So last week was really interesting because I got a couple of calls where people were not really asking me questions that what exactly are we eligible for today but they were asking me very smart questions. They were saying that what exactly should we be prepared for in the future? Where do you think the Canadian immigration is headed? What is the future flavor of PR in the times to come so that when we land next year, maybe our children are going to land? What field? What industry? What are the kind of thoughts that we should be prepared with so that we can start preparing today and when we land, our PR is not so difficult? So this got me thinking. I, you know, went through a couple of uh previous interactions and you all the news that has been going around, and we've got some pretty strong indicators which will help you enabling, um, you know, you in being prepared for a PR in the times to come. Well, this video is going to be really important if you are thinking of coming to Canada in the times to come. Guys, please be sure to

So guys, we are discussing the present wind conditions with regards to Canadian immigration. Now, guys, amongst the ongoing public sentiments, which is largely negative, the ongoing social media contexts in terms of videos, posts, and whatsoever like jobs and all, which is again negative. Also, the political Outlook because we have elections coming up next year in the month of October. So everybody is now leaning towards

trying to blame you know trying to blame immigrants International students for the kind of economic conditions that are going in the country. But having said that um the news channels and the uh you know the smmes you know subject matter experts are uh smart enough to understand that due to the Baby Boomers issue uh Canada can not sustain without immigration. Like it is it is economically impossible for the country to sustain because the birth rate is not enough to cover for the upcoming uh Medicals pensions tax bills you know due to the loss of the working population because they will be uh you know they're growing old they will be retiring people will be you know heading to the hospital maybe something like that. So um there is a lot of requirement a lot of Burden on the taxpayers and this will only grow because Canada is losing a lot of baby boomer population to retirement and we need more Workforce to pay the bills to pay the taxes. Now because of that the first basic thing that you need to

understand is that Canada as a country has to rely on immigration because it's a large country with a smaller population. Okay, and out of this population, large population is retiring so somebody has to pay the taxes, right? With this thought, let's talk about the future of immigration because despite understanding this, um, there are the sentiments of Canadian citizens for which the politics, the political agenda is catering, right? So for them, because everybody is saying that there was a lot of influx of, uh, immigrants and pricing and inflation, all of that. Well, that's a separate story altogether, separate topic for now. Among the ongoing changes, um, which have been planned for this year, uh, going to affect next year as well around the election, there are a couple of, uh, wind directions that we have picked up which will mostly enable people around the world to start preparing for their Canadian PR. So who will this impact very importantly? People who are coming to Canada, um, for student visas, for work permits, open work permits, and people who have just the thought of coming to Canada and thinking which

industry should they be heading to all of those people will be better fitting from these inputs that I'll be giving today. Now the overall wind direction is basically um you know we need to understand that where is this immigration headed. Now within that CC only will be playing a major role, and so far it has been playing a major role. Like you know uh if you talk about scores above 500. Now let's just have a look at why exactly is the express entry cut off above 500 when people inside Canada were not going for students uh student visas open work permits at that time. 450s 440s were a normal score. It's only when people started coming to Canada to study they gained Canadian education, they gained Canadian experience, they gained trades experience, they got lmas all of that started making the pool more competitive and started jacking up the points hence it is not the folks out outside Canada well there are mean very limited number but it's mainly the folks inside Canada who have these scores above 500. Okay so one clear

wind direction is that CC only is going to lead the way in the times to come as well. If you want to pick up notes from the minister, then he clearly said that we will be doing something for the domestic workers, which is not something that he thought out of the vi. He is doing that because he knows there are a lot of people inside C Canada with Canadian experience, so Canadian experience will be, you know, holding a major special place because the express entry pool itself is going to be high. And you know, talking about the next thing that I have for you is regional PR. Now, Regional points. Now, last year, IRCC started taking in postal codes, okay. Now, those postal codes were not out of the blue. It was not suddenly that ICC thought that, okay, you know, we should have this piece of information. No, the reason of postal codes was to gather that which particular postal code or zone or place outside, um, you know, the main Metro areas, which place is having the most less number of temporary residents so that they could start devising PR programs Pathways where

people could start moving towards those regional places, and they could start focusing on PR. So nowadays they would take your postal CES for your education, for your current residence, and they would also take for your address history, and they would also take it for your work experience, right? All these four are important data points where IRCC can start planning a program. So I believe personally, and this has been a large discussion at the NCIC as well, where regional programs or regional pathways will be very important in the times to come. So the farther you go from the metro areas, the better it will be in the times to come. So number one will be CC only, number two will be the regional, number three is healthcare guys. Believe it or not, accept it or not, IRCC has been focusing on healthcare time and again because IRCC has no Canada has shortage of doctors, shortage of nurses, nurse aides, helps everybody even the remotest of the province. In fact, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island have been recruiting.

nurses from India they they've been holding special seminars they do that so Healthcare Nurse support Pharmacy all of these are going to be really important uh knock codes and occupations that ircc will be recruiting or should be recruiting in the times to come because this is a shortage a labor shortage requirement for us okay I think that is going to be important next will be trades and construction now why did I say and construction because construction helpers construction workers construction supervisors is though not of not a part of Trades but equally important and then trades within trades I want to focus on uh trades that do not require a license now I'm not talking about plumbers and electricians like registered ones no I'm talking about the non-registered non-certification trades like for example painters car painters uh kitchen cabinet installers drywall installers and you have user support technician that's not trade but still so and then you have uh you know B Mobility technician Rogers technician the phone technician Wi-Fi installation and all

all of those are important. Important not codes important occupations, and there is a shortage of people who are working in that. So trades, especially in the remotes. So the killer combination would be somebody working as a plumber or a, say, a painter, a welder in a regional with CC. Skiller combination, right? So that's how you need to be planning for your PR in the times to come, and this is why the video is there today, right guys? French language, I have been pressurizing, I have been enforcing, I've been, you know, contemplating for a very, very long time. I think the earliest video back to date was back in 2022. Um, I have been, you know, talking about French language. People, I don't know why do not learn French. It is something that can be picked up in less than a year's time and will have a long, long impact. Uh, people who learn French will be able to make use of francophone Mobility Pathways in Canada, special work permit, lower cut offs of Express entry, and less competition, including special PNPs, right?

so so many advantages with just learning one language. And I don't know why people don't want to learn it. Every time I talk to somebody that you should be learning French, and the answer I get is, Won't it be difficult? And my question to them is, Have you even tried? Then the answer is no, and hence the conversation ends. So my suggestion to you is, in the times to come, even if you're outside Canada and thinking of moving to Canada, even if you're outside Canada and thinking of putting an Express Entry profile, your French will make it like. Learn French, you know it's going to be very very positive for your Express Entry profile. But it's it's a matter of just picking that up, right? And STEM overall, guys, it um profession starting with entry level, for example, user support technicians, okay to as high as, you know, um anything in STEM category. All of these are important profiles, uh, because Canada, at the end of the day, is surrogate performer to the US economy, and US is it focused at a lot of points.

and hence, Canada is growing. Also, a lot of influx from India of immigrants. And India is also focused on it a lot, hence the more speciality, more focus on its services in the country overall. I think it, uh, will continue or stem overall will continue because it's a backbone of any country, will continue to hold important place for any draws. But a word of caution here is that these draws or these knock cods will continue to be very, very competitive. Like they will be more competitive than the outside noots, like outside people. So, it, and stem match to good English score with CC and and overseas experience is a killer combination, as long as you get it right. So, it, please mind it has to be paired with very good English, okay, then only it's worth it, otherwise, it'll, it'll be a soft flow, okay, uh, importance of specialty education. Now, this is something that you need to focus on, okay, uh, I've seen that the immigration, uh, Refugee citizenship Canada, IRCC, has been learning, picking up quite a Q from

the US immigration and also some cues from UK immigration. In those countries, we can clearly see that those countries are laying extreme importance on specialty education like Masters, PhDs, people who have done research, research papers, right? Anybody who is going far and beyond in their field of study is getting benefits of specialty Visa, specialty H1s, and all of that. I personally believe that in the time to come, master's degree, and you can get an evidence from the current changes of the Master's Degree like a longer work permit also spousal open work permit only for master's degree. It's a proper clear indication. So in the times to come, if you come to Canada for Master's education or a higher education or specialty, publish more research papers, you will be in for a surprise. Not only that, provinces will soon start rolling out PNPs for Master's graduates of their particular Province while the other provinces may not be doing it so strongly. Ontario is doing it and there will be a special provision in BC also soon. So these are good. So coming to

Canada for master's degree will be very important, and that too if you are going far and beyond in your education. PhDs and all doctoral candidates, you will be getting the benefit. So come to Canada for higher studies, rather than just a two-year diploma after your grade 12. That's no more the way to come to Canada. It's out and over, okay. Overall, the flavor of Canadian immigration says that soon there will be reduction in the numbers, and the immigration Minister has made it very, very clear that they're looking at reducing the numbers from 6 and a half percent to 5 percent. While that number, you know, that percentage appears to be only 1.5 percent, but that's going to make a big blow because to reduce that 1.5 percent, that means thousands of people. One secondly, to reduce those thousands of people, there will be 100 thousands of applications that will be reduced, okay. So it only means that this reduction will not come easy. It will come at the

price of a lot of visa refusals to a lot of people um and also these uh you know these numbers to achieve these numbers these refusals and all they'll be refusing files left right and Center so uh it won't be easy in the times to come and ircc at this moment is hellbent on bringing in the temporary resent population under control they want to bring it lower because it's literally 6.5% of the overall permanent population of Canada they want to bring it under control and they want to justify to their PR number so overall I think the next 1 and a half to two years which is up until the end of 2025 the times are going to be in the favor of you know all that I said in the video today um obviously this is my opinion this is my uh personal understanding this is not a legal opinion for all of you to follow uh this is only based on the the trends that I'm picking up on um if ircc brings up any
