hey guys, what's up? It's new. Welcome back to another quick video. GGG just let us know with a patch drop update for 3.25 a few days prior to the league start that they are working on the taming ring. Now, it's the ring that's integral to my League start. It's a very, very strong option conventionally, and it was going to potentially break the game with the brand new Warden ascendency, Oath of Spring. Many of you have been coming to me asking me about this with concerns if I thought it was going to go through or not. I never figured it would go through. I kept forgetting to mention it in previous videos, but anyway, this interaction, broken interaction, is not going to be a thing. They fixed the ring, fixed it, and of course, we're crossing our fingers. What does that mean when GGG says they're going to fix something? That could come with hail Mary nerfs or maybe they don't change it too much otherwise, or well, it could come with buffs, actually, to the item, and that is

indeed what happened, and that's going to have some pretty significant ramifications to my league starter, especially the earlier portion. So at the end of the video, I will fill you in on some last-minute pretty significant changes I've made to the build before giving the full build guide. But yeah, first reason just wanted to some your expectations not a broken interaction between the taming and oath of the spring. And the second reason why we're making the video is to update you with the changes and how it's going to be even better than it was conventionally speaking. Just to remind you, this is the Wei 3.24 version of The Taming. It granted 20% increased damage with hits and ailments per free shock or ignite, a whole bunch of Elemental resistances, and up to 60% increased damage. Otherwise, it could be acquired from turning in a Barracks grip pass and resite the lad, of which is a lot more expensive and rare. And I have a great leak start experience, uh, memory of dropping a Barracks spite.

in Act 7, selling it for about 40 chaos I believe. So, it is an item that can be worth quite a bit, but it crashes in the market fairly quickly. However, as far as like day one value, I mean just look at that thing. That's a lot of damage if you're an elemental hit-based build and a lot of resistances without having to craft a ring. I mean, that is truly an excellent day one or even day two item, and obviously one reason why I'm putting it in my build now. The Barracks Respite is more rare. You can get this through a divination card. You can get that one through a divination card too, but suffice to say, it's a little bit hard to acquire and one of the more expensive items in my build overall. Now, here are the updates to The Taming. It now no longer grants 30% increased elemental damage or 30% increased Elemental attack damage, but they buffed significantly buffed the number for the increased damage per

Elemental ailment now say, all right increased Elemental damage, so it should come with the new Catalyst tag for Elemental damage, which means it can be Catalyst. I believe and it's now up to 40% increase, which for my build has four Elemental ailments: Scorch, chill, shock, and freeze. And yes, freeze will be very reliably on targets, even bosses, uh slowing them down 50% action speed now. So this is really, really good. And Catalyst before I could get up to 112% increased damage now and get up to 192% increased damage, uh without Catalyst, it would be 60%, a difference of 60% increased damage for my build with the changes. So 60% increased damage is the buff, uh per ring, which means I'm now going to use two rings. So we're getting into the third segment of the build of the video, rather. And I was running a death Rush here. I've decided now to run a taming. This of course has ramifications on all element of resistances, 'cause now I have more leeway.

there, I decided to go ahead and drop the rare boots. So yes, even more uniques in a league starter. Very easy to acquire cheap uniques here. Lionized paw AutoCast rain of arrows. I was thinking about doing this. I was mulling it over a lot before, but I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this. I'm dropping sniper's Mark. I don't think it's that crazy for this. Definitely not single target. Elemental weakness with the Scorch setup ends up being stronger anyway. We can hex touch it in, and then that means we can actually run defiled forces, which will give us all the leeway in the world to get the max shock and keep it there. Okay, so you can look into defiled forces if you want. So yeah, also didn't mention this before, dropped lightning coil for kinsi. I think it fits thematically better with the build, since you're just going to be freezing everything and dodging or evading almost everything anyway. So while the build does appear to suffer a little bit in terms of defenses.

in actual gameplay, it's going to be phenomenal because it's going to be freezing so many different things going evasion. It's going to have Kinigi Wind Dancer. It's going to have Immortal cast and damage take him when you get hit and continuing to evade and freezing killing everything. Anyway, I think it's going to play really rock solid despite some of the defensive numbers here. As far as offensive numbers, it went from about 13 mil to 18.5 million damage. Oh yeah, because I changed one other thing. Now that I can reliably refresh those shocks, I no longer feel the need to have to have rain of arrows of saturation on life tap. Can now get bone and calling strike back into the build. So a whole bunch of extra damage there. So now two taming Rings bone chill calling strike. I lost static charges or whatever it was to increased the shock duration and 30% increase damage if you shocked enemy recently or something like that. But it's just getting wild guys getting out of control.

this is absolutely insane for what is to be on paper based on last League start prices. Somewhere around five, maybe six divines as far as a League start budget. This is the no crit super cheap cheap version. Level 19 gems, no quality, except actually you do want to have quality on Elemental weakness for the freeze duration and shock duration anyway. But this is looking pretty ridiculous, guys. I'm even more excited than I was before, and thankfully this change came through before I had submitted the official build guide, which will be coming out here in the next couple of days. I still haven't gotten a lot of groundwork done on it. No, sorry, I do have a lot of groundwork done. I just haven't gotten things like scripts and recordings and all that stuff out for you yet.
