No. Well, eat more. Six, seven, eight, nine, ten. You got any whatever, whatever it takes. You got to do it. So, if you got to eat 12 times a day, if you have to fast 1,000, then do it. So, you don't really love this work. And in order to put on the size and the mass needed, you have to believe you can do it, and you have to know that you can do it, and you have to want to do it, and you have to love it. It's not gonna happen because you're trying to make yourself do it, trying to make yourself do it. They're gonna happen. You got to love it. It's just straight consistency. Is this

business like you got to just keep doing it. It's not just, you know, six weeks of the year or eight weeks, and you gotta keep doing. Then you gotta keep eating and gotta keep training. You know, a lot of people fall off, and you know, you've got to keep eating and training all year. That's the biggest thing in the offseason, food and training. But I love food.
