lot of my viewers, ever since showing that first Jewish video, they want to know what you know more about the Jewish culture and understand it more. Okay, okay, came to the right place. All right, so basically, Judaism, although it's obviously practiced by Jews, but the thought process and the ideas are universal. So from this very location, this is sort of a headquarters. From here, 4,000 rabbis and their families actually left cornice to go establish synagogues and houses of worship around the world. So the idea of Judaism is not to get to heaven but to bring heaven down to earth. We're all the same, Jews, non-Jews. We're all on the same team in the sense that we're trying to bring heaven down to a world of peace and unity, goodness, and kindness. So that's why you're welcome. Anyone can just stroll in here and feel welcome, learn about Judaism, learn about the purpose of life, learn about what it means to connect as human beings. So awesome. The Torah's girls, those are the five rules of Moses from the beginning.

In the beginning, God created heaven and earth, and they're kept in a very sacred place. Okay, so this is where the Torah is. Am I pronouncing it right? The Torah? So, that's the final book five.

books okay thanks wow these are holy books. These are. This is the sidor. This is the prayer book which has the Hebrew alphabet right at the beginning. It's called the alef-bet, sort of like the ABCs. Wow. This constructs the Torah and all the books that we learn from. So this is a prayer book, a sidor, and this is which speaks about, as we said before, the creation of the world, the story of Adam and Eve right at the beginning of the Garden of Eden. Okay, and if we read from this every Sabbath, every Sabbath. Wow. All right, following your lead, rabbi. The Talmud, which is sort of the staple of what boys learn in the Yeshiva. Um, somebody would have thought how you basically come to the conclusions in Jewish law is Jewish law. You live your life, okay, and they could uh. Here's the notebook. We have another uh. This is a Torah, right? The Torahs are kept in here, so sacred, sacred, has to be kept safe. Yeah, exactly right. And I, I do, I

don't know much, but I do know that you can't touch it because if you touch it, you have... it's like... it's like you... it's like unclean or something, and then it messes it up, right? They have a cover on it, so they keep it covered in order that because it's parchment, it's made out of heat that's written on the parchment, right? Hebrew letters, so it's very sensitive and it's very holy, and you can use a computer or a machine that's still written by hand with it. What? After all these years, that's insane. The whole Torah, like the whole... all the Torah portions. You know, I gotta admit, I have to... I've seen Peterson Vlogs, and I found it really interesting that you guys... like, it takes like a whole year to write the Torah. You guys do it by hand, and I heard that if one sec... like, even one letter is miswritten, you guys have to rewrite that whole segment. Exactly right. Wow, and it's... it's because of what's written in there is so

personal. It's God expressing his deepest vulnerability, his deepest wishes. You know all the Commandments, all the ways of living, so there's nothing more personal than a handwritten letter, not a text and not a WhatsApp. So, right, you still write it by hand with ink, with a quill, and it usually takes a year, and it's written by a scribe who lives in Israel, and that's another video we can make. Sukkot literally means huts, and if you look around, you'll see all these mini huts, temporary huts, which people sit in, and they eat all their meals in, and they spend as much time as they can over this week holiday. The reason is because when God took the Jewish people out of Egypt, He supported them in clouds of glory. Wow. So, to represent the clouds of glory and how God escorted us out in this most unbelievable way, we sit in these makeshift huts. So, the ceilings have to be made from something that

And then during the prayers, we shake um what's called a Lula, which is a palm branch together with the Citron fruit and some other sort of plants in order to represent unity.
