my Instagram, she was 17 years old and he was 22. She posts many different pictures editing herself very clearly. Look at her quads, her delts and just about anything, and notoriously she does this in front of a blank wall so that you can't OB

obviously tell she's editing her photos, but it doesn't really take much to just see the errors within her editing and realize that a physique just doesn't look like this. And if you look at the one where she's in a black dress here, it

It's so obvious that she had warped the background. She had to blur it because it was too warped, most likely, and you can tell in the process she jacked her hands up. Another thing we're chronically seeing is she's morphing her quads.

I have no idea what her background is. I don't even know her name because it's in a different language to be honest with you, so if you guys could translate that would be so exciting. This behavior is, to be completely honest, completely innocent. I mean, it isn't right, it's weird and

dystopian, but we see it everywhere on social media, specifically on Instagram. This stuff is rampant. This isn't the reason that I'm making a video for you today. The reason that I'm showing you this is because we see a 17-year-old female abusing injections of who knows

what. Not only that, but her boyfriend who is 23, what a lovely couple we're seeing here. A man who has horrible gynecomastia, terrible acne, some of the worst I've ever seen, and that has a mid physique, but yet blasting to the Moon trying to

coach people and has this female by his side taking all of his advice. Hold the phone, why is she injecting 2 ml of oil eating hairline and probably an innumerable amount of masculinizing side effects with it? Does he look like he's

doing well following his own advice? I mean, what's going to happen to her if she follows his advice in a few years? Before I go into this direction where everyone just says I'm becoming a bully on the internet, let me talk some application of science here because I

I think one of the things I mess up is just talking too far ahead and not explaining myself in those opinions or even just shared facts. First of all, let's clarify some principles. Why do his nipples look so inflamed? This is called gyno, gynocomastia. It's when a guy starts

to develop breast tissue, and no, I'm not just talking about the fat that you've been putting on since you've been bulking at the gym. This is actually gland growth of tissue, not just man boobs, but literally boobs. It can happen between an

imbalance of two essential hormones in your body: testosterone or other androgens as well as estrogen. Normally, testosterone keeps estrogen in check by inhibiting some of its pathways, but when estrogen levels spike or testosterone levels drop, things can get out of whack

pretty quick. And the result? Well, your body might act like it's going through some form of puberty, but on the wrong setting. You start growing tissues in the wrong places and having other nasty side effects as well. However, in the case of using exogenous hormones, as you are

injecting stuff into yourself, things begin to change quite a bit, depending on what you are putting into yourself. Too much testosterone without other hormones to keep it in check, and you'll start getting radically high estradiol from aromatase enzymes cleaving up that testosterone into estrogen. That serum

estrogen will then obviously act on its own receptor sites, causing the tissue to grow over time. Without any action taken against this, the tissue is going to continue to develop and solidify. You then develop a dense mass underneath your tissue, underneath your breast. Uh, it's a

Weird thing you you literally grow boobs. Weird thing about this is you could have stopped it all from happening. A lot of people say well you could have had prepubertal gyno that doesn't look like this. There's a few things that most

bodybuilders know to do when they're having these issues. For one, they usually use a dose that's suitable for them, not going too high in any one compound or specifically testosterone to chase something unrealistic. Secondly, applying an intelligent stack design to their situation, which usually is derived of

including something like a DHT or dihydrotestosterone derivative as an anabolic in the mix. This is a form of a compound that you might have heard called drostanolone, which is Masteron, or primobolan, which is just primobolan.

These two begin to antagonize estrogen in a few different ways, either by simply binding to receptors so that estrogen cannot, or by actually inhibiting aromatase enzyme, which is the enzyme that cleaves up testosterone and turns it into estrogen. Or conversely, what they

do is they take something called an AI, which is the street name for a drug called an aromatase inhibitor. This is a non-anabolic option that is taken through an oral capacity, which is it is named aromatase inhibitor. It it inhibits

the aromatase enzyme pretty simple. You can see there's many ways to stop gyno from developing and we haven't even touched on selective estrogen receptor modulators, which is something you can put in as like a quick fix, but you're going to need to use one of the other other

options I talked about to get a more long-term fix and the thing is is the warning signs to development of gyno are very clear for one it's painful it burns it itches constantly if you were to notice this you know what the first

action is going to be I would say that the first step is to deploy a SERM or an AI again a selective estrogen receptor modulator or an aromatase inhibitor the long-term play would be to lower testosterone and then increase some form of a DHT compound like we were talking

about draan alone or primobolan but our friend clearly didn't do this even though he would have had the warning signs now this is the kind of person who's guiding a 17-year-old female through her own enhancement practices so how [ __ ] safe are they being really

now another thing to note is acne taking exogenous anabolic steroids can increase acne in some individuals due to their direct effect on the sebaceous gland which is responsible for producing sebum and no I'm not referring to the bodybuilder this is a form of fluid that

essentially comes out of your sebaceous gland it's a mixture of cholesterol triglycerides bacteria and other not so good stuff the oily substance lubricates and protects the skin but too much of it can be a very bad thing these glands are

highly sensitive to androgens such as testosterone and its derivatives when anabolics flood the system they bind to something called an androgen receptor in the sebaceous gland itself stimulating the overproduction of sebum this excessive production can clog pores

create micro-infections on the skin and ultimately lead to blemishes, really swelling up the severity of this. Can of course depend on your genetic disposition to something of this nature, the type of anabolic used of course, and your sensitivity in general to things

being done to your skin. But one thing is very certain: androgenic activity supercharges that sebaceous gland, whether you're genetically predisposed or not. Managing this acne development essentially means managing sebaceous gland secretion during your cycle. Usually, to be very honest with you, uh

when people get acne on cycle, it's not because they're doing something horribly wrong, it's just that they don't have good hygiene. Many dudes just truly don't understand how to take care of their skin. Women do, men are kind of lagging behind, I think some are really getting

on to it, but most of the time it's usually a skin care issue. Of course, there's other things: managing your hormonal balance. Some compounds that would be used for performance enhancing definitely don't react well with one person, but for another person they might

react really well. You might be the poor reactor and therefore need to try a different compound to assess your reaction. And generally, if you have an idea of the kinetics and dynamics of some of these drugs, it becomes extremely easy to manage something like acne on a

cycle. For instance, a simple super dose of vitamin B5 for a short period of time can completely nuke most people's acne, but I am talking about you know, something around 5 to 10 grams, which is quite a bit, but it does the trick. And in

many data we actually see this being a truly effective tool for the cause again this is actually something many people would know if they were digging deep into their physique and caring stuff I don't know but mind you this guy is a coach he's coaching females who are 17 years

old and happen to be their girlfriend and he's also publishing content saying hire me as a coach this leads me into a more important topic which I wanted to make this video on the masculinization of a female body due to the abuse of anabolic steroids this is something

we've chronically talked about on this channel and is extremely important for most people to realize women have it bad when they're trying to enhance their physiques they do not have it easy because their tools are much more limited but not many women have the education to

understand the tools available for them these effects will be completely irreversible and most females to be honest all females will face these effects if they're using a hormonal product let's just embellish here a little bit for me and then we'll be done

well what kind of female would take this situation and just apply everything that he's saying is she fearful that he would leave if she's not doing the things that he's asking her to do does she have a horrible self-image well actually assume

so due to her editing her content chronically but hey it's possible that she's honestly using this stuff as a mechanism of fulfillment except I think she found her answers in the wrong guy and definitely within the wrong place but beyond this back to what I was

saying when a female takes exogenous anabolics basically synthetic testosterone or its derivatives it floods her body with androgens which are hormones responsible for male traits like we discussed hormones bind to androgen receptors all over the body and start

triggering changes that are typically seen in men for example vocal cords thickening which deepens the voice hair follicles on the face start to get stimulated and therefore develop some form of like a peach fuzz that might actually turn into legit facial hair at

the same time the hair on her head might thin out because the androgens can shrink hair follicles over time especially if they have a genetic proclivity for this to happen and women on steroids obviously are going to build more dense and bulky muscle this is also

why their jaw lines can change and the morphology of them can look completely different or have that hardened look if you will aging rapidly due to excessive oxidation from the abuse of these male hormones that aren't supposed to be there in the first place the clitoris

can enlarge and that will be permanent as well but it's highly sensitive to androgens and when you have a surplus of them of course it's going to happen to be a growing organ on your body basically these changes are happening because you're signaling your body to

become a male because ultimately androgens are the driver of those masculinized features. Hormones are absolutely no joke; they are essentially the master controls for how your body operates in a lot of different ways. Female is taking anabolic androgenic

steroids, she's flipping the switch on and off about how her body works, self-manipulating things and creating irreversible damage doing so. Furthermore, the person providing her instructions probably has very little idea of what is quote-unquote safe because most people

in the industry think of safe as something that it's completely not, even if they are educated. What the standard protocol for most females is is 10 mg of Anavar a day, which is insane. That is 70 milligrams of androgens a

week. Now, a standardized female usually produces endogenously in their own body somewhere around an equivalent of 3 mg of androgens per week. Something that's also interesting here is that 60 mg is the starting dose for a female who's

looking to convert into a male for hormonal transgender therapy. They're taking more than a female trying to convert into a male. What do you think is going to happen? Is this young man guiding her going to still be erratically in love with his investment

as she converts into a male slowly over time? I would honestly argue that she would just become dust in the wind for him. And of course, after he leaves, what is she? Stop it, stop it, stop it. Leave that man alone. No one is going to wait for her or want to be with her except the

different group of people on the internet who enjoy working out girls. The best solution to her problems would be to, if she really had to go down this route, take peptides. They're everywhere, including our sponsor, but I would seriously suggest something that is not going to
