hey everyone, it's Ally, and today I want to talk about some updates for Lang like Warden. This build has been pretty much everything I've expected it to be, absolutely destroying everything and honestly making me have a really fun time with the season. We have had some concerns about some people saying that it's a little bit squishy as soon as we get into red maps, and hopefully today we should be able to show you quite a bunch of new tech and a few changes to the build that we found to make this build substantially tankier. This build has only gotten better every day I've played it, and I'm really, really excited to share all this new tech with everyone. This is not the mid-game update for the build; this is just us simply dumping a bunch of new changes to the build that make it a lot better. The mid-game guide will still come out in a few days, which is going to incorporate everything we talked about today and more to be able to make your build even stronger.

than what this video will be able to allow you to do. With all that said, let's get into it. First off, let's go over two little things that I've seen a lot of people do that unintentionally made your build a little bit squishier. This is my bad, as I should have maybe mentioned these things a little bit more. Hopefully, by just changing these two things, they should make your build feel a little bit better. What I've noticed a lot of people doing is that they were still running Wind Dancer when they swapped over to Iron Reflexes. Iron Reflexes makes it so you can never dodge ever again, meaning that the downside of Wind Dancer, which is 20% more attack damage if you've been hit by an attack recently, is pretty much always active, making you take 20% more damage. Please make sure that you do not have both Wind Dancer and Iron Reflexes together as you're just making your build a lot squishier than you need to be.

effectively just wasting a passive point. The other thing I've noticed a bunch of people doing is that they had their Blood Rage linked to their automation. This was never the intention and I am sorry that I decided to put Blood Rage in this link. It's very misleading. But Blood Rage should just be its own thing. As this setup of autom Blood Rage will just constantly be killing you with the automation turning the Blood Rage on every half a second. This by itself should make you feel substantially tankier in your Maps, as you're not just randomly losing Health at all times. And all you're going to have to do to accommodate for this is that you're going to have to now press Blood Rage once at the start of your map. Luckily, Blood Rage refreshes itself every time you get a kill, meaning that as long as you're actively walking through a map, you should pretty much always be able to keep it up at all times, making it so you never have any issues with the Deen. From there, let's talk about the biggest

question. I've had a lot of people ask me, Ali, what ensure shall we running this build? Well, now that we've been able to play tinctures for a few days, I've come across what I think is going to be the best and saw tincture for our setup. We are going to be running an Oak Branch tincture, which gives us rage on melee hit with weapon attack speed as our suffix. Rage on hit is a really powerful effect that's been reworked this season to where every one rage gives you 1% more damage. Because our natural rage cap is 30, that means that this tincture basically gives us 30% more damage. This rage on melee hit does work with tincture effect, meaning if we can hit 66% increased tincture effect, we instead get five rage on melee hit every single time we attack. This is fairly easy to do with a tier one increase effect roll, and while this is a nice to have, this is by no means a break point that you must hit.

in the build to make it comfortable revivable, and it's just a nice to have that's going to make your build just feel a little bit better to ramp up at Star them M for these suffix. We are going to be running specifically the attack speed roll. This attack speed roll is going to feel better than the elemental penetration roll, which is basically the same DPS as attack speed, simply because well attack speed makes your character feel a lot better to play and makes her a much smoother Mappy experience, meaning that if these two roles are basically the same thing in terms of DPS, you might as well just go for attack speed to make your character feel better. One thing to mention here is that you can quality tinctures with glass blowers. It just straight up increases the effects of your tincture by up to 20%. I'd highly recommend once you get yourself a pretty nice Oak Branch tincture to immediately go get yourself 20 glass blowers and to just quality it to Max effect as they give

you a substantially more DPS finally. While talking about tinctures, we did actually notice an improvement we make to the build that's going to make it feel even better. If you have been played with the tincture so far, you may have noticed that your Mana sometimes feels a little bit awkward because we're allowing ourselves to get up to 30, 40, 50 Mana bird Stacks before it actually turns off. As you may see, we vastly overestimated just how difficult dealing with mana burn actually is, meaning that all of the work that we put into reducing it as much as possible and having a big Mana pool to not get screwed over by it were pretty much just in vain. I'm okay with that as it was better to err on the side of caution than not to, but now that we've been able to play with all of it, we can change this up to make your build feel even better. The biggest change we're going to do here is to deal with the practice reapplication node instead of going on the right side and pick up.

the reduced mana burn rate nodes. We are instead just going to go on the left, pick up the increased effect of ensures. This saves us one passive point, which means you can put it wherever you want. And we're be swapping out the Mastery from the first six stacks of mana burn. Don't do anything to you, your tines automatically deactivate whenever you hit 12 stacks of mana burn. This Mastery is going to feel a lot better as this will stop you from going to 30-40 stacks of mana burn, meaning that you hit those awkward moments where you just do not have mana so you can't play your build. And while this does mean you're going to have to press your tincture a little bit more often, in my opinion it hasn't really been that big of a deal. And the upside of the clunkiness of my mana being completely drained being removed from my build has honestly felt a lot better. You can stick with the old Mastery if you didn't have any issues.

with it, and if you just wanted to press your change Shir less often. But if the man issues were a little bit annoying to you, I'd highly recommend to make this change just to make your build feel a little bit cleaner to play. Moving on from there, let's talk about our ascendency a little bit as we've learned quite a few things after playing it for a few days now. I am really starting to come around to oath the winter, and I'm actually really enjoying it for some very specific pie of content. Oath of Summer, while it being great for giving you more DPS, honestly, it just is not needed in our build given just how much damage we do because Li stake is so overpowered right now. We can happily drop O the summer completely and just simply play O the winter to gain ourselves a really nice defensive layer. Now, if you're doing something like raw mapping where you're just simply doing XR cters and you're simply running through a map as fast as you can, you're not doing any sort of specialized

content both the winter might not really do much for you, and you might be better off just sticking with o the summer to have better clear speed. But if you are doing something like Expedition or harvest where you're constantly fighting very difficult and tough rares, or if you're fighting Essences, and you are basically fighting mini raid bosses every single time you fight an Essence monster, then Ulta winter actually shows its value really well, and it makes it just straight up downright overpowered. This will pretty much allow us to freeze most rares permanently, making some fights basically not a fight as they just become a Target dummy where they just sit there and they just let you hit them until they die. I would highly recommend for you to swap out to oath the winter and try it out for yourself and see if it makes your bill feel any better. If it doesn't, just stick with those the summer for the increase DPS. I'm personally a big fan of it. I'm very much warming up to it so far, and personally I think just

due to how much damage I have, I'm just going to stick with o the winter at all times for all content they do just for the added comfiness of it. Next, let's move on to our auras, which should hopefully make you feel even tinier. If you're struggling with ehp, we were previously running an anger, precision, and purity of el and setup. The reason we were only running these three auras was because we didn't know how much Mana we needed unreserved to make our tincture feel good. In the level 85 tree, we are picking up leader the pack, which gives you somewhere around 30% unreserved Mana. We don't need this much Mana in our build, and this is very much overkill, meaning we can fit another small Aura in here. Luckily, the new flesh and Stone with its rework is honestly a downright overpowered defensive aura that has made my character feel a lot better. This gives you up to 20% less damage taking from enemies based on how close they are to

you and well given. We're basically always in melee range, this effectively 15 to 20% less damage from most enemies. Obviously, if something's not within the circle, it's not going to do anything, but attacks from outside the circle are far and few between, meaning that the amount of HP that it's going to give you is honestly going to feel really nice. You can simply just put this in with your purity of elements, your anger, and your precision, and it'll fit in just fine. A way you could do to make this even better is potentially just completely drop your anger for Grace. We've learned that our build is doing way too much damage as it is, and you really don't have any struggles with any content at all, especially if you get yourself at least one taming, meaning that you can just very easily drop that aura for another defensive Aura just make your build feel even comfier. Another thing you could possibly do is once you get yourself a storm shroud and get yourself your ailment immunity, drop your purity.

of elements for grace and to potentially drop your anger for determination, and just play determination Grace flesh and stone, and just be a raid boss. It's not going to save you from all attacks, as you might still randomly get crit every now and then and just fall over, and there's nothing we can really do to deal with crits yet, but this should basically make it so you never really have any issues with anything. Finally, the last thing I want to talk about in this update is going to be an addition of a new item into our build. Previously, the level 95 tree, we were going all the way to the left to pick up Rampart for the four to five Mastery. While this, in my opinion, is still the correct play, as this is just way too much ehp to give up on, we have discovered a new item that was introduced last season that a lot of people have simply just glossed over that pretty much gets to save us the 13 passive points we spend pathing all the way over to the left side of the tree.

Celestial brace is most likely going to be a pair of gloves that we're going to be including into our build either for a very long time, or until the end of this build. I'm not sure if they are exactly best in slot, as there's a few other options we can implement to potentially get ourselves fortified later on, but for the vast majority of the mid-game, and probably a decent chunk of the end game, we're most likely going to be sticking to them. The issue with celestial brace is that they're going to be a little bit rough to fit into your build, as they're an armor base, meaning that the 15% spell suppression if your gloves, boots, body armor, and helmets have evasion on them is not going to work anymore, meaning you need 15% more spell suppression to be able to fit these in. And given that these don't have any resistances or attributes on them, you might have to get yourself a bunch of better gear to fix the attributes and resistance issues you might have with putting these on.

What I might recommend as a Band-Aid fix is to finally replace your car of charge with pretty much any random rare amulet that has a bunch of attributes and a bunch of resistance on it, as we don't really need anything specific on our amulet. And while kind of charges a really strong amulet, it can easily be beaten by a rare amulet in just terms of raw amount of stats that it provides your build. And then with that, plus maybe finding yourself a new helmet or gloves or body armor with spell speci on it to make up for the spell speci you're losing. It shouldn't be too difficult to fit them in. Slal brace is going to give you fortify on melee hits, meaning that's going to do exactly the same thing as the Mastery, while it actually having a higher limit where the Mastery reduces your maximum fortify by 3. Glal brace can increase it by up to 10. It doesn't matter what rule you get, even just getting yourself a

plus one maximum fortification IAL brace is more than fine, but ideally, if you can try to get yourself a higher roll, it's just going to make you even tanker. This is not something that you need to go and rush and get instantly in your build, but definitely is something that you're going to want to get as we get closer to the mid-game guide. If you got yourself everything in the leaks are po to building, and at this point, you're just waiting for the mid-game guide to drop, this would be a very good thing to include into your build as a carryover until the mid-game guide as well. I'm going to pretty much recommend that you get these before anything else in the mid-game guide anyways as they're just simply too powerful, and saving 15 passive points is simply way too good. You follow the I want to mention in this video is going to be our anoint. We've been running Nature's concoction for quite a while, and while n's concoction has been feeling really good, has been

working as well as I expected to. I barely found that I'm kind of fine without it. In a lot of maps, it's only really good if you're fighting either a super tough rare from Expedition or from Harvest, or if you're fighting yourself a pinnacle boss. Outside of that, your flask uptime is pretty fine without it. And what I personally been doing over the past few days has been to run Disciplined and Yielding. Instead. This is going to make it so you can drop your enduring cry from your build completely and pretty much gives you 100% uptime on ding charges while you're mapping. This also gives you one minimum ding charges all times, meaning that even on bosses is going to do something, and the add damage from having Ur charges is honestly a pretty decent DPS increase. If you feel like in caution is really doing much for you or if you're mostly just doing Maps, I'd highly recommend giving Disciple the UN healing a go as it should make your build feel a lot better.

With all this put together, there should pretty much be everything you need to know to make your build feel substantially better than it did on launch.
