to go back here, and now I have my heart. I don't need this huge thing for it, so I always like to make these smaller. You don't have to, but that's my OCD. All right, so I'm going to take this heart, and I like... I brought it down here, and I tilted it like that. Okay, so double-check to make sure that everything is within these dotted lines. Now this is important. Before you save this, you have to delete the dotted lines, or else there's a possibility that dotted lines will be printed onto your stocking, and we don't want that. That would look... well, you know what? That kind of would look cute. It looks like stitching in a way.

but no, we're not going to do that, so we're going to delete that. All right, so there is my stocking template. We're going to go here to share, and then if I wanted to go back in, I'm not going to like bore you guys and show you the Lexi tutorial, but I would change this block to Red. I would just type Lexie here that easily, and then I would pull in. I would delete this guy, pull in the gingerbread couple again, and delete the guy in the heart, and keep the gingerbread girl. That simple, 'cause I already have my template done here, so I would just keep it as is and then just do those tweaks, and it's so much quicker to do that second design. But anyways, we're going to share and go to download PNG transparent background to make sure sure that this white box is not being printed onto your stocking. That would not be cool. And then we're going to go download now back into Printify. So I'm going to go, let's see, over here to upload, and

I'm going to pull in my new design now. You have to adjust it within the dotted lines in here. Just double-check everywhere. It should line up pretty good. Might have to scale it up out a little [Music] bit. Okay, so I'm like double-checking his little foot or whatever you want to call that down there. And then, all right, so then you have to triple-make sure that it's okay and come over here to preview at the top. All right, so here it is as a preview. My samples. I changed the background color 'cause I thought the white looked too plain. And again, I'm going with like that retro vibe, so I wanted to make it like a retro color. So I liked this blue color, the light blue. So yeah, that's what I did. And then you could preview it again if you wanted to see how it would look on each color. And then you would choose save product 'cause this is a personalized listing. This could be my example in my shop, so I

would fill out the rest of this listing again if you don't know how to do Etsy or print on demand or printy yet. Download that free course in the description below, print on demand of Freedom. That will help you with this. And then also, if you don't know personalized listings, you're going to want to watch that personalized listing video in the. I'll link it in the description below because there's some steps that you need to take. Like I would be listing this on Etsy, and this is what the customer would be seeing. But then there's going to be an option for them to put in their own name that they want on the stocking. And then you have to manually create those orders when a personalized listing comes in.
