and we're on part two. The first beginning of this tape is part one of Carl Jung, in which he showed us the divisions of energy. And uh, this is part two, and this is very difficult because on a Sunday morning, you know, church and the sun is shining, and people are here, and you know, everybody gathers around, you have your Bibles, and you've sung your songs, and then you get up on a Sunday, how you talk about sex, you know, oh my God, you know, this should not be done in church, and it's not done in church. People don't talk about it in church, see, and the reason they don't talk about it in church is why it is real, it is an absolute reality, and therefore let us not talk about this in church. We don't want people getting involved in reality, but you think for a minute in your life and in the experiences of your life. You spend money for taxes, you spend money for policemen, and what do the policemen have to deal

with in many instances. What does your taxes have to pay for? What happens in many instances in the degrading of women? It's a word called rape. It's sex. There's a two words called child abuse. Sex dollars by the billions are spent on AIDS research or venereal disease. Sex all over the place, everywhere you can look. Probably the biggest money makers in the world, pornography. Sex people march and shoot each other and all this type of stuff that goes on because of abortion. Sex single parents, whatever sex is involved in it all. All of this costs money. All of this requires committees and politicians and billions and billions of dollars. And it is a vital part of your life. And it is on and on and on and on. Probably the key element in your life and in the lives of society or and nobody talks about it because it's real. So we're considering a duality here and that's what K young is teaching us. The coming together of opposites and when the opposites come.

together they form something new. They create something out of the union of their opposites. Remember, for those of you who weren't here last week, what did we talk about? You have 46 chromosomes in your body, and they are the carriers of your genetic makeup. You are what you are because of the 46 chromosomes, and you got 23 of them from your mother, and you got 23 of them from your father. And your husband or your wife has 23 from her or his father and 23 from her or his mother. And so that made up you or your mate or your friend or whatever. And then you and your mate come together, and what do you do? You have a baby, and you put 23 chromosomes in, and your mate puts 23 chromosomes in. And this goes on and on, and this has been going on for hundreds of thousands of years, and that's who you are. And I explained it last week. I said it's kind of like stringing lights around your house at Christmas time, and you decide to put a set of blinking lights around your

door to call attention to your door. Inside of you, there are a set of blinking lights, and it might be Uncle Charlie or God knows who from how long ago, and it's calling attention. And yet, people are telling you you shouldn't feel this way, but there's something blinking on and off inside of you, and nobody knows about it. It doesn't make any difference how old you are. It doesn't make any difference how matronly you try to look. It doesn't make any difference how distinguished you try to look. The lights are blinking inside of you, and you feel it, and you know it. And yet, this whole system is just like, as I said, who would ever talk about sex in a church on Sunday morning? They can't because you repress it. They don't acknowledge it. But yet, the guy who's up there talking to you about God and the Holiness and the Virgin Mary has lights blinking on inside of him too. His lights are blinking. So last week, we saw this. And so, you come together with opposites and in

the Bible describes it as Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve come together as a pair of opposites, masculine and feminine, joined together, and what is the result of their coming together? Good and evil, Heaven and Hell. The whole thing has nothing to do with what they did because they didn't even exist. It talks about the union of the male and the female, the coming together, and it creates something new, and it is in the entire aspect of life and car young causes us and will cause you this morning to take a deep look at truth without subjecting you to a confession. You can just sit there and stare straight ahead, don't smile, you don't have to frown or whatever, but you can look at these things because they go on, and in this way, maybe we'll finally be able to understand from where the stresses and the hurts and all of the things that we experience come from because certainly, they come from somewhere and some reasons why you feel and now as you understand about the 46 chromosomes. You know, so you've got 23.

from your mom. But don't forget your mom got 46, 23 from her mom, and 23 from her father. And your mom's mom got 23, you on and on and on and on and on and all of this stuff. And a lot of the stuff that entered in through these chromosomes, that's part of the genetic makeup, is not that positive. A lot of it is pretty screwy. And that's why sometimes when you sit alone by yourself and you feel screwy, that's why you got some lights blinking in there. And you can't tell anybody. Who can you tell? You're not allowed to. You can't tell. You can't talk about this in religion. You can't even think about it. Get that out of your mind. But you can't get it out of your mind. It is your mind. It's part of you. It's a natural part, part of you. The forces of Duality churn within you. And Carl Jung says nowhere is that more evident than the matter of sex, constantly churning in

everyone throughout the world and all of this stuff you read on television and all of these things going on, you know, you read it like probably one of the biggest social issues of the day is abortion. What does it mean? It means millions of people are having sex. Why? Because it's churning with, because it's a natural instinct. We just had to get our Dalmatian down to the doctors to have an operation quick because something was about to happen. A signal kicks in, triggers in, and the dog goes berserk and would not care about anything in the world except one thing, this tremendous dynamic, this tremendous power. The sexual instinct is rooted in biology. It is a mechanical attraction, and then you have this attraction that is like an inferno here firing up called sex, and at the other end of the spectrum, you have another attraction, and they're pulling at right angles from each other. This here inferno of sex is pulling you this way, this here, which is the Divine or the spiritual, is pulling you that way. So at

opposite end you have this polarization. One is pulling you this way, the other is pulling you that way, and yet there are feelings working at right angles to each other. The natural instincts of sex, the natural instincts of that which is the mind pulling you to a higher realm. Sigmund Freud, who was a partner in a contemporary with Carl Jung, concentrated his theories on community. I mean your relationships with your parents, your relationships with your children, your relationships with your friends, all of our interrelationships. And Sigmund Freud said that sexual energy is diverted from its natural expression by repression, and this is the cause of all of the chaos in the world. And this, according to Freud, has a profound effect on culture and a profound effect on society. Repression, see, repress this, and if you can't repress this, what do you do? 7 1 Corinthians chapter 7. You know, I thought I was always of the opinion that getting married was supposed to be a beautiful thing where two people came together. They came together, you had flowers, and you had a reception, and it was a very nice thing. And it was because people wanted to share a common life and live and... and... but here we go right back here. Here we go right back to Sigmund Freud and to Carl Jung, and look at 1 Corinthians chapter 7, and look at verse 9. Paul says, If they cannot contain, and others, if they cannot repress, let them marry, for it's better to marry than to [Music] burn. Do you see the reasons? Do you see the logic? I mean, this is God's holy word. You're not getting married so you can share a life together and go out and have children and create. You're getting married so you can get rid of it, and you don't have to sit there, steam coming out of your ears.

wouldn't do that anyhow, but do you see the logic in here? It is better to marry than to burn. But of course, if you don't have those feelings, by all means, don't get married. Well, where was he coming from? I don't know, but see, this is what he was admonishing people to do, and this is what Sigmund Freud said. The problem is repression. You talk about Easter; this has got to be Resurrection. He just walked through the door. Would you stand up? And a lot of people don't know who Stan is. Would you? This is our very, very close friend who drove us to New York last night. Yeah, then comes back to the house at 1:00 in the morning after a trip to New York and ate all my ice cream. But anyhow, good, very, very close friend and a good, good, good pal. He does tolerate me, but we have a good time. Okay, so anyhow, um, Sigmund Freud talks about the fact that people are forced to repress and

the Apostle Paul said, if you can't repress, then marry. So, you see how negative this is. You see how, uh, even in our religious aspects, so contained within the statement of Freud's is something that each one of you considers as a source of your own stress, and this is it. And now you can take it in the words of sex, and you know how you feel sexually, and I'm not going to get involved in that. But here's the point that is being talked about by Freud, and here's the point that you have to consider: expression, repression, expression, repression. Think: you express your anger, or you repress your anger. You express your desires, or you repress your desires. The church says, Thou shalt, but inside of you, you say, I can't. And so you must repre, but you still come and you sit by the millions. They walk into the church, and the church says, Thou shalt, by the millions. Inside of them, there's those little lights blinking on and off that says, I can't. There is a sign, there's a neon sign

inside of each one of you that is over the front door of this little domicile you have cold to your mind. It says, I can't, and nobody knows that, and nobody will come, and the guy that's telling you standing up on here saying, You shall, is this little sign of him going on and up saying, I can't, because it's a natural thing. It is a, there is a, there is this energy and a division of energy, and one says, you know, Hey, you've got to do this, and the other says, I can't do it, and it's constant. And this energy is what creates life. It's very, very normal, but you're not allowed to express. You've got to listen, and you've got to be taught, and so you listen, and you're taught, and you go to church, and they teach you, and you read the Bible, and it teaches you, and on and on and on and on, but they never understood. The teachers never underst understand inside of the teacher inside of you, the little light.

is going on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off. It never stops. Anger and desire are an automatic mechanical function, but your community requires that you repress it. Your relationships with those close to you require that you repress it. Religion demands that you repress it. You've got to repress this. You can't express yourself. You can't be yourself. And so you put a mask on, and you come, and nobody knows who you are. You don't even, and after a while, you don't even know who you are because you've got to repress your, that which is perfectly normal, has been deemed abnormal by the most idiotic, suicidal, maniacal society that's ever set foot on any globe in the universe, has said, This is abnormal. We're normal. Look at me. I'm normal. I'm Timmy Swagger. Look how normal I am. I got a don't tell what you're doing, but you didn't know he was sneaking out the back door to Lulu. You had no idea. And so you

were guilty, and you would come out of the church with your Bible, or you'd come up there to Jimmy, and you'd kneel, and you'd say, Oh God, all Chona hit me, do something, drive this out of me, and Jimmy would pray over your head, and Jimmy would anoint you with oil, and Jimmy's wife would pray for you, and everybody would pray for you, and then as soon as you were gone home, a completely wilted wet rag of guilt. Jimmy would go to Lulu's, but his shower clogs in his bandana around his head down in his Thunderbird. It's absolute insanity. We have Pat Robertson, and Pat would get up talking about the evils of homosexuality, and then he would sell you his book. I want you to get this book and read about it, and Jerry F would tell you about the evils of homosexuality, and I want you to get my book and read about it, and then they watched, and one day they saw the gay pride parade, and the guy that wrote their books was in it.

what the heck is going on? Why is that? Because it's absolute lunacy, and here each one of you sits, and each one of you has had to find your lives totally counterfeit to the way you feel because you're not allowed to. You're not allowed to disagree with anybody, not allowed to express yourself. My boss called me, Mike Doyle, the other day, and he's so fed up. He said, I'm going to these places and sitting down with people, and I'm asking them for some creative ideas, and nobody says anything. I get hot. I said, Mike, nobody has the courage to say something that they think you may disagree with. Oh, see, he never thought of that. That's exactly why. That's why people come in and they sit in all these churches, and they just will not say anything. So, expression or repression. Yet, there is a Biblical statement. Now look what this is. Look at this. We're talking about sex, which is part of the carnal mind, and you're told that you've got to

Follow the way of God. You've got to follow the way of the Lord. You've got to follow the way of the Bible. You've got to follow the way of Holiness. But let me show you something. Go to page 924, and on page 924, look at the book of Romans, and look at Romans chapter 8. And let me show you something that's absolutely amazing, and I'm sure you've never seen it, and very few people have seen the scripture. But what does it say in Romans chapter 8 and verse 7? The carnal mind is enmity against God. It is not subject to the law of God, neither can it be. Neither can it be. How can there be a sin attached to it if it's not subject to the law? Do you see what this man said? It's not subject to the law. So, we've listened to religious preachers tell us that we've got to eliminate our attachment to the world. There are two aspects, and you can see them on the heads of Hindus all over the

world. There is an aspect of spirit, and you see it on the head of a Hindu portrayed by the feminine. And it's a do. There is an aspect of what is called phalos, which is sex, and you can see it on the head of a Hindu male portrayed like that. And that is life, and that's The Duality that is inherent in all things. There is the energy of sex, there is the energy of spirit. But according to Carl Jung, when the religious teachers tell you, Oh, you've got to separate from the world. Oh, friendship with the world is against God. You can't be conformed to this world, Carl Jung says that they are completely outside of what is normal, because there is no energy unless there is the tension of the Opposites, and you'll die, you'll just dissipate. So, you've got to have this. The Opposites of the natural Sexual Energy and that which is the spiritual energy are absolutely normal. The greatest tension, according to Carl Jung, it's

that which lies between matter and spirit, evil and good, Darkness and Light. Can we eliminate one? No. Can you? Should you eliminate one? No, because they are the essence of light. Let me show you something in the Bible. We've looked at this a hundred times, but look at it again. Maybe somehow, you know, and sometimes I think of you, people are going to get upset because you're saying this course, it's beyond that now, this just doesn't make any difference anymore. But maybe somehow, if I get you to take God's holy, the word of God, and the Holy Bible, in the book of God, maybe if you look at God's holy word, you'll see what I'm trying to say to. It's written in it. Will you have the courage to look at it? Will you open the pages and look at the words? Go to page 609. Look at the book of Isaiah. It is almost as if, if you don't see it for yourself, it's almost unbelievable. But look at Isaiah chter

45, and you'll see what's being talked about, and you'll see why there has to be another way instead of placing guilt on people. There has to be another way to understand this. There has to be another way to accommodate ourselves to these things. There has to be another way for us to live with people whose ways may be different than us. It doesn't mean that their ways are right or our ways are right; they're just different ways. Look what it says in Isaiah 45:7. God is quoted as saying, Well, look at verse 4, 45:6, the last sentence: 'I am the Lord, and there is none else.' And then what does the Lord say? 'I form the light and create darkness. I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create evil. I, the Lord, do all these things.' The Bible says that it is God that creates this duality. God creates the very thing that you think is evil. God creates the very thing that all of these churches rave about, saying, This is evil according to the Bible. It can't be

it's another end. It's a difference. It's another end of the spectrum. It's something that we've got to understand. It's part of the very energy of life. The very differences that make us life, that makes life blossom, that makes life like the thing. What am I talking about? The thing, the electricity that manufactures electricity, that creates electricity through the energy and through the abrasiveness. These are the very things that are created. These are the very things that are part of our life. Homosexuality is normal. We have made it abnormal. It's normal, but we have sat and we have allowed people to stand and say this is abnormal because why? They are ignorant. They say it is evil. The Bible says I created that evil. God created it. You don't have to approve of anything. Nobody is asking for your approval of anything. All a human being is saying, let me respond to you as a human being and either be kind or be bad and judge me how I treat you, not on things that are none of your

concern say so we create something and we put it in our book. We'll make, we'll write a book. This is bad. Who said it's bad? I heard it. I was taught it. It was bad. So you say it's bad. And so all of you say this is bad. And they all say, Amen, brother. That's the way they, Amen, brother. That means they all agree this is bad. They don't know who said it was bad. They just agree it's bad. See? And to this day when you talk about things in the realm of sexual, would talk about in around, they can't deal. They can't deal with it because they have created these things. They have created these ver. Look, if the carnal mind is not capable of obeying the law of God, then it must be because it is subject to the, it's got to be subject to some kind of law. Everything, this is subject to the law. You say the Bible is not subject to the law. It's subject to the law of GRA. Everything consumes everything. So if

it's not subjected to the law of God here, then it's got to be subjected to the God here. So then we have to understand that it is a creation. So Carl Young reduces this to where we live and what we experience, the world and of God, the word of God, whatever you want to call it, appears in spirituality and sexuality. The Heavenly God appears in spirituality, and the Earthly God appears in sexuality. And the Heavenly God gets your attention in your meditation by an explosion of energy that rises up your spine called Kundalini, and the Earthly God gets your attention by an energy that flows you nowh through something called orgasm. It's the same. It is exactly the same thing. It is exactly the same thing. So we have a great Duality, which is both Cosmic and both personal, because both of these gods are inside of you. But this is the problem, folks, that you've been listening to your religion has said this is the god that you must take attention to, and they said this is the God you

must neglect, don't pay any attention to this God. And so, we've never learned, and so we've not able to teach our children about this. We don't know how to deal with it from a standpoint of health. We don't know how to deal with it from the standpoint of procreation. We don't know how to deal with it at all because we have neglected God. We have cut this God off completely. And who told us to cut this God off? Church. And yet, they couldn't do it either. Matter or body is represented by sexuality. Divine spirit is represented by spirituality. And Carong was convinced that both spirit and matter could be discovered by examining the contents of both. So, you have to examine, you look at, you're sitting here, you know doggone well, and you can't even turn to the person next to you sitting and say, This is right, because it's too personal. So, you just sit and stare. But as you're sitting and staring, inside of you, you know that this thing is churning.

inside of you. You know that this thing moves you, and somewhere during this week, you'll go off to your quiet place or wherever you go or whatever you do, and you'll express yourself somehow or with somebody. You'll express yourself, and you won't talk about it in here. You won't talk about it in church, and the people that are in church with robes on and big hats on and staffs and all of that stuff, somewhere during this week, they'll express themselves. And yet, when it comes time, they'll come out with their things, and they'll march up the center of the aisle, and organs will play, and all of this stuff will go on, and nobody will even dream of what the person was doing. And he'll come up, and he'll tell you about morality because he also, she also, the dog and the cat, the snail, the mosquito, everybody answers the call to God, the Earth god, of the Heavenly God. Matter is proved by the five senses: sight, taste, touch, smell, and hearing. Spirit is proved

by the experience of the psyche, the experience of that which is inside of you. But matter and spirit are both part of humanity and are in many instances in powerful opposition to one another, constantly colliding, and that's what makes you alive, that's what makes energy, that's what makes you go, that's what makes you drive. Look at the sea, we all so, we get so involved with books, we never, we never look at the animal kingdom. What makes this energy, what do they do, how do they do it, and all of these types of things, and they move, move. Carl Jung put it like this: Man living in a state of nature is in no sense merely natural like an animal. But this is what he says: But you seek, you believe, you fear, you worship things whose meanings are not discoverable. You spend your whole life worshiping something. Do you believe in God? Yes. What is it? I don't know. Where is it? I don't know. What does it do? I don't know. Do you believe in it? Yes. Why?

because somebody told me where who told you I don't know who wrote this I don't know do you I don't know any of it I don't where it come it's all [Laughter] here not only that it's the very Foundation of your life and you don't know who wrote it you don't know where it came from from you don't know who said it but you got to believe and so Yong says their underlying meaning your religious beliefs Lead You In fact far away from all that is natural and obvious and quite often contrast sharply with your Natural Instincts that's a great line you know what call just say your beliefs contrast greatly with your Natural Instincts what do they teach you in church and you go you went in satin all the time you sang some of you sang in the choir some you you want I what do I want oh God let me come home today I want to be with Jesus today that means you've got to die today what do you say I don't think so I don't I don't

care about him. Let him live it out another hundred years. As far as I want to stay right here, and I would rather stay alive. What do they do as soon as these people who want to be with Jesus get sick? They go to the emergency room. They got 15 doctors working on them so that they don't go to be with Jesus. I don't want to go. I don't want to go to be with. So what, in other words, what you're believing and what you're preaching is totally contrary to your instincts. You really don't feel that way, but you've been convinced by the system. And what do the system do? Abortion is an epidemic. Drug abuse is an epidemic. Child abuse is an epidemic. Wars have always been an epidemic. And the very cause of these things are these melms of people telling you to repress, repress, repress, hate, hate, hate, fear, fear, fear, you're guilty, you're guilty, you're guilty, get on your knees, get on your knees, get on your knees, confess, confess, confess, confess, give me your money, your

money your money, and I'll save you, and that's our whole culture. And what do we do? We flock back next week for more good morning, Parson. Tell me some more stuff to make me feel miserable. I got to have another dose of that. I can't stand anybody telling me how nice things are. I want this damn War. Let's Happ Armageddon. I had a lady one time, and I said, There's no hell and there's no devil. She says, I can't support your ministry anymore. How was our whole life was that? I got to have that. First Peter says, You're entitled to an inheritance in heaven. Keep it. The heck with I'll stay right here. I collect my Jimmy Buffett records. That's good enough from there. I don't care about that. So, Carl Jung says that contrast and polarities are shown in the old astrology. For instance, Taurus is the head. The polar is Scorpio, which is the lower animal functions. It's everywhere. It's everywhere. The cross is the most

magnificent statement of polarity. If you ever look at it, okay, these are of equal length and our March. I don't know if I got the right place in September. Equal length. The longest part of the Cross points to the longest day and the shortest part of the Cross points to the shortest day, December 25th. And so the polarity is there, the darkness, the light, the short, the long, the equal, and balance is right. That's what it is. So Yong insists to us that polarization is an absolutely essential part of the energy development that makes life. But you and we have allowed ourselves to be taught by people who have made us guilty and made us crazy because we don't understand it. We don't understand. And what are you doing then? You're trying to get rid of something that is normal. If you take this electricity and we do the same thing to the electricity that we do to each other, everything would go dark in here because we would eliminate that which is the negative and just keep that which is the positive, and it wouldn't be

no light. If you take away that which is the negative from this electrical current, there's no light. You can't have just one, and that's what they're trying to do to you. They're trying to take away the negative current and just leave you with the positive current, not realizing you can't have light with just one. You got to have two. It's part of you. It's part of your growing. It's part of your developing. It's part of your evolution. But religion has instead opted for a doctrine of guilt. All of the ancients provided in their midst the opposite. There was Osiris and logos. There was Dionysus and Apollo. There was Aphrodite and Minerva. The Greeks didn't suggest that a person should cleave to one and exclude the other. Without chaos, there can be no creation. The Greeks, the Romans, the Egyptians, the Persians, the Babylonian religions recognized the nature of polarity. The gods fought battles, seduced maidens. The Upper and Lower Egypt were transformed by the battles of Horus and

Seth and Zorer originated the struggle of light and darkness. Let me just show you this last one to look at, and we're out of here. In Daniel chapter 10, on page 733, there's a very interesting thing that happens, and I'll show you, excuse me, I will show you the polarity here. I'll show you the struggle of light and darkness. Daniel chapter 10. Here's Daniel. He's praying. He's got a problem, and it says in verse 13 of Daniel chapter 10, The prince. See, here comes an angel to visit Daniel. Of course, it's all mythology. But here comes an angel to visit Daniel, and it says, Fear not, Daniel. Verse 12, The first day you set your heart. I came, but the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me for 21 days. But Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, and I made there with the kings of Persia. Here's an angel talking and said, Look, I would have been

here but I was held back by the Prince of Persia, which represents that which is the opposite polar, the opposite aspect of energy. There was a r. See, you get into that, into the mythology of Daniel, and sometime we will. The Deep mythology is very, very occult, and saying it wasn't ready. There wasn't a time for you to fall out of this particular experience. You had an experience. You thought the damn experience would never end. Maybe it was your marriage. Maybe it was your relationship with an animal. Maybe it was your relationship with your job. And all of you say what the same thing that I've said many, many times. My, my. Oh, if I can only get out of this. I can't stand this anymore. I got to get out of here. But you're not ready. And so it says that here comes the angel, and he's withheld by the Prince of Persia. In other words, it's not time yet. And then when suddenly it is time, this thing comes through, and you begin to understand, and you begin to see, and it

begins to work itself out, but religion has no grasp of this nature, no grasp of nature, no grasp of polarity, and confession or concession to the flesh becomes sin. What is that? Delight in the things of the world becomes an insult to God. That's ridiculous. In ancient times, the people could converse with the higher God on one day, and the next day they'd be talking to Pan.
