I'm out to show y'all how to sun gaze in less than three minutes. So the first thing you want to do, that Barry going crazy. I just came out. So the first thing you want to do when you first come outside, if you're not in nature, if you're in your backyard or something. I know they tell you, you want to wait to the sunrise or the sunset, but what you have to understand is everybody is different. Everybody's vision is different. Everybody's melanin is

different. Some people don't have strong melanin. Everybody is different, so you got to pay attention to how you feel. So, look, I recommend you do it between 6 to 9 o'clock in the morning, between 6:00 to 9:00, and after that, I recommend you do it between 5:00 to 7:00. But if you want to get the full advantage, if you want the Sun to be nice and moist, if you feel like it's too much strain on your eyes, then do it when the Sun is rising, when it's sunset. Now, me, I could do it any time. So, the first thing you want to do when you first walk outside, you want to just get comfortable, get a good feel of the Sun. So, just get comfortable, try to clear your mind. I would try to be in the moment. You should hear a lot of birds. Now, me, I got a roll right here, so it'd be a little irritating, but I'm so I don't be paying attention to that most of the time. But you should hear little

birds, etc. etc. So look, when you prepare for the Sun gaze, you want to take at least three to five deep breaths. Just, and you want to take the [ __ ] as hard as you can. You want to literally try to get as much in a moment as you possibly be, as you possibly can, and get ready to receive from the Sun. Get ready to receive, get your mind right, get in the moment like you about the ready to meditate, okay? So once you get ready to prepare for sungazing, know when you first starting off, you're only looking at the Sun for three seconds. You're looking at it for three seconds, and then you're gonna close your eyes for 30 seconds, and then you're gonna do it again. After you do it again, you're done that first time. So you're gonna go once you get in a moment, you're gonna go ahead and put your eyes up, you're gonna look, and then you're gonna close your eyes. This is for beginners, and then the next day, you go from five seconds. So when you do it in the morning.

when you close your eyes for 30-45 seconds, you receive them when you close your eyes - so when you do it in the morning after you do it for you're gonna do two sessions, open your eyes, boom, one, two, three, closing, relax for 30 seconds, open your eyes again, one, two, three, boom, relax for thirty seconds, and then you can go do it during the evening. Now, if you feel like your eyes are hurting, take your ass in the house, you're done, you're done for the day. If your eyes feel irritated, you're done for the day. But most importantly, when you sungaze, you want to take deep breaths and let it out, just let go, just let go, let that Sun melt your skin, let that [ __ ] get all in your melanin, let that [ __ ] get all in your body, let it just just give up, bro, just give into the Sun. So you one - and all while your eyes closed, it should be pitch red, and the more and more you get into the moment, it's gonna

get dark three, then you open your eyes. Look, now I'm gonna just look for ten seconds. I could look for 30 or 40. I could look all day. Did you close your eyes again? Boom. So the first day, you do two sessions of threes, right? The first session in the morning, one, two, three, breathe, breathe for 45 seconds, a minute. Try to get as much in a moment, then do it again. Boom, then you're done. Then do it again in the evening for three seconds. Boom, then the next day, if you feel like you want to do it again, you want to get that energy, the next day, do it for six seconds or five seconds, whichever much you can take. The more and more you keep doing it, you're gonna end up by listening. You can do it as long as you are comfortable. It's that simple, as long as though as comfortable, then you can do it. Do it what makes you comfortable. Pay attention to how you feel. I could be 10 or listen you.

probably still can't look at the Sun at all, so you become in stand next to me and I can look at it for two minutes, and you probably only do it for one second, so that's why I'm saying three seconds. You probably could do it longer your first time, but don't try to push it because that the sunna whooped your ass if you ain't really [__] with it like that. You don't really know the Sun; it'll whip your ass, man. So take your time, take them deep breaths, get into the moment, and when you get to like day three, you should be doing that's it naturally 'cause you're gonna have all that energy, it's gonna melt your body, your skin, and you're just gonna be feeling good. So once again, right when you get ready to Sun gaze, right before you come out in Sun gaze, get into the moment. You really want to be in nature 'cause you could get the energy from nature and you could get the energy from the Sun at the

same [__] time, but right when you come out there, you want to make sure you relax, close your [__] eyes, keep them closed, five deep breaths, three to five deep breaths. I'm talking about from the [__] roots, from the ground, deep breaths. Your [__] ribs should be showing, just really [__] you 'bout to let out all them toxins, and that's how you Sun gaze like a god. I Sun gaze every [__] day, every day. Sun gaze are sold in the building, nature, so in the buildings. I said so in the building. That's how you Sun gaze like a guy.
