However, about five months after the sale, a legal representative claimed that the vehicle was stolen and insisted that they needed to take it back, which led to a confrontation. Almost a year later, I received a lawsuit from them. The CEO argued that the vehicle was sold to me by people who had unknowingly stolen it, and since I acquired the vehicle, I should either return it to them or pay them 100 million won. This was an absurd lawsuit. Am I a fool? Oh, CEO, wait, you’re not even a CEO anymore since the company is in ruins. I was very meticulous during the transaction, and you sold me the vehicle.

I learned that the vehicles were sold and transported by a tow truck, and there are recordings of discussions with the employees regarding the sale proceeds. However, now that their criminal activities are being exposed, and due to issues like wage arrears and deteriorating relationships with employees, the directors who own over 20% of the shares are consulting with the representative director. They are suddenly regretting not receiving the money they were supposed to get, despite having signed legitimate contracts and received payment for the vehicles. When the vehicles were sold and transported to me, the directors involved had discussions about this on that very day. Yet, only after a year or so, when their truly disgraceful actions come to light, do they begin to take legal action against those individuals.

Did you file a complaint for theft? So what happened with the special theft case? There was coercive investigation by the police, but they hastily handed it over to the prosecution, which stated that a security investigation was necessary. So now it's back with the police. I was just going to file a lawsuit here, but really, I received a lot of reports from victims. I uploaded the first video about a week or two ago, and on the 6th, we gathered materials from the victims, but we might have also received threats related to defamation. Yes, it seems we did. They just wanted to hand over the materials and asked if they could come under the condition that they wouldn't appear on camera, so I told them to go ahead with that. The law regarding defamation is a terrible and unjust law. Even if you talk about the truth, you get punished, and if you talk about false facts, the penalties are even harsher.

I will face punishment, but I am prepared for it. Based on the facts, I will expose all the disgraceful acts against you, and I will be punished for defamation. I will take it all upon myself. First of all, I think I should explain how the lawsuit is proceeding. I believe I have already discussed the details of the case earlier, and the essence of it is this: The two directors did consult with me, but they stole the car and handed it over to you, so you either need to return the car to me or pay a monthly usage fee of 3 million won. This is the lawsuit. In my previous video, I laughed at it; I had no choice but to laugh at the situation. I said that if it were me, I wouldn't file a lawsuit like this. For now, the two directors who transferred the vehicle to me, who hold more than 20% of the shares, have been reported for special theft, and those two are facing the dismissal of the representative director in the company.

Regarding the investment aspect, this is related to morality and also poses legal issues. Just how low has this person's character sunk? Can they truly run a company?

It is revealed how that person, who is truly despicable, committed such acts. Investors made investments, but it wasn't angel investing. It was an investment that had the obligation to return the funds after a certain period, not one that I simply hadn't recovered. Now, as the company collapses, those investors are coming forward, and employees who haven't received their salaries or severance pay are also coming forward. At that time, the CEO writes a letter and says, I currently have an apartment worth about 300 to 400 million won, and I do have some assets, so I will sell them to ensure that the victims do not make extreme choices. This was not even two days later; on the same day, what did he do? He went to various offices and transferred all of his assets to someone else's name.

He did something very malicious. I understand that the transfer of the apartment ownership is currently under a social action cancellation lawsuit. Before the company went bankrupt, this person withdrew a large sum of money from the account under receivables, not giving back the investors' funds, not paying the employees' salaries, and not providing severance pay. He claimed he would handle everything with his assets, but while pretending to be cooperative, he wrote a letter of intent that same day and secretly transferred all his assets under another name. He is a very wicked person. I've heard rumors that the reason he is trying to retrieve this car after a year and a half is that, although it wasn't a completed vehicle, it was a car that had been researched. By bringing this vehicle back, he believes he could revive the car company with the help of some fraudulent group.

A report has come in. So, they need a second-hand vehicle to return to the small-scale automobile production business. This means they will have to launder money again and gather funds from investors, repeating the same malicious acts. What this means is that until the day they transfer the vehicle, they are aware of the corporate seal and the money being deposited, as well as the selling price. They have already made arrangements for that day, and after transferring the vehicle, they are now in a situation where the two individuals who invested the most have suffered the greatest losses, nearly hitting rock bottom in their lives. They have consumed all the money from relatives and family and are living a life akin to hard labor. Moreover, one of them just had a child. To such individuals, they could potentially face charges of special theft, which could lead to prison time.

We have made progress in the criminal complaint, and we cannot just leave this kind of person alone. If I want to escape from this situation, I could just focus on my own matters. However, I cannot just sit back and do nothing. In fact, in court, even if I remain passive, it is not a losing battle. For instance, if those people stole something and sold it to me, and if the crops are recognized as such, I can claim damages from those two individuals. If it turns out that it was not a crop and not stolen, but rather a legitimate transaction, then I would gain from this situation. I have options that won't lead to losing everything. However, even if I were to lose in court, I wouldn't claim damages from those two friends. I understand their sincerity and how malicious the representative director is, exploiting loopholes in the law to embezzle investors' money before the company goes bankrupt.

They embezzled all the assets from the apartment and, while living lavishly, spent several tens of millions of won on lawyer fees. They invested all the family's money, including their salaries, into their company, determined to stay until the end to save it, even if it meant not receiving salaries of several tens of millions of won. The directors, who were truly trying to help, were unfairly accused of serious theft. If they had that money, they should have used it to pay the employees' salaries and make efforts to recover even a small amount of the investors' money. You will live your whole life as a person with bad credit. Knowing your character, that could be the case. Since all the money is under your wife's name, you will be labeled a credit defaulter, and your bank account will be frozen. You will live your life like that, not being able to earn money through your account. I wonder if your wife will stick with you until the end. I will not disclose your personal information.

You also have children, don't you? The people who have been scammed also have children. There are those who are raising kids who are not even a year old yet, really struggling to make ends meet.
