Whether you get it or not, a starting salary like this gives you the feeling that you can earn well elsewhere as well. So, let’s go for it! 

Now, how do you write the application? Just look at the example and follow it. Understood? The first question is about your motivation for applying. They will ask about your goals in life and the company's goals, so prepare to write a grand plan, and you can write up to a thousand characters.

자신의 경험과 목표를 서술하라는 것이죠. 어떻게 살아왔고, 그래서 어떤 목표를 이루고 싶냐는 질문입니다. 이 문항은 여러분에 대해 진솔하게 보여달라는 것입니다. 정리하자면, 지원 동기, 회사에서 목표를 이루기 위한 나의 계획과 노력, 그리고 인생의 목표와 이를 이루기 위해 했던 나의 노력을 포함해야 합니다. 이 세 가지를 1,400자로 작성해야 합니다. 

그렇다면, 지원 동기를 300자, 회사에서 목표를 이루기 위한 계획을 150자, 인생의 목표를 이루기 위한 노력도 150자 정도로 나누어 쓸 수 있다고 생각하는 분들이 많습니다. 그러나 이렇게 작성하면 그리 매력적이지 않을 수 있습니다. 차라리 여러분만의 독특한 매력을 살려, 인생의 목표와 관련된 이야기를 이 회사와 연관지어 서술하는 것이 좋습니다. 이는 매우 좋은 문항입니다.

Of course, the section on motivation for applying can be quite burdensome, but if you understand it well and can collaborate to enhance your competitiveness, it can lead to a wonderful outcome. Therefore, I recommend that you write using this framework with three main points. First, throw out your life goals. Then, in the section on motivation for applying, you can appeal to how your aspirations are related to your life goals. After that, present your plans for achieving these goals once you join the company, emphasizing that you are fully prepared to contribute to this company. You can also mention that you are well-informed about the company, making a direct or indirect appeal for them to choose you. Of course, if you have your own unique approach, I won’t discourage that.

As I thought about what would make it easier for you to use, I realized that this is definitely not an easy task. Anyway, I need to write about the facts, so if you write it in a three-star format, it might be a bit more convenient. My life's goal is to achieve this goal, and I have been continuously experiencing A, B, A, B to reach it. However, Korea Kolmar seems to have something that can help me realize my dreams. Therefore, I want to appeal that I would like to achieve my goals here at this company. Now, before I go into more detail about the technical methods, you need to understand ODM, ODM 2nd generation, and total consulting regarding ODM.

Woody, what is it? For those who are seeing this for the first time, it has become a 2D Max case. We need to understand what this BM ODM is about. They think, Is this the company that makes Kolmar? Oh, that's foolish! Korean Kolmar is a cosmetics manufacturing company, not a cola company. An applicant who thinks it’s a cola-making company is making the same mistake from Kolmar's perspective.

It's frustrating because we need to select one person for the ODM to 8 concert. The reason is that they are focusing on this signature, and they rely on it for their livelihood. They are asking for sufficient insights on this matter, so they are writing extensively about it. 

When it comes to the original elements of the design, we had a red pattern design, which is significant. They are asking for a translation of this, as it is originally about manufacturing and design. This is about the original development and design manufacturing process. I apologize for my poor English, but to clarify, the client's request is also about the concept, which includes product development for items like Pepero. It encompasses everything from market supply to all aspects. 

In short, when a client requests a product, we make it for them and go beyond just that.

Dad, we're a bit clueless. For example, if we want to create a custom puzzle or a new bracelet design, we would just request it to be made and then have it shipped, right? But here, what is it? They said they handle everything from product development to market supply, but I don't quite understand. 

So, the client company, 1012, first requests an efficient prevention mask pack exclusively for Seoul citizens. Then, Korea Kolmar first analyzes the fine dust in Seoul. They need to analyze the fine dust efficiently since there's a lot of it in Seoul. They have to identify any unique characteristics compared to other regions. Additionally, they need to investigate the demographic characteristics of Seoul citizens, as users of this mask, to research skin conditions, since it's a product for the skin.

And the third is that it is dedicated to the residents of Seoul, so it should not have any effect on other regions. Only the voices of Seoul citizens should be effective, because that is the client's request. Therefore, since it has no effect elsewhere, research needs to be conducted to ensure that the effects only appear for the residents of Seoul. Once the product is created, it should be designed and packaged in a way that everyone in Seoul would like, and even the sales strategy should be thoroughly considered. It’s like saying, Here’s the product, go ahead and sell it. Do you understand? So, when we say it’s good, what do we mean? We just have the store; we use it for sales. We also identify the need for products with such concepts, procure necessary materials, design features, analyze the target customer base, and plan the sales methods. If we do this, it will definitely sell.

It's better to just put it down and let it be, rather than focusing solely on ODM total consulting. So, let's go back to the original design menu button. After hearing this, I think to some extent this word itself will resonate with you. By the way, before ODM 2, there was 5 2NB, and there’s also a slightly expanded version, OBM, here. You don't need to know exactly six types, but if you search for it later, you'll find everything.

Now, regarding the first block, which talks about life goals, when you describe your goals, you should connect them to your company and job objectives. Honestly, you should always write them attractively. For life goals, if it’s too artificial, it will be obvious to anyone that it’s fake. Differentiating yourself in your self-introduction letter is something we always struggle with, but if you write it too artificially, it might backfire. So, when anyone looks at it, it should still feel genuine.

I would like to express myself in a more genuine and honest way. I want to contribute to the community through my most confident talents and abilities. In fact, I once threw snacks to the children during a stamp collection activity, and I helped my mother who runs a pharmacy by providing easy and fun explanations to the elderly. When I see the happy smiles of the seniors as they leave, I realize that showing consideration and sincerity towards others doesn’t have to be grand; it can be simple gestures. 

When someone asks how it feels to have reached this point in my life, I want to be able to respond that I am doing something that can bring joy to others. I want to be someone who can make others happy with my abilities.

There are structured areas of expertise, and in order to cultivate professionalism in these areas, countries have been continuously pursuing qualifications such as obtaining certifications and completing relevant training programs. This is what I mean. In the second half of life, I want to show that through quality management, I can exert a significant influence. Ultimately, it's not just about me; I want to help not just ten people, or a hundred, but up to ten million people achieve happiness. This is the essence of my life’s purpose. However, personally, I sometimes think that this idea is a bit grandiose. I wonder if I can really provide happiness to others. Can my actions truly influence a vast majority? This is a concern that lingers in my mind.

It allows you to do things. Of course, having a dedicated mindset or a spirit of service is good, but in reality, many people pursue jobs because they want to earn money to buy a house, a car, and eventually get married and have children. There are friends who have dreams in other fields, but if you look at it more truthfully, those who want to go to pharmacy school are usually people who have specific goals. For example, if you want to buy a Benz or a BMW, you need to earn a lot of money. If you want to drive a Benz or BMW, you have to make a substantial income, which leads to detailed plans. Those plans include applying for companies like Korean Kolmar, which offers high salaries. Of course, I was the same way. So, if possible, it’s about earning a lot of money.

I want to work in a good place, but I also want to become a person who can achieve sustainable growth in an industry that allows for continuous development. There are many opportunities, so I want to take advantage of them. In other words, I want to grow in a way that is meaningful, and ideally, I hope that as the industry grows, my salary will also continue to increase. With that mindset, I want to create something beautiful.

As I was contemplating what kind of work I would do in the future, a particular class turned out to be a great fortune for me. Through this class, I was able to recognize my shortcomings as a professional in a specific role. The class made me prioritize thinking about the industry rather than just the work itself. Through various activities, I investigated industries that are part of my daily life as well as unfamiliar industries, and I focused on the D industry.

BDM, E컵 하니까 그렇다, 후 DM 생각을 하는 거 여기다가 이제 아시겠죠. 자, 그래서 두 번째는 이제 투어짱 걸, 미영아 법을 떼어서 지원 동기입니다. 그래도 불러온 것 같아요. 그러나 여기서 바른 말씀은 다 어떻게 회사에서 이루고 싶은 목표가 뭐냐는 점입니다. 그런데 여기서 좀 주목해야 할 점이 있습니다. 이건 캡틴 펜더 1만의 정말 유일무이한 부분입니다. 물론 다른 분들이 얘기할 수도 있지만, 제가 사악한 TV 아티브가 아니라 좀 이랬으면 좋겠어요. 배 보면 주목해 주세요. 10점의 가 좀 멀기 때문에, 천수를 사막의 한 번만 책으로 되어 인턴 모집이었을까요? 그래요, 이거는 인턴 모집이에요.

Last year, in November, I didn't apply for an internship at D.G. because they had increased their hiring around October. The position was for an intern, but there were also regular job openings. This time, the internship recruitment is for Korean Kolma, which is quite rare, so approaching the content of the self-introduction letter could be one method. This is because it can be viewed sincerely. My goal is to express my genuine reasons for applying to only one company every day. This can make my reasons for applying seem more authentic. Therefore, companies can experience our internet presence. Of course, Captain Fandom is my fourth pillar. 

Firstly, in order to cultivate talents with our unique characteristics, since it’s an internship, we can develop our potential at any time. We can select candidates who will continue to inject our identity into the company. We can secure the time needed to create our own unique Kolma-type talents.

It could be for that reason. Secondly, they are testing candidates with a general physique. As the saying goes, they are protecting the beautiful ones, which seems strange. However, they are already primarily organized. They teach and come in with a meeting format. So, from the company's perspective, they cannot be 100% sure if this person is suitable just based on the written test and interview. Therefore, they have the intern go through practical experience. They think, Well, the basics are there, so let's include them; there are no issues with their qualifications. Since they have these fundamental skills, they let them try. If it doesn't work out, then they can go back. 

Lastly, there is a strong focus on employment. Due to pressure from the government, the employment rate has slightly improved, and companies are opening up positions, so they encourage internships. If you look at it, they work for three months and study for three months, with a minimum conversion rate of over 80%. This conversion rate is quite high.

I have done at least 80%, and it could be a maximum of 80%. Regardless, someone could still fall short; it could be 20% or even less, but of course, it could also be 100%. There could be a 100% conversion. However, that is a matter for the company to judge while you are doing the internship. It is a judgment that Korea Kolmar will make. In any case, the three months you have is an opportunity for you. If they are hiring interns, they are indirectly saying that they plan to increase the number of interns by more than 20% compared to the original staff. So, from your perspective, you have gained a broader opportunity and a chance to earn an annual salary of 4.3 million. Therefore, I think it will be like this: I usually have a lot of interest in responding to tasks in the industry, and I have tried to develop my capabilities through various activities, but I have yet to perform a full role in a place like Korea Kolmar.

I acknowledge that I have many shortcomings. During this three-month internship, I want to achieve my goals and grow. This is my plan. By meeting the needs of the company, I aim not only to benefit the business but also to create greater added value, especially in B2B sales, which I am very interested in. I believe I have trained in various areas related to this. Selling a product worth 10,000 won, my goal is to eventually sell something valued at over 1 billion won. It's an incredible target. I know I have many areas where I need improvement, and I promise to work hard during this internship to grow and develop. This shows how sincere I am, right? Now, moving on to the second version, which is more straightforward and honest.

I applied to Korean Colmar, which competes through quality, because I can truly create happiness for global customers based on the expertise I've fought for. I have a lot of experience, so I can confidently say that if I perform perfectly during my internship, I will succeed. So, literally, it's about quality management. Following what my friend mentioned earlier, I have many opportunities to grasp as a fan, and I look forward to the next chance that arises.

Now, let's talk about my plans. Remember these three specific points. First, it's good to write specific goals. Second, learn diligently and avoid writing too much about the company's details. Why? Because there's too much information; it can be overwhelming. Instead, it's better to be more specific at the first level. I have been continuously discussing ODM. I will study ODM consulting in detail, and I believe it will be useful for the position I am applying for.

Here, the point is to express that you will learn diligently and contribute to the company, but don't just write it in one line. Do you understand? The lecture itself should convey a specific nuance that reflects your dedication. This is something you all should naturally consider. So, there is a problem. I want to inform you that I have evidence—1, 2, 3, 4, and so on. There are about 12 to 15 pieces of evidence, and there could be even more. Each job has its own goals and performance plans. You should analyze the industry related to your position and understand the job itself. Then, intertwine your experiences and goals with the process you want to achieve. If you don't know how to do this, start by Googling. Just try Googling first; regardless of the outcome, you need to take that step.

The government's market in Google starts with the fourth phase. So, in Korea, as for the current HD, the leaf is not yet developed for cosmetic packaging materials. I have now promised that ACDC will create cosmetic packaging in Korean colors. Why? Because of ODM total consulting. So, looking at this, of course, I still can't say for sure if the recent articles are accurate, but I thought about making eco-friendly cosmetic packaging. Then, we should start researching the packaging materials first, and based on the cosmetics they handle, we will create packaging that fits their needs. This is ODM consulting. So, in the ODM and OEM industry, the impact of COVID-19 has led to mixed results, which is very intriguing, isn't it? Let's take a closer look at this.

Why is it that companies like Korean Kolma and E&M are bound to see an increase in performance? Now, looking at the cosmetics industry, there's a trend of micro-innovation and high investment in research and development, reaching up to 10 trillion won. This is detailed and significant. Just from September onwards, there are many issues related to companies in this sector, making it a great opportunity to study. And this alone is not enough.
