This video is on going to the gym, so watch this next time you're going to train, go and exercise, or go and hit the bag. Okay, first things first, training isn't just about moving your body. Training for warriors starts here and now. All things are training: how you're breathing right now, how you're sitting up, how you drive yourself to the gym, right, how you engage with people when you get there. All of it's training for the warrior. His chief concern is being impeccable because being impeccable in each activity strengthens and sharpens the sword of the spirit. Number two, my friends, when you start your training session today, right, I want to remind you of the giant within. There's a superior self within, my friends, that really wants to come out, but it can only come out if we light the heroic fire and push our edge, push just beyond our limits. So while you're walking into the gym or your training

session. I want you to set that intention to really show up to the plate with a bit more heroism, okay? Number three, my friends, when you get in, then you start your training, you start your workout, right? I want you to see how deeply you can engage with the movement. How deeply you can connect with the ground beneath you, you can connect to each muscle in the body. It's not about moving heavier weight or punching harder or moving in a cooler style, it's about how deeply you are connected to yourself and let that grow and blossom as you proceed through your workout, because if you do that and you go in there with the intention to deeply engage with the movement, with the exercise, the flow state will ensue, okay? The flow state ensues when we bring our full heart and mind to bear on the purpose and activity before us. Number four, I want you to enjoy yourself. Like we take all this stuff, all these habits, all this self-development so seriously, like, Oh, I gotta hit the bag, you're gonna win the

fight, I gotta, you know, get stronger, work out harder, do all these cool things. It's like, no, okay, enjoy your the privilege, the most amazing privilege to have a body and to be able to move. Enjoy it, right? Even get a little weird, like express yourself in your body, do some big stretches, some big movements, some big dances, and like, go enjoy yourself, climb the rock wall, like, take a jog through the forest, like, you know, enjoy the movement, enjoy the practice, right? If you're not enjoying lifting weights, do something else, okay? There's so many things to do, okay? Primal movement, yoga, dance, martial arts, rock climbing, climb a damn tree, do some back flips, like, there's so much out there, my friends, calisthenics, like, yeah, there's so much out there, and that brings us to number five.
