Of course we can't have a Donald Trump and Joe Biden cartoon without having their real voiceovers, so I'm going to show you how to get their voiceovers for free. And to create our character, I used Ideogram. So I'm just going to go ahead and put in

this prompt right here. And I'm also going to choose anime down here. I'll put this prompt in the description for you guys so you could check it out. There you go, we have our character. So let's check out the images that it gave us. Click on

the three dots right here and we're going to choose download and just go with the JPEG 70% quality because that is for free, okay, because we're on a free account. Now that we have our character, let's go over here to this next tool

which is Pixel Cut. Remove the background from that one. So I'm going to click on Remove BG, click on download right here to get that image, go back to the home screen of Pixel Cut, and I'm going to go on Magic Eraser and upload that first image, the

one with the background. Bring your brush size up a little bit and I'm just going to paint over top of our character. Click on Apply Magic Eraser, and now he's gone from there. Once again, we're going to go ahead and download that image. Just go

ahead and click right up here. All right guys, let's move over to the next tool, Photopea, and we're going to click on open from computer. We're going to upload the image of Trump with no background and I want you to click on the Clone tool

You see this clone tool right over here? Click on that clone tool and then you're going to come over to his face and then just click on his face. And now we could just stamp over his mouth so now his mouth is gone. That's the first step now.

We're going to come up here where it says 'File' and just go ahead and click on 'Export as PNG' and we're going to save this as 'Trump No Mouth' and save that. All right guys, now one of the first things that I did was I created that, that kind

of like duck lips pose that he does. Click on the brush tool, choose like a black for the outline and also the other color we'll choose is like a pinkish color for his lips. That looks all right. I know it doesn't look good because I'm not an

artist but it is what it is. That's close enough. And now I'm going to use this pose for anytime he's not talking. So once Joe Biden starts talking I'm going to have Donald Trump in this pose, so like, you know, when he does the duck lips or

whatever. So now that you draw that on, I'm just going to come over here and click 'File', 'Export as PNG', save that, and then I'll move that over to the new folder. Now I want to show you one more tool in here that's going to be really

cool. So if you click on 'Edit' and you come over here to 'Puppet Warp', click on that and now you could either choose to turn that mesh off or you can keep it on. I'm going to turn it off for now. Now when you click, you're going to make

points and then you can move this character I'm just going to put like a point right here and maybe a point by his chin and one by his arm you can just play around with this guy's until you see how it works but anyways once you click

on one of the points that you have and and you can move it just like that did you see that I'll go ahead and save this again and I'm going to export as PNG let's come over here to the Clone tool I can just remove his duck lips mouth to

where he has no mouth okay so keep it with no mouth and then go ahead and save it since we've already moved his head slightly to the left we'll save that movement and we'll export that as PNG okay guys now I also want to show you

another tool under the filter tab so if you click on filter and then you click on liquefy there's a tool right here that says smudge so let's just go ahead and zoom in real quick we could click on the shrink tool and come over here and

just shrink down his eyes and you just manipulate his eyebrows with this as well now if you click on this smudge tool you can manipulate the eyebrows this tool right here is easy to change his facial expressions if you want to give him like some angry

eyebrows or some surprise ones you could lift them up so let's save that okay guys now that we have multiple facial expressions let's come over here to where we're going to get the voice over all right let's get a free Donald Trump

voiceover So this website called Fake You.com, there's a section called Voice to Voice. So you want to just look up Donald Trump under the Voices. Now here's Donald Trump's voice and you can either upload some audio that you've already recorded or you

could just record it straight from your mic, right, that you're using. I'll just click on "Record my own voice" and the economy is going to be the economy is going to be great, too. It's going to be wonderful. The economy is going to be

wonderful. Everything's going to be wonderful under a new Trump regime. That was a terrible impression, but that's the best I got. I know we just recorded it, but you just got to click this button, upload audio. Now it says check mark. It's

uploaded and you go ahead and click convert. All right. Now the voiceover is ready. We can go ahead and play it and listen to it and I can say like, you know, "Thank you for watching the AI Web TV. He's huge, he's very big. He's going to be

doing big deals, big deals, great deals. Probably, they some say, probably the greatest deals. AI Web TV, you must subscribe. He has the best information, the best animations. It's absolutely terrific and absolutely tremendous. Everything is huge, everything is going to be great and the economy is going to

be, the economy is going to be great, too. That sounded pretty spot on, that part about the economy. I don't know. I have noticed, guys, that if I just speak my regular voice and then I try to run it through here, it doesn't come out as

good as when I actually try and do the impression now obviously my impression was terrible but it still seems to help the AI out and get it more spot-on for the Trump voice so anyways now that I have that voice over I'm going to click on download right here

and click download again all right click the three dots and then click download So for some reason you got to click download like three different times till you actually download it if you guys have seen my videos already you know what we're going to use click on create

now you know Trump he's kind of got like that pouty grumpy look to him all right so now click on browse to upload that voice over right there and it's going to go ahead and automatically lip sync our voice over and it's going to animate the

mouth to the voice over okay now our mouth should be animated now if we go ahead and click on play and I can say like you know thank you for watching the AI web TV all right so as you can see we have a lip sync animated mouth now let's

click on download on download once again that was free just like all the other tools that I've showed you now guys what I want to do is I'm going to open up CapCut all right now I'm just going to go ahead and click create a project yeah

I'm just going to bring in everything now you want to bring in your background bring in Trump okay now let's bring in this animated mouth I'm going to come up here to remove background click on chroma key and just select the green and then I'm

going to also bump up this intensity right here size it down until it looks like it fits his face perfectly thank you for watching the AI web TV he's huge when you see when his head moves to the side like that you're going to want his

mouth to move to the side as well so bring your cursor to where the head mesh right there in the gap set it right there and click on the mouth animation slice it right there now we can rotate this mouth a little bit a little so that

it matches up with how his head is moved so that's looking pretty good now another thing I like to do with these animations is just find stuff that you can add to the background that's animated so for instance when I look at this sky I see all these little stars in

the sky well come over to this website VTey this is another one of my favorite websites and under the videos tab I'm going to just look up this star twinkle green screen so I'm going to download this all right let me come back into cap

cut and import that now you see the stars right there right so let's click on that clip and remove background again chroma key and click on the green and turn the intensity up up up and now we only want our stars in the sky so let me

scale this down to where it's just going to fit the sky but now if I only do it like that it's only going to be on this little left square so I'm going to right click copy this clip and I'm just going to drag it over to this side so now when

we play this clip you should see the animated stars in the sky to make it a little bit better AI web TV he's huge he's very big he's going to be doing big deals big deals great deals probably the some say probably the greatest deals okay so now you can see

those stars twinkling and now in order to get it throughout the whole clip you're just going to select all three of these right click copy and just paste it over here and just keep pasting it so that it takes up the the whole video and

now another thing I did was on VY I looked up American flag and here's a free animated flag right here on a green screen so let's download that remove the background bring this behind his head so bring this down on the tracks till it's

below him it should be below the Trump below the Trump the Donald Trump we'll make it look like it's on top of the White House it'll just be waving in the background there now we'll play it and you'll see it in the background and I can say like you know
