resting your body weight on the bones gives you some temporary support. So instead, what you're gonna focus on doing is pushing your big toe into the ground super tight, big toe in the ground, gripping the ground with your foot, right? So if you're strengthening your arches

and then watching yourself in the mirror, you're gonna find that middle position. You're gonna roll it in, good supinate it out and find the middle BAM. You're gonna strive to maintain it and it's completely opposite if you're finding your pronated, you're gonna keep that big

toe in the ground and you're gonna push your foot out so you're gonna strengthen the arch and find that middle position. BAM.

toe press into the ground, staple it, and now you're gonna try to lift your arch up by rotating the knee out. Your goal is to use your muscles to balance your foot.
