there is no outside what you see as an outside is your cognition your Consciousness so we have to see through this duality of thought you can only see through the duality of thought by being a really good Observer being aware of your thoughts

and emotions because this all this is you so I sit with so many beings in session it's it's really quite common where I hear that they don't meditate they don't meditate at all and yet they're suffering okay we have to meditate meditation is part of you

having Clarity and lucidity within this dream of Consciousness now meditation does not have to be this oh I'm meditating with you right now it just means you're aware of awareness like you're conscious of the thought you're conscious of the emotion you're conscious of your mood

you are conscious that you are the light of Consciousness and this is equivalent to a dream and we say a dream because things can arise and fall arise and fall quite like a dream truly this is chaos appearing orderly Now it only feels like the same [ __ ] different day because

you're not changing you're not catching your programming so we got to wake up like right now because that's all we got guys okay we need to wake up from these Temptations from the lower realm experience from the cultural delusion that you're not powerful that you're not

worthy that you're not whole now and this is the Paradox of the creation of form there's all of this death Decay and changing and yet you must find that which is not changing the eye of the hurricane the absolute I am which is

looking through your eyes it is your eyes but are you chasing [something] are you wanting something else cuz I got to tell you how can you want yourself how can you want what is and that's the delusion you're waking up

from collectively and individually I'm what I want the only reason why we're seeking or we're neurotic or we have these things going on is because we want to feel love we want to feel good and the only way to do that

truly holistically lucidly sanely is to be present and realize you are love awareness is awake guide the body love the body it's what holds your programming it's what holds the conditionings that compel you to move this is why we must

meditate be present so we can be aware of these beliefs these ideas these Concepts that are making us nervous or afraid and we have to say no thank you I am awake no thank you I am [all] powerful no thank you I love

myself and a true Act of Love is coming home to your heart a true Act of Love is coming home to your breath and saying I am enough because I am is another name for the faceless and formless God that we all are and whatever we put after the

words I am we tell the body we tell the vehicle we tell creation so wake up from this delusion wake up from this illusion that anything outside of you is going to please you no honey you're here to please yourself you're here to Value yourself and you're

here to love yourself awake and that means right now baby so let's dive into love let's dive into some playfulness and step out of the seriousness you're perfect you're whole see through these thoughts see through these dense emotions and come home to your
