hey everyone, it's Ally, and today I want to talk about the midgame update for L stri Wen. That's going to make this build substantially more powerful than it was before. This update is meant to multiply your DPS and your ehp by quite a large amount, while at the same time make your build a lot faster and make it strong enough to be able to conquer pretty much all any content they might want to tackle. This update is meant to cost somewhere around 50 to 70 div, and while the price tag might seem high, you do not need all the money up front to get everything in the spot. The building and is very easy for you to piece meal allot these upgrades together as you get the money for them, rather than need to get everything all I want. As always for pretty much every single build guide that I do, there's going to be an extensive note section written in the note section for the path building, and I highly implore you to please read through it as I pretty much try to put

as much effort and time into every single build guide that I can. I try to improve and clarify as much as I can on every single little aspect of the build. Lobby questions might be answered by the things at the top of the note section. While at the same time for every single slot, there will be a crafting guide on how to make every single item if you choose to make it yourself. Instead with all that said, why don't we start talking about how to make your build a lot stronger and talk about all the changes that we're going to be doing in the mid-game of this build. First major thing to talk about here is going to be your defenses. I've heard a lot of people complain that Ling strike in general, whether it's dead eye Warden or Slayer, has been pretty squishy. And while that might be true in comparison to some other builds, is you can't really make melee builds that dinky unless you're playing yourself a jug or a glad with the budget that we're going to have.

available to us in this path of building is finally time to make this build very tanky. The main thing that we're going to be using for our defensive layer is going to be a madle. This Shield is going to well do quite a lot, but a lot of that is really relevant and not important for us at all. So all you need to know about The Shield is that one, you are not going to be able to heal from any source that is not specifically leeched. Two, whenever your health is full, you're going to start leeching energy Shield instead, meaning that your life Leach effectively never turns off. And when your energy Shield tops off, it resets itself back to zero, with you gaining yourself a 5% maximum resistance buff. And then finally, three, it's going to convert half of all the amounts of damage taken as chaos damage through corrupted Soul, while at the same time giving you 5% maximum chaos resistance. We're going to want to do with the shield is specifically pair it with a lethal pry that is conquered.

by ricot, which is specifically going to turn all keystones within a circle into tempered by War. Tempered by War is then going to convert half of cold and Lane damage you take to fire, meaning when combined, a corrupted soul from arle, we are only going to take physical fire and Chaos damage from now on, while at the same time having 5% maximum fire resistance and 10% maximum chaos resistance. This is going to be crucial for us to be able to stay alive, as this is going to allow us to specifically focus on maximum fire and Chaos res, effectively giving us 90% Elemental resistance with very little effort. If we combine this with something like a born of chaos, which gives us 3% maximum chaos resistance, as well as a purity of fire for more maximum fire resistance, we can very easily hit 88 fire resistance and 89% chaos resistance, which effectively gives us 88 and 2 maximum Elemental resistance against both cold, lightning, and fire, while at the same time pretty much making it so no chaos damage will

ever hurt you in the slightest chaos damage is not tuned around you being chaos. Since CA, even just having 50-60% chaos R is enough to basically nullify all major chaos damage that's going to come towards you in pretty much any content that you do, and well, let be able to hit 90% chaos res effectively is the same thing as just saying you're immune to chaos damage. You are going to literally never notice chaos damage ever again, which is a very nice benefit of us setting up this combo. There going to be a few things that we can add onto this to actually make it even stronger. We can then add in a Doppelganger SK, which in the sane mode is going to give us up to 40% less physical and Chaos damage taken, and given that half of our Elemental damage is taken as chaos, that means that we effectively also gain 20% less Elemental damage taken from this. This chest plate is going to give you a button called unhinge that is going to

allow you to turn yourself insane if if you do turn it on, and as long as you never turn on unhinge, you will always be in the San mode, giving you this less damage taken because this CH play is so cheap. We can also very easily get ourselves a corrupt haet, such as plus one to all Maximum resistances, which does work on chaos res, making this combination even stronger. Now, there going to be a few challenges with you actually setting up this defensive layer. First off, because we're going to be taking the majority of our damage is chaos damage, that means we need to actually cap our chaos resistance. We're going to be doing this by getting ourselves a new helmet, gloves, boots, and a new ring to replace one of our teing. These items are all going to have cra guides in the note section of the path building on how to make all of them, and the important thing to take away from these items is that they're all going to have chaos resistance and spell Su on them to be able to one spell capus and.

two chaos capus. These items are all going to be fairly cheap to craft, as the fractures are not going to be that expensive, with each item costing somewhere around 7 to 10 divines, depending on how lucky or unlucky you get while crafting it. To finish off each of them, now obviously you can just look for pre-crafted items off of trade. And if you were to do that, what I'd recommend for you to do is to specifically look for items with high chaos resist distance and potentially sacrifice some of your spell suppression, as there are ways for us to be able to fit in the spell suppression later on. One thing you might notice here is that we're now using a rare pair of gloves. Previously in this build, we were using cesal brace to get our fortify, which is what you're going to want to do until you are ready to swap over to a dagger. We are not going to be using a claw anymore in this setup. We instead going to be moving on to dagger, which we'll

discuss in further detail here. Shortly, swapping over to this dagger is not going to be as simple as you might think. You are going to need to put the Rune Smithing enchant on it. That's going to give you Melee H skin fortify. This enchant is currently worth somewhere around 10 Divine or so, as the popularity of runes has skyrocketed. People have started to put enchants on their weapons, which means you're most likely going to want to stick through your Celestial brace for quite a while because you're going to be doing this. That means getting to spell speci cap is going to be a little bit harder, as you cannot put spell speci on your gloves. An easy way to fix this is to potentially just sacrifice something like lethality for a little bit less damage and pick yourself up in trench. Instead, this is not going to fully fix your spell suppression issue, and you're most likely going to either have to pick up another small passive point next to quick to be able to fully

get to spelling cap or to potentially get yourself more tattoos with Romo Shaman and replace some of your chance of void being Sun tattoos. To be able to hit 100% spell suppression, another option might also be to just simply not get a do ganger guys to begin with and just simply run a rare chest plate instead, which might allow you to fit in the chaos resons and spells suppression that you might be missing from using a cial brace instead until you are ready to swap over to the dagger. Let's finally actually address that dagger. I've been using a dagger for quite a few days now to get used to it before telling people to swap over to it, and while I've seen a lot of concerns of people saying, Ali, wouldn't this actually make us a lot squishier due to us losing the life G on hit from our claw? And while yes, that is true, it's not going to really matter as motle is going to make it so you cannot gain Health from any Source other than

life Leach anyways, because of this, we can very easily swap to dagger, which gives us the benefit of just being able to do everything slal brace does. It is just an enchant. We also just get to benefit from the fact that daggers are currently not popular at all. Now there's a reason for this, as the dagger rolls are slightly smaller than claws, meaning that claws are overall going to always be stronger. But a decent endgame dagger is only 1 to 2% less DPS in a claw, which is honestly a very minor difference and for most people is not going to even be noticeable. The other thing that we need to change is we'd have to specifically go and drop the claw wheel and pick up the dagger re right above it, which does mean we need to spend two additional passive points to get there, but the benefit of this is that we are right next to another dual socket, then allowing us to pick up another Jewel for a build. This dagger is going to be crafted in the same exact way you would.

craft a claw with the only downside being that it's going to be a little bit more expensive to finish up. The prefixes as you have to roll against all the spell damage rolls that can be found on daggers. When looking out for a dagger, there will be a link in the note section for you to be able to find yourself a dagger. But you need to specifically make sure you're looking for a dagger that has 8% Critical Strike chance and 1.45 or higher APS as its base. There are quite a lot of daggers that fit this description as we don't care about the physical damage of it, meaning we can use the quote-unquote bad bases that don't have much physical damage on them. As we only need the attack speed and Critical Strike chance of it, meaning that we have a much bigger Market to look through for fractured bases, allowing us to get ourselves a base that is substantially cheaper than a claw with a prefixes costing more on a dagger than they do on.

a claw. It's still going to overall be cheaper, as instead of paying 20 div for a claw base, you're going to pay yourself maybe two or three div for a dagger base. And even with you having to spend more on the prefixes, you're still going to overall save a very large amount of money in comparison to crafting a comparable clock. As soon as you can, I'd highly recommend to go to the Run smithing bench in your town and put the melee hits fortify in chanton it as soon as possible. But until you can afford that, I would just recommend for you to put one of the added damage en chance instead, as they're fairly cheap at around 10 to 20 Kos for medium roll, and they're going to be somewhere around a 3 to 4% DPS increase. While we're talking about you crafting New Gear, what I want to go over very quickly is going to be your helmet and how to fit all the oras in this build along with all the AA.

changes we're actually going to make the helmet. We're going to want to make for this build is going to be a plus two AOE helmet with Mana reservation for the suffix. This helmet is fairly easy to make as the suffixes are very straightforward. And then the prefixes is simply just going to be veiled chaos orb spamming until you do unveil the plus two AOE. And this plus two AOE is not necessarily important for you to get immediately. But it's going to be something that you're going to want to chase as soon as you can. As a plus two AOE when combined with a level 21 Purity fire is going to push the Purity fire to level 23. Which is going to give it a break point to give you 1% additional maximum fire resistance. This is a fairly large increase to your ehp. Once you do swap bir motle i' would highly recommend for you to try and get this break point whenever you can.

terms of our auras, we are now going to be running Anger, Grace, Purity, Fire on a or link with a level three lion along with a Flesh and Stone and a level one Precision. Anywhere else to be able to fit all these auras in, we are going to need to anoint Sovereignty on our necklace as well as pick up Charisma from the Petry, the Mana Mastery from Thrill of Battle, and then finally you are going to need to make sure that you use a Loathing Essence to craft your helmet, and you're going to need to make sure that you put a Grand Eldritch ier Mana reservation implicit on your helmet to have all the Mana needed to do the setup. If you cheap out on the essence roll or the ater worlds implicit, you might have to completely drop your Precision from your build, making you lose a little bit of DPS, but that's okay because it's something you can simply fix later. But all this put together, you'll be able to fit all of your auras in and one option.

you might be able to change here if you want to make yourself a little bit tinier. Is to potentially drop your anger for a determination instead. Although if you do that your Trinity uptime might start to tank as it's going to imbalance all of your Elemental rules. And at the same time you would be giving up quite a lot of extra DPS. And to finally finish to talk about motle and how to swap over what I want to talk about next. Is going to be how to find yourself a lethal Pride for this build. Now lethal pride is a very unique Jewel it has two variables on it that change. One is going to be the number which is the seed that determines how the jewel is going to interact your Petry. And the second is the name of the Conqueror on it. In our case we specifically need the name to be ricotta as that is going to change all keystones within the orange circle of the duel into specifically tempered by boore. Which we need for a case but at the same

time we can look for a good seed that is going to give us valuable additional benefits to our build on some of the notables in the circle. But at the same time, on the notables, we going to get some unique mods add don't on top of them that are unique to the lethal Pride itself. The major thing that we're going to be looking for on this lethal pride is specifically going to be finding one notable within its radius that has endurance charge on kill on it. This 5% chance is more than enough to pretty much always give you endurance charges while you're clearing your maps. It's going to be a crucial part of our defensive layers that we do not want to skip out on. Because we're picking up so many notables within the circle, it is very easy for us to find one that has this on it. The way we're going to go about finding one is going to be very simple. If you open up pth the building and have your passet Tre open at the bottom there.

will be a fine Timeless sh button here. We're going to put lethal Pride for a jeel type ricot. As a conqueror, we're going to specifically choose Wind Dancer as Jew soet. We're going to want to look at, and we're going to click the filter nodes button so it specifically only looks at all the notables that we actually have allocated in our build. It's not going to try to give you results for something like survivalist or silent steps, which we do not have allocated. Finally, all we need to do is specifically click on the search for node drop down. In our case, we're going to choose the add endurance charge on kill option. It's going to put endurance charges as a desired node, and then all we have to do is simply just click search. This is now going to show you every single lethal Pride number that is specifically ricot that has at least one notable within the Giant Orange Circle that is endurance charge on Kill from everything that we have selected. Because there are thousands of these, we do not

need to buy one of the ones at the top and pay a large amount of money for them. As these are most likely going to either be price fixed or cost substantially more, all you have to do is simply click copy trade URL. And all the numbers highlighted are simply going to be put on your clipboard, which you can then paste into your browser. And it's simply just going to give you a trade filter for all the numbers at the top. What you can then do with this is simply look through all these and see if you can find yourself a cheap one. If none of these are cheap, what you can do, because again there are thousands of these numbers that work for a build, we then simply just C copy next trade URL. And simply just going to generate you another trade link for the next set of numbers down, which all can work for a build as well. What you might be able to do, because these are going to be fairly cheap, is potentially add other useful nodes in your search to find yourself a better lethal Pride overall. What you could

possibly do is simply look for something like double damage, which is going to be a very large DPS increase, or potentially look for something like fortify effect, which makes you be overall tanker. If you do something like this, it's now going to spit you out a new set of numbers, which is going to show you how many of each type are going to be able to be found on your Jewel. For example, the one at the top here is going to have no nodes that have endurance charge on kill, while it having two nodes with double damage on both multi-shot and Acuity, and then three nodes with maximum fortification on invenerates, force of Nature, and aspect to the links. Because we need to have at least one endurance charge on kill in our build, we can do is go over to the endurance charge on kill line and simply modify the zero at the end of it to a one, which is then going to show you only the seals that have at least one endurance charge on kill. From here, you can simply just click copy trade URL.

and simply look through these on trade to see if any of these are available. And simply just look at the number and compare it to what it says in Path of Building. For example, let's say 12,970 is available on trade for two div. You can then look at Path of Building and see, Oh, that one gives me two double damage and one maximum fortification. And you can either choose to buy that one if it seems like a fair price to you, or look for a different one that might have other useful nodes on it. As well finally let's talk about some pure DPS increases that you can make for a build. They're going to make it substantially stronger than before. First off, we are now going to be incorporating a cluster Jewel into our build. This cluster jewel is going to be fairly cheap, which is just going to have feed the fury, Marshal prowess, and fuel the fight on it. These are going to all be nodes that are going to give you quite a lot of added accuracy rating, which is something we've been struggling

with in this build pretty heavily, while at the same time giving you a lot of generic damage and attack speed. We're then going to want to also get ourselves a born of chaos small cluster Jewel, which is going to give us 3% maximum chaos resistance, which is crucial for us to increase our ehp by quite a lot. If you cannot get yourself a large C Jewel, and if this is not within your budget, but you are playing madle, at least pick up the cluster Jewel socket and get yourself a small cluster Jewel with born of chaos at a minimum. We're then going to also be incorporating a massive thread of Hope into our build. This thread of Hope is going to allow us to pick up any passive points within this band without them being connected to her Petry, and well as you can see, we are picking up quite a lot of nodes within this band, as this just ends up being one of the single best thread hope spots in the game, a massive throw to hope for Elemental attack builds Just Hits so.

many good notables that normally does a SA us a lot of passive points, which we can then use to pick up ourselves the cluster Jewel, but gives us a massive amount of both health and ehp at the same time. If you cannot afford a massive thread of hole, but you cannot do this, that's completely okay as we do not need any of these notables for a build to function outside of CCP, and we can simply just do is pick up herbalism and path all the way over to Quick Step manually, and this should use basically the same amount of points that you were using on your thread hope. Instead, this also going to help you with your spell suppression a little bit more if you were struggling for that, and that plus something like in Tren would allow you to cheap out on some your spell ression rules in your gear, and eventually get yourself better rules later on to be able to fit in the thread of Hope and get these pass points back later. The final thing that we need to mention here

is going to be your necklace. We are now going to finally upgrade our necklace over to a yok of suffering. This amulet is straight up perfect for a build as it gives us increased damage to enemies per a that we apply onto them. Because we're by default going to be applying ignites, shocks, chills, and because of ult the winter freezes very consistently, this gives us a minimum of 40% increased damage dealt to enemies. And because we are picking up quartered prey, which gives us a fairly high chance to bleed, which we always have active on bosses and have a fairly decent uptime on monsters in our Maps, we get another 10% increased damage from that. And if we pair that up with four tattoos of the TOA shaman on our int points because we have a decent amount of int over the amount of intelligence we actually need for a build, we can then get ourselves a 20% chance to poison, which will have a 100% uptime on bosses due to how many times we hit per second and have a

fairly comparable uptime while mapping to our bleed chance, giving us some decent DPS increase while mapping too. Yoka suffering simply just gives us way too much damage our build, and because we don't care about resistances in our build at all, we can simply just choose to not look for a good cold lining or Fire Res roll on it, and instead choose to look for a Max roll increased damage taken per ailment on the enemy rooll to get yourself as much damage as possible. This thing is a few div, but it's slowly going down in price as people start doing more and more tier 17 maps, as it specifically only comes with tier 17 maps. And while you don't necessarily need a Max Roll On The increased damage pment, you can always try to find yourself a lower rooll on a budget, and that should pretty much be all the information that you need to be able to make your Lang strike Warden substantially ch care and do substantially more damage than before. With that said, there are still three

more upgrades you can make to this build to make it even stronger in the lake game. First off, you can get yourself a mage blood. Mage blood is going to allow you to in killing orb all of your flas, making them substantially stronger than before and giving you 100% uptime on them while bossing. And what you could possibly do with this is potentially G yourself a ruby flas, which gives you maximum fire resistance, which would allow you to completely drop the purity of fire from your build, giving you another AA slot, which you can fit in with something like aspecta spider or any other ore that you'd like. And at the same time, you can get yourself an amethyst Flash, which would then give you the majority of your chaos resistance by itself, allowing you to potentially get rid of some of the chaos R rolls in your gear for other stats. You can always also potentially get yourself a progenesis later on, which would make you substantially tinier than before, with the only downside being that we can't

really have 100% up time on it while doing bosses. It'd be amazing for mapping, especially if you want to do something like tier 17s with this build as proest would give you an unbelievable amount of additional ehp. And if you do get that plus some Mage blood, it's completely okay to just run three flasks in your Mage blood as you wouldn't want to replace a tincture with a mage blood flask, nor would you want to not potentially include for Genesis in your build. With all that said, that's everything you're going to need to know to make your relh Worden as powerful as possible.
