This is a report from our correspondent Nam Seung-mo in Washington. -(Correspondent) A student hiding under a classroom desk is sobbing in fear. -(Correspondent) A shooting incident occurred at a high school in Georgia, USA. In the indiscriminate shooting, two students and two teachers were killed, and nine others were injured. The shooter is Colt Gray, a 14-year-old student at the school, who left his seat at the start of the first period and then opened fire.

A gunman reportedly attempted to enter a classroom but found the door locked, leading him to go to an adjacent classroom and begin firing. It has been reported that a teacher who was killed blocked the door, preventing greater damage. The shooter was apprehended at the scene, but the motive for the crime has not yet been disclosed. An AR-15 style rifle, commonly used in mass shootings, was employed in this incident. Police stated that the shooter will face adult charges for murder. 

With the presidential election just over 60 days away, the political sphere has been stirred by this major tragedy. Vice President Harris emphasized that it is time to end this senseless tragedy.
