In only the span of 24 hours, I challenged myself to become one of the quickest, most agile, and most accurate Heroes of all time: the one and only Green Arrow. After analyzing the character from both the comics and the media, I realized what I needed to do. I had to become someone else, something else. All right, what up y'all. So after doing hours and days of deep, extensive research, I.E. sitting on my ass and binge-watching all eight seasons of Arrow, I think I'm ready to save my city. So, Green Arrow is proficient in a multitude of trades, ranging from parkour, martial arts, archery, of course, and just overall being in the top percentile of physical performance, and just like a bunch of other stuff on this list that I'm just too lazy to read out now. Starting off, we have to do Oliver Queen's entire workout. Now, while I wasn't able to find the definitive workout routine that he does, I used a mixture of the internet and what I saw on the TV show to craft this.

up now there's obviously no green arrow video without him doing his signature salmon ladder, but the only problem was initially I couldn't find one, so I built one. Now, within my 24 hours, I dedicated five of them to building this entire structure from the ground up. So, let's see if we can become the arrow. [Music] I hit myself in the head with that pipe. Now, since I had done that, I was kind of feeling myself, so I thought, Hey, why not throw some muscle-ups into the [Applause] mix? So, based on this website that I found, the exercise power cleans are incorporated into his training regimen. So, you know, conning, I don't power clean often. Hell, I'd say I did pretty well. We're about a clean and jerk, and cleaning and jerking is exactly what I'm about to do to the minus the jerking. [Music] I'm probably cleaning some girl's boyfriend rightly. Pause. Whoa, whoa, wait, wait, what? Next, Oliver Queen needs that core for all the jumping and stuff.

that he does. So why not add some upside-down crutches into the [Music] mix [Applause] [Music]. I guess for whatever reason, handstand push-ups are quite popular amongst the characters in The Arrowverse. So hell, why not join them [Music] [Music]. Now, I don't know if any of you noticed, but Oliver Queen does not work legs for whatever reason. But I suppose with everything else he does, between like the sprinting and all the jumping, he kind of works some indirectly. So I just decided to run back some sprints on my treadmill at maximum [Music] speed. And then lastly, I sent it up to a 15° incline and did it again. So we got the workouts out the way, so I guess now it's time to try some Parkour. So as we're going out hunting for buildings to climb and also trying to find places to film, there was a little bit of a problem. This one car, who are y'all, yo, for whatever reason, M behind me, bro, was tailing us for half a mile.

that's all it took. No f***ing way. No, they, they, no, they FZ, they F, bro. I swear, bro, we're being tracked, yo, like at our house. But after I did some basic maneuvers and got them off my tail, they finally went away. You know what? I'm losing these MFS. I did it myself. All right, but enough yapping, though. So, following that, we all know that Oliver Queen is an almost expert hand-to-hand combat. May half the time he ain't even eat the bow, bro. So, that's what we do next. I get my MMA gloves, we go to that bag, and we get to work. I finally got my hands with some MMA gloves 'cause last time my knuckles were bleeding. And so, Green Arrow, just like Batman, knows how to

whoop ass so we go whoop [Music] [Music] ass. You are failed this city. No, no, but it ain't over yet 'cause you see Oliver Queen got to do his routines with John Diggle, but I ain't got John Diggle on this Earth, so we going to work with Don Jiggle. So coming in near last but not least, how are we going to be Green Arrow without the arrows? So this segment here, I'm going to be putting my bow skills to work. I learned archery in 2 hours just for this video, but the arrowheads I'm going to be using are going to be comprised of three different types: metal small game broadheads, stainless steel razor-sharp broadheads, and then field round broadheads. Now these three are going to specialize in the type of shots that I plan to do. It's going to be a mixture of jump shots, trick shots, distance shots, multi-arrow shots, and of course rolling shots. So what are we waiting for? Let's get it. All right, so

the main selling point to Green Arrow is, of course, his archery. I'm about to go through multiple trials, hitting multiple targets. These Ops can't get caught lacking. But first, the arrowheads that we're going to use. Now, this will be the Broadhead that I will be using to shoot my enemies. These OBS better not get caught lacking, bro. Now, you know what, next 24-hour challenge, I got to do something even crazier, something a little bit more challenging, something daring like a [Applause] devil.
