you've learned about fair value gaps, but what if I told you there was a far more powerful concept identified by ICT himself that is often overlooked yet incredibly potent? This indicator covers every crucial aspect needed to transform your trading strategy into a finely-tuned machine. We've released this indicator for free, and today we'll break down every gear and bolt within it with precision and clarity, and by the end, we'll reveal some incredible setups that leverage this powerful indicator. So let's get into it. There are five major parts of this indicator: ICT immediate rebalance concept, buy-side and sell-side liquidity, order blocks and breaker blocks, liquidity voids, and macros. Unlike a fair value gap, which is a three-candle formation that leaves behind an imbalance in price, an immediate rebalance has little to no gaps. With an immediate rebalance, the third candle that would confirm a fair value gap in

instead, immediately fills that price region before closing. This formation is powerful because whereas a fair value gap implies price will need to retrace in order to fill the imbalance, the immediate rebalance has no need to retrace, and a powerful continuation of the trend can be expected. The immediate rebalance typically needs to be followed by two extension candles to be confirmed; if not, the indicator will plot a red X, invalidating the setup. The indicator can also identify buy-side and sell-side liquidity at major swing highs and lows, which are areas in the markets where traders have likely placed stop losses. The idea is that these levels are usually swept by large institutions for liquidity, and price will then reverse. We are aware that often these more significant levels exist on higher time frames, so we included a time frame feature. If trading on the 5-minute chart, you can easily see the daily liquidity levels, order blocks, and breaker blocks, identifying areas in the market where significant buying and selling has occurred. There is usually a strong reaction if price returns to these

levels and traders often use them as areas to enter trades. When an order block is mitigated, a breaker block is formed in that exact area and can be treated as a break and retest. Buy-side and sell-side liquidity can identify stop losses, and using order blocks to know where traders have entered will be very important when we discuss some powerful setups later in this video. Liquidity voids can also be detected, and these are sudden and strong shifts that usually suggest little to no disagreement between traders on the direction. These are crucial areas of interest to consider in case the asset returns to these levels. If the value is resting above or below a liquidity void, it's essential for traders to be aware of how the market behaved within that range in the past. And finally, the indicator can display macro timings, which according to ICT teachings, refer to specific time periods where an algorithm can significantly influence the direction of price movements in the market. The indicator can identify these timings to be used alongside your analysis to pinpoint the perfect time to

take a trade, for instance, when trading a pair such as pound Yen. A trader may want to enable London Max macro timings since the pound is most active within the London session to see if we're within or outside of macro before executing. Now that we understand the five major parts of this indicator, let's dive into some examples and see how we can put it all together to execute some amazing trade setups. In this first example, we'll be using buy-side and sell-side liquidity, order blocks, breaker blocks, and liquidity voids. Looking at this example, we can see that at this swing low, buyers are trying to push the price higher. We know this because of the detected bullish order block (BL). However, if you look further above, you'll also notice a buy-side liquidity level where the majority of sellers likely placed their stop losses. As the price runs into that level, we want to pay attention if the price breaks that level but then closes back below. This could indicate a possible sweep of liquidity, signaling a potential move lower, but we need further

confirmation price then rejected these highs with strong momentum, broke the previous bullish order block, and created a new bearish order block, further confirming the downside interest. Now we can use breaker blocks to find a level to execute a trade and target either the swing low or use the liquidity void for a much further and rewarding target. In this other example, notice how the price broke this buy-side liquidity level and rejected several times above it. This could be a sign that buyers are currently strong, and a sweep to the downside is unlikely. Next, we see that just prior to the macro session, the market made a strong impulse move to the downside below that previous buy-side liquidity level. However, we know the price has struggled to stay below this zone in the past, so we'll maintain our bullish bias. Now within this macro session, we see an immediate rebalance forming with two candle confirmations. Following all of this happening within the macro session could be a strong sign of traders wanting to push to the next buy-side liquidity level. Therefore, we

can execute and target this level above. These are just two of the many trade setups that can be formulated using this toolkit.
