hello everyone my name is doctor gupta. I did my undergraduate from aims new delhi securing all india rank 10 in aims ug exam 2012. And I'm currently pursuing my team in pediatric oncology again from ams delhi. So in this video I'll be sharing the strategy for physics. Beforehand I'll tell you how important physics is as a doctor. Actually the number of times I've used physics is, I think the entire video can end and we can safely conclude that physics is not at all required for being a doctor. It's required to become a doctor, you know, at least get into MBBS. And I understand the pain that all of you have to go through and I went through the same pain. I can understand you, I can feel you. So there it is, the video. The one thing that helps you improve your physics is practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice. It's obvious, I think this is pretty much everyone who must have said, you can do numericals, problems, all kinds of miraculously.

it is as obvious and still people don't know. I don't know why people don't realize this. The first thing that you have to practice is previous year questions. You have to keep on practicing previously the question at least 15 to 20 years previous year questions. Now what happens because of practicing previous year's questions is that you'll get to know what pattern is there. See what happens is a lot of people say concepts may argue. I read it from you know my coaching or edit it from you know my tutor or uh my YouTube video lately and I think mako concept servants may patterns. The importance of doing previously question is you'll realize that there's certain type of concepts. Concepts of F is equal to GM by R squared application specific form of questions. I kept on practicing and this type of question I never ever I'm never able to get a wrong answer. So this is what I'll suggest to ev uh suggest to every one of you uh remember uh keep there will be some topics which

will be good uh you will be good in physics art you will be bad and physics and some will be average the strategy is so in order to become excellent in the topics you think you're good at solve previously your question go and extra level above use different sources to solve the questions uh the resources that i followed were ncrt dc pandey uh it's for very few topics i used to love dc pandey because i used to have level one and level two questions i always used to start with level one questions and be proficient in the level one questions before moving on to level two questions other levels all over the level so this sort of you know step-by-step about how good that particular topic of physics is for me so i remembered that i was amazingly good in modern uh modern physics and thermodynamics so what i used to do in order to practice previously questions i used dinesh along with i used to practice iit-jee and ai tripoli papers as well the topics i was average at kinetics and

frankly, this strategy served me well. So, I think it can serve you well as well. I was able to get 116 out of 120 in physics in my APMT. But I think I was a bit lucky during my APMT. Means a better exam probably would be my prelims. Not extremely excellent but not too bad as well. So, if you want or someone who's I was not extremely good at physics. I was very average at physics. And I think all of you are very average at physics. This is a strategy that you can consider. Just topics for multiple resources practice. Thank you in my excellence. I'll recommend I'll be very blunt here. It has been nine years since I did my physics. And I'll again try to remember how many times I use physics in my four, five years. I have been a doctor. Okay. So, that's why I'm saying chemistry. Food by the way. Chemistry still is important actually. Especially organic chemistry and portion of inorganic chemistry. Physical chemistry. Chemical kinetics. Uh, I think the advice that she has given, I find it to be very relatable, should be very relatable. This is one thing that you can do. There's one mistake I definitely didn't do, which almost every one of us makes initially makes when I realized I'm a mistake around an NCR thing. You understand NCRD is very tough. You're saying if you say your physics was V by doing NCRT, I mean read NCRT properly, and I did. So please get your questions about that. It's possible they can ask you what has happened. Literally NCRT exercises. Such a question will probably be giving you an example. That would be probably more than enough, but don't forget NCRT. It will be a blunder if you forget NCRT. Okay. And, uh, many, but I've talked about this up previously in one of my one of my videos. That is a memory tab if you want to practice.

You can check the explanation of the questions, check the answers. Apart from that, one really important thing that they do is that they have this, you know, space repetition formula, so that from temporary memory just, whoever practicing that question, if you keep on repeating in the space repetition, it will slowly move to your long-term memory, and finally into your permanent storage.
