screen for you. So with that, we've got Mozi's section here. He's going to do some interesting and cool stuff from FCS. Here's his intro and intro slide. Mozi, thanks for coming, and I turn it over to you, bro. There's some presenting

started there. Again, let's...should do it. How do I switch my screen to me? Hey everybody, actually, I don't know if this is working...Share your entire screen? Share screen? Okay, cool. So first off, I want to thank [Name] for giving me this opportunity to share with

You guys, a little bit unfortunately, I'm not Alex, so we're going to write it down just a little bit. I'm going to go through some of the FCS pentateuch and set seven count loop. It's really a two-person drill, unfortunately we're

here in DC. I've got a lot of underlying conditions, so I'm not taking any chances with the coronavirus. So we have to use a little bit of imagination right now. But if you guys are together with a partner, grab your partner. Basically, what we're going

to do is one person is going to stand here like a scarecrow, just arms out, maybe about shoulder-width apart, and the other person—I'm going to be it—is going to have the right leg forward. You're basically going to do a sub-count striking combination, and

we're going to play with that a little bit, turn it into strikes, a little bit elbows, blocks, right there. So essentially, again, the first person is your scarecrow, like so. The second person is going to be there's going to be a forehand, backhand, so you're going

to hit it one, two. So you're actually pivoting on the back foot to the first right. So one, pivot, two, three, four. In reality, all these strikes fix interface, and the person's arms are out. Piece will be one, two, three, four, coming this way. But for a lot of different

systems, however, words can go one, two, three, four, or five. Strike is going to be a straight jab, straight shot to the shoulder, again representing the face. We're going to do a quick body work, and you're going to whip your arm against your body and ricochet it back into your

Opponent's growing. It also could be a form shot into the person's body to get them to double over. So give them one, two, three, four, five. Don't count this as a B; this is your since instead, is an uppercut for safety. We're doing uppercuts.

On the underneath first, a mini target, tricep, and the first is right arm. However, in reality, that's the person's head because after you hit them in the solar plexus, that will double them over just a little bit, and the chin's right there for

us. So real quick, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Now the cool part about this drill is really a beat drum, so the seven count it becomes your one count, and we just cycle through this over and over. So because one, two, three, four, five, six,

seven, also you're one, two, three, four, five, six.  Set up any much. Let's begin with they really can't follow this thing. Oh, sorry. Okay, so look at that image. I want you guys to take charge if you have a partner and give yourself one minute.

Then try to run through that with your partner, each person taking a turn. And I'll just stare, and you had a couple of times for this slowly. So inside, back this three, four, five, straight shot, turn your body, ricochet, solar plexus, uppercut. More time, one, two, three, four, five, one,

two, three, four, five. Alright, let's see here. A quick question: how do I pin this so that I'm at the top? You heard he was the main person looking at yourself. Usually you don't see yourself. Okay, so the next evolution is to start turning some of these

Punches into elbows, so that first punch stays the same.  Are you now becoming it over? So it's one, two, three, four, and then the reference will still be the same for this iteration. So again, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. There's an elbow, there's an elbow punch.

There's a straight jab, back this uppercut, elbow, elbow, so on and so forth. How am I looking? Good? It's... this is so weird, ones like this, innit? So, the next iteration of this drill will be now to do this with all elbows. So we would now change the order a

little bit. The flow was always right, left. Now we're going to start with the left. So elbow, elbow, elbow, elbow, straight. I actually started off returning this again. So one, two, three, four, five, straight jab, six will be a double; one, two is our six. We rotate and that would

be our set. One more time. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. One more time. One, two, three, four, five, six. A six B will take your shoulder. Seven. The reason that we do the rotations is because later all this goes into a separate lock flow that kind of conjoins with this drill, which

is kind of like what everything that raised us... it's like there's one set tomorrow. By the way, for those of you who don't know, I'm in FCS. The looking up the mat assistance price to said that in the beginning. Many ways what at least one

really has to do is take separate drills and get you really good on those, and then give you another drill, and then those are all kind of plug them together at different spots, but you realize that you know how to do it. It's us all shows you. So image, so we're in elbows, so

One, two, three, four, five, six. A six B. Rotate your shoulder. Seven. Continue. One, two, three, four, six, seven. So now, one, two, three, four, five, six.  So everybody good with that so far? Again, it's a little different than the rest of the presentations, but I figured

to give you guys a little different flow, something different than we usually do. All right, you guys take turns to try that a couple of times. The next iteration is our guard. So I've kind of been showing it a little bit, but the idea is that if you're protecting yourself as

you're striking, you won't have to block as much. So we go back to the beginning. Our 'what to' is here. As you notice, I'm covering my face with my elbow; cover my Sarah. So I want to... So the way that we would normally do this, really have

gloves on a partner, is that normally we would test out each person's guard. So we'd stop after each position so that somebody could test it. By testing it, I mean somebody would take a jab, jab, jab, cross, cross, hook. Of course, they're going to be

able to hit your hand at some point, but as long as your jawline and your face is protected, you're good. So we shall just show you how we do this progression. We've got one, two. So my face is tucked in; you can't even see my eyes. So the

person with the jab hits over me, hits my arm, hook, it hits the path, the path, uppercut. I dip my arm just a little bit, so there's guard's good. So then we move on to three, four. Three, four, opposite side, same idea. One, two, three, four. Dip arm, tuck my head.

In for five, so now I'm at five. It's a straight shot, so I moved it from here to here. Here's my guard. So, more I put on my side, so when they jab, I'm going to rotate my body slightly and drop my elbow to make sure that they don't have

access to any of my targets that they really desire. Again, so from there, go to six. Six is still the same; we just slipped from vertical to diagonal. So I'm here again. They test it; I'm gonna walk, move my elbow around as needed, drop my elbow level, but kind of like the

T.C. method, protecting my face at all times. And last but not least is six. That perk up comes here. Sure, I tuck my head in. Left arm is guard, meet my body, and we're safe again. It looks really weird without a partner, so you guys have

to work with me a little bit. But again, the idea is that every time I strike, I shouldn't be open, so it shouldn't be pop, get hit.  One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. And from here we cycle around by bringing my right hand, then left hand up

through the gap, hammer fist. He went one, now so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. One, two, down, up. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. When we disciple our own, everybody's not... Any questions on that at all? I see someone waving, but I

can't hear him. Is that a question, Mr. Don? Okay, I thought I saw your hand up. Sorry. Again, guard, make sure you're tucked in in every position. Three, four, tuck in. Five, straight vertical. Tick, ridge, vertical. We're kind of slant-sliding.

And then, last, and on this eight, your son... sorry, so this is the weird part: it's actually still an eight-count beat in my opinion, but it's a seven-count group because we only count to the strike where I tap my shoulder. So again, it's what the

basic forward: one, two, three, four. All right, that's the beat. You don't count where I wired up, so that's my six. But if we're kind of musically counting, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight. And that's what throws people off a lot of the

beginning when practicing. They want to add an extra shot that doesn't exist. So now the Lord... so normally I would work this a lot with a lot of people to make sure that their strikes don't sound like they're presenting and now to use

one, two, three, four; it should be one before. So pop, aha! And then the next strike in succession. So we'll give you guys a second or so—you know, ten seconds if you're, you know, just barely trying to run through that and trying to make your

fourth your first four strikes six and payday. So one, two, three, four versus one, two, three, four. So I'm going to go ahead and let you guys do that, and I'll check to see if anyone has a question while you guys work on that a little bit.

Nothing. All right, so if we look, we're pants, gloves. So we'll take you off for a minute. We have a knife. So if you do the same trip with one knife from the right hand, it will just be stabbing or slicing, depending on the part of the drill that we're in.

Right now, so for instance, the first one could be a slice, or for me, a sad. So 1, 2: sliced orange, backward reverse thrust, if you want. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. So overtime, else I'm gonna slice the system, slice, hit, slice.

Get stabbed. This will always grow, by the way. That's dad. Can also turn your lead wrench all the way through if you want, which allows you to come back up. Awesome. So slash, bin, slash, get stabbed, slash down thrust. Thrust would go off that.

Stab it, stab it, stab, stab, stab. Obviously, put it right in there, not care. Let's switch it around and that'll be hit, slash, get stabbed. I'm sorry about that. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 would still be right-handed lead, but when we wrote for 6, that tap on

the shoulder, and we're going to keep rhythm. Is now we're going to extend that and make that a stab to the throat, backhand to the stomach, uppercut. So you're still—the last three shots are still gonna be right-handed. So 1,

2, 3, 4, 5, extra 5, 6, 7 more time. 1, 2, stabbing the start, 3, 4, 5, 5 beyond cast, 6, 7. Obviously, if we can do that, we can grab another knife and then we have

double nice. To play the same drill and run that through a couple of iterations. So we're lowering, so slow… fat stab, stab again, stab, stab, which becomes our one. So 1, 2, 3, 4, yes, there are 5, 6, 7. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, by B.

Six, seven, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. You can put it in reverse grip and run through the same commercial or tunnel. So, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven rounds of ripping up, cut motion. One, two, three, four, five, six, or actually 5B, start by B, six, seven, come

around, making sure you don't cut your own bicep. So you come through it up, one, two, three, four, trying to still maintain your guard.  A, B, six, seven. So there's the kind of... make sure you don't cut yourself, rip up, tear out your hand. What? Let's see...

this. Three, four, five, six, seven. Everybody good? Anybody have any questions on this? Nope. Pretty, pretty obvious at this point. Again, if you had a partner and you tried to work through it a little bit, you'd probably have a couple questions on this. So all right, so we're going to put these

down for just a second. We're back in the pocket. Actually, the one here did this works. So the quick draw, that'll be normal to try to do this because we're normally working these patterns out is that somebody punches you and you don't want to have to plan it on what your

attack is going to be. You're just putting a flurry, group, and you're getting your block, single striking, whatever you can hit. LOL, bobba, grab, there's your step, you know, and then you would just cycle through them again until you got whatever you're trying

to cut. So again, one, two, three, four, five. Right here is where I wind up in tap to get that strike. So when I wind up, one, two, three, four, five, when I right wind up my left hand's already close to make jacket or shirt switch. So that's when

I can lift it and grab it. There's my six, seven now. So one, two, three, four, five. Yeah, it's kind of hard to get sweatpants on. You'll have a proper Ulster tuck. One, two, three, four, five, six. Have such they're really... Now we're looking at what is

that? That's a double, all right. So that pretty much is our putter to consent account loop. Now from there, like I said, you can move on to our Locke flow, which is going to be even harder to do.  A kind of person with me, but I'll try a little

bit. But the idea is that one, seven is that uppercut. Oh, proud to say that this is better for tie all these strengths. There was a similar one where the guy's penis... if that kind of looks like karate or sala, the way that Toya was showing

it, it so it was like, yeah, sure. All you have to do is kind of change the least right. Slap, slap, slap, slap, slap, or a finger grab. Great hit! And that last step, strike seven up. If you go for an armbar, it's now, you know, typical is a

lot of gravel, but no, I feel good. The proper term for break glare. So if we're ready to recycle it, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Instead of stopping and it's still going for the armbar break from far out here, way out here, we're going to

shoot in just a little bit closer. The arm is going to be across the person, right on your own. For now, their arm is going to be in between my bicep. I'm going at this rate to my head and crank down with a left here. So again, six, seven.

Do a little step. Four: Bring one arm—my right arm—to the side of my head. At the same time, my left hand's going to go down this side. One, two, three, four, five, six. Ramp, and there's the first part of the lock flow. So the first break is here, the second

break: You think of a hook to the body, but the idea is that their arm's here. You're going for a hook to the body, but you intentionally miss by this. So when you come, the arm is kind of—again, card explained—you stick your partner's arm

against your body and you go for the hook, but you miss by this.  Inner arm's trapped against your heart, right there. So first break, one; second break—from there—and then, though, we—sorry—we grab your left hand to your forehead. Double strike up across the bodies.

One, two, and we're back in the same position we started off from here. So, lock both units. One hook, miss, break, three. Elbow straight up for—like—nothing to the face, to the side, so you can free your left—oh, haha—and then you count for the next

two, are just to the body. No hole. Grab the arm, stop the flow again, facing you. So again, after I buried the initial set: one, two, three, four, five—since starting from six—so one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and start all

over again facing the other way. One, two, three, four, five, six. Three, four, six. Four o'clock break, second lock break, elbow strike, thumb straight to the face. Drop your body a little, elbow after arm. Again, it starts from that

Position that's good, at least right from this night. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 4 per slot. Position, second position. Almost write it up, cross, double cross the body as you build up. Recaps your arm and words; we stop there. Alrighty.

Drop down a little bit faster. That's planning on any questions from anybody? It's her to worry, this is it. Yeah, all right. You guys try to wrap that a little bit. If you have a partner, it's so much easier to see and understand if you

don't. That's kind of not quite make sense a little bit, but forget that last part. Arm break look, but make sure when you look, you're taking a little back step, back a little bit so hook so that or you don't actually make contact with your

body and you just do a great body so I kind of have an out. So, stay with the question: how you turn your body and twist your hips a little bit. You do the same on that punch. So, one step, there's your two, three, up a little more across,

five, six, recapture form. Okay, I'm looking on time here. I've still got plenty. Well, that's pretty much all I have for you guys, folks. If you have any questions, a little bit early here, but again, that having a partner, it can really work it

I like the flow between the transitions between both sides, the one-two with a hooky motion. I like that.  Each one of those—what you have that lock break from there, obviously, and then slam the person down. So every single one of those spots—there's more, but again, it's ridiculously hard to show that without having somebody to flop around with. Doing the best I can here.

Anyways, thank you guys so much. Thanks ID for putting us together. I've been coming to these FMA Park Dean's for about four years now, maybe five, I don't know. But uh, I always keep my class and always get about four or five of my guys

Now, DC has a stay-at-home order, so we haven't had classes for a while. So, I'm just currently working through Zoom with my guys. So, as I kind of work the kinks out of that, I might try to put that up to a bigger group sooner or

later. But again, it's a little bit hard with not having a partner for demos. Luckily, I also trained with Jim Tom in the lintel walk, so I've been pretty much teaching them Level 1 or 2. That's a lot easier for me.
