I met someone today, and we are going to the ice rink, and then we plan to visit the observation deck café as well. The prices here at Starbucks are like this. I understand, but there are a lot of customers at Starbucks too. I thought there were only foreigners, but it turns out that Vietnamese people really like Starbucks as well. You know, when people think of Vietnam, they might assume that Starbucks is too expensive for many to enjoy, but they actually go there quite often. There are also a lot of wealthy people. Nowadays, other coffee franchises in Vietnam are not that expensive. They have become quite pricey because Starbucks has entered the market and is currently ranked second, as far as I know. Previously, Highland Coffee was in first place, and Starbucks is now in second place in terms of revenue. This has led other franchises to consider that if Starbucks is generating such high revenue at these prices, they should do the same. As a result, the interior design of these cafes is becoming more upscale. I've been observing this trend, especially with places like Catinat.

It has improved a lot, and the prices have gone up. Highland raised their prices last time, and there was a lot of talk about it, right? The mistake Highland made was that they should have diversified the menu or made it a bit more upscale before increasing the prices, but they just raised the prices. So, recently, the kids really dislike it. There was no justification for it. Highland has remodeled its interior lately; they changed the sign and things like that. You can take pictures here. From my experience, it’s essential to create a place worth taking pictures of. Otherwise, it won't really become a popular spot. It doesn't have to be an expensive and luxurious interior; it needs to provide a different kind of atmosphere that you can't feel in Vietnam. It's awkward to say, Let's break up, especially when you think the other person might not take it well. Like, if the person is really aggressive or might stalk you, in that case, it's better to just quietly part ways. It's not worth the trouble of having a conversation that could end up with handprints on your face. 

I remember someone I knew; her boyfriend said he wanted to break up. Then, she went to his house and cut all his clothes with scissors. She completely destroyed his clothes with scissors. I was totally freaked out. I thought, I'm glad I broke up.

What is a Nammi-sae? Hey, Nammi-sae! What is it? A Nammi-sae is a derogatory term for a woman who is excessively obsessed with or shows excessive interest in a man. It's just like that time with Yeomi. Nammi-sae and Yeomi-sae are similar. So, Nammi-sae is a self-test. You should test yourself too to see if you’re a Nammi or not. 

First, do you feel the urge to constantly contact a man? You want to keep contacting him endlessly. Second, even if a man rejects you, do you keep trying to approach him? Do you comment on your crush's social media every day? Do you try to figure out his movements to run into him by chance? Do you follow his hobbies to gain his interest? I need to get some rain; let's walk or run. However, lately, the rent in Ho Chi Minh has been continuously rising. It's really going up like crazy every day because the demand isn't decreasing. There are still many people trying to come here, so it's tough, which is why the prices are going up. The landlords of commercial buildings in Ho Chi Minh are very wealthy, so they won't lower the rent unless it's a complete economic downturn. They just leave the shops empty. As I mentioned before, there are no property taxes or holding taxes here, and no income taxes either. We have moved into the file tower, and here is the Zibo Ice Rink.
