there's two main ways we deal with suffering. One approach to suffering and the suffering that is inevitable in the world is, hey, let's make life super safe and secure and comfortable. Let me build this social Utopia like Karl Marx where everything is even and equal and life is good and the suffering is fixed, it's solved, right? And let's surround ourselves with screens and drugs that heal or make us feel better, and you know, comforts and foods, and let's eliminate a lot of the struggle and challenges of life because those aren't inherently meaningful, right? The second approach to suffering and how humans deal with suffering is like, hey, let's get stronger. Life is going to be hard, and instead of trying to control nature and control fortune and misfortune and control all these tragedies and hardships that are afflicted upon us, let's affirm that as one of the most necessary and important parts of life, and let's grow strong through it. Instead of avoiding heartbreak, let's break our hearts valiantly and become more deeper.

And how you approach suffering and how you solve that is the foundation of your personal worldview and philosophy. If you look at deep enough, every religion is formed to address this question of suffering. It's like, Oh, the suffering is wrong. The sin of the world is wrong, so you should live for heaven in the world after. Or, Hey, if you're a Marxist, it's like, let's create sociutopia here and now. Or if you're a Buddhist, you're like, You know, the world's kind of just full of illusions, and I'm just gonna, you know, go inward and overcome suffering and reach Nirvana. And so many of these worldviews are denying life as it is, they're denying suffering, and they're denying power, they're denying the Earth. And Nietzsche is like, No, let's stop denying the Earth, and let's be like the ancient Greeks in affirm.
