Hi, s here with another video for the upcoming 325 league, and in this video, I'm going to be covering some of the old returning League mechanics that have been leagues in the past and are now being made part of the core game. So we're going to cover recombinator, the candra's mirror mechanic, tattoos, how Sentinel works, and wildwood pathing. First off, we're going to start with recombinator. Now there is some still mystery because they did say that it had been nerfed, but most of us are assuming that the only Nerf the way with the you could get a special suffix when we're combinating two items or a special prefix when we're combinating two items. So that sounds like the only Nerf, and other than that, we just don't know how accessible it is going to be, but I figured it would benefit people to talk a lot about how it used to work because that is most likely the way it still

works so pedb actually has a very useful page on this here you can see transferring bases with this for example it's a 66% chance to choose one mod um so let's say that you're trying to move a fractured you could actually do that with one fractured mode on one thing and just a white item on the other and you had a 66% chance to move it over you could also have multiple fractures in Sentinel league so that was kind of crazy I don't know if we're going to be able to have that still I kind of hope not because it does make items get a little bit out of control even though power is fun it's a little bit too much power so hoping you can't but you would be able to then have like a ring with you know fractured life and fractured tier one chaos R um so that remains to be seen what I do love about recombinator is that they are a huge item sync because it is deleting one of the items and if it um doesn't get the

mod you want. It's basically deleting. Both the number one thing that recombinator is super useful for is finding an item that maybe has some really good stats or drop only stats. Like for example things from delve and moving that onto the perfect base. We could also move tier one spell suppression from a, you know, Shield onto an armor base. So really powerful things like that. Now you could not move influence. At least there was some limiting power there. Like for example, if you moved or combined a hunter influenced item with a non-influenced item and there was some math on, let's say that both of the items had life. It had a really good chance to take the life. It does like average the item level and stuff. And there's an m there where you could force the item level of an item to be higher. Another thing that was really cool, and I can show this in my past video, was using this on corrupted items. Hoping we still have access to that, but here you can see that

I have a very mediocre item on the right, but it has the 12% implicit and it has a cool anoint. And on the left, I have the 79 life and some res. So what I'm basically hoping for here, that would be best-case scenario, would be it keeping the base with the anoint, H, it getting the 79 life, maybe the flat one tier one Fizz, and then High lightning res, all res, and either regen or Fire Res, right? And then it recombines them as you can see, and boom, we kept the base, we kept the life, we are winning. Now, it wasn't that crazy on the suffixes, but you know it's a very usable amulet. And what I love about ruminators is it makes things that are otherwise complete trash pretty usable. Now that will also depend on how accessible this mechanic is. If it was, let's say, the equivalent of five divines per click, then you are using only on crazy, right? Extremely good if we can still move, um, suppression to armor.

bases this would be super potent um really cool for moving fractures off bad bases onto good bases and onto High item level bases so those are some of the uses that we're hoping is still in and I will hope hopefully have a new video once we've discovered everything how it fully works but I I want to give new players an idea of um what to expect. Next up, we have Kundra's Mirror and for the most part you just get the choice when it pops up of choosing the left ring or the right ring or whatever, right? And sometimes it'll be really good, sometimes it'll be really bad, uh, and it's just a choice and it's a mirrored item so there's not much you can do, but we do have a mirrored oil now so you can anoint the amulets and the Rings. Very nice, the Kundra Mirror that appears that you can use yourself. You basically put it in and you could put in a plus two amulet and end up with plus4. It's a little people are a little unsure about.

the is it the Simplex or the other amulet they're a little unsure if it'll go to plus six or if it'll go to plus eight but either way you know there there are some spicy things here you can do with rings and emulat. Honestly even just like hoping to get you know 150 life and stuff on a ring could make it really crazy and it can it does randomize the stats like some will be upsides some will be downsides and I think there's a smaller chance that it'll majorly be upsides but there are some things that can be downsides that are upsides so some examples of that is negative res can be really good for the dorani chest right you want as little lightning rest as possible and lower projectile speed can be really good for some builds like for example spectral Helix. So with that in mind then it becomes even easier to get good bad outcomes um so keep that in mind and maybe you might not mind you know let's

say you get Nega 12 fire R but it's in a ring that has 165 life 110 strength. Uh 40 allr or 30 all rest. Whatever you can get like now we're cooking. So that is like a little bit of an idea on how to use that. It's pretty cool. Tattoos are still core in the game or still back. I mean they've been stringing tattoos. They've been like part of the last League mechanic. Now they're part of this league mechanic. So they are kind of pseudo core and there are some really good ones. I think po shows all of the ones that used to exist too cuz I don't think reservation exists anymore but and and Aura efficiency does not. Uh yeah. I don't think they work but chaos rest does very big. Uh for for patching out chaos rest and some things like all rest. Etc and some really nice one and it basically converts the stat node into something else. This is my favorite one rangai turtle and it's 5% reduced extra

crit uh strikes so especially on a build where I don't necessarily need the int nodes. I've been able to get anywhere from like 20 to 50% crit reduction from these, and it just like is a cool way to approach your stat nodes. If you don't need them, obviously stat nodes like strength is really good. It's just flat life, but keep them in mind when making your build. It can be really useful. Availability and stuff we don't fully know cuz it does come from the new league mechanic with the boats now. Sent sen there are three different Sentinels. You have a yellow one that Buffs like uniques and bosses, and it at least in the league itself buffed it way too much for not enough reward. Just super Rippy not worth the risk. And the way the blue one works is it Buffs everything in one blast. Everything gets really really crazy loot. It gets really good danger. It will kill you. Trust me I died to that a lot. Yeah, honestly the blue one really good. Now there's no skill tree I guess.

anymore. So you just kind of get a sentinel. So I don't know how that'll work in forms of power, but definitely a little worrisome. Uh, the red one, the way that works is it just keeps buffing things. So you're like running and clearing, and it'll keep buffing things. Now, the worrisome things about Sentinel, and I do want to issue a warning to hardcore players, is that it is incredibly Rippy. And that's not so much the issue as the fact that you don't know which ones are incredibly Rippy because it picks a random number that you can't see. And it basically will buff one with 5% more damage in rewards and one with 500% more damage in rewards. So it's kind of unpredictable, and you don't really know. They don't really look different, and just one of them will one-shot you. So very scary mechanic for hardcore. I will probably skip it, at least for the start. Another thing that is coming back is the Wildwood. Now, the

NPCs are gone, but the way it will work is that you will be collecting wisps, and you'll also be hoping to meet the boss. There is actually a system for how this works. Now, different players started noticing that the actual layout is always a diamond, and for this, I'm going to whip out paint. So, for this, let's say that the um, that's the most nice thing I've drawn. So, let's say that this is the layout of the Wildwood, right, and always, but what this is, is the four points of interest. So, there could be like a purple point of interest here. I'll draw that with a purple one, and it could be a purple one here, and it could be yellow here, and blue here, and um, I'll get my Editor to write exactly what the different um, wisps give. Purple is a rarity bonus. This was very popular during the league. The uh, yellow wisps is a quantity bonus, and the blue one causes more currency drops in general, and honestly, like getting like all three was

a really big like multiplier to each other now once you know that it's always in a diamond. This actually causes you to have a lot better um way of approaching this because there are like you kind of have like an invisible fuel when you're in these. So you you'll see these wisps and they look like that and they're blue and you like boom explode on them and some will expand the area you see for free and some will just refuel how far you can go sort of like the light radius or exploration radius of your character is your fuel. So once you see that you're barely exploring thing it is about to pop but uh it'll choose a spawn point for you so you might spawn here or you might spawn here uh you might spawn here you could spawn here and you have to try to figure out where you spawn. So this actually took us a while but uh you will start like let's say that you run here and you start seeing this like big path of blue or big path of purple and you

start following it, and you'll very quickly get to here. Now you have to, like, you will have like an explosion of reveal happen here, and then you'll, like, maybe look around a little bit, and you'll maybe see like a path here, and you might see a little tiny bit there, and a little bit there, but once you've now figured out that it goes in this direction, and you know that you came from here, you can sort of start triangulating where to go next, right? And now that you've noticed that you're on this edge, you almost know that it has to be here, and it has to be here because like this, this couldn't really be anything else when you came from this angle. Now, obviously, sometimes it can be tricky to work out where you are, but with a little bit of practice and knowing that it is always a diamond, you can sort of try to work it out. And yeah, you do get used to it. There's some like vibe to it, to be honest, like me and steel were like, Oh, I got a good.

vibe. This is like, Oh, we're on the right track, and then boom. Once you've found three, you always know where the last one is. So keep that in mind. It's really, really valuable. It's a little bit dangerous. It's similar to Sentinel where it'll make everything super deadly. Either way, I hope this video helps a little bit with going over at least the idea of how mechanics worked. Uh, I do want to say that some of the mechanics might have been reworked for this league, but I wanted to have like a quick, this is how it used to work, so at least you have the same info that we did.
