Since salary negotiations are not something we get to do very often, it can feel quite overwhelming when the opportunity arises. It can also be very intimidating to bring it up. You might worry that if you say something, the other person will dislike you or hold a grudge against you. It's easy to fall into such thoughts. However, you need to keep in mind that if you don’t take the opportunity to negotiate when it arises, you are guaranteed to lose out. There are several situations where you can negotiate your salary, but the easiest time to do so is when you are starting a new job. After you’ve gone through the interview process and applied to the company, when you finally receive the offer letter, it is typically the best time to negotiate.

Before the 4G era, there were upper and lower salary limits, and most of the time, these were aligned with the downward trend. So, if a person thinks that a salary of this level is acceptable, then it's good for us. This is a natural instinct. However, if this person later falls significantly below the expected salary range, we should reconsider.
