Path of Exile 3.25 expansion is supposed to be the league of melee scales, but this won't stop us from releasing the best version of our Arc build ever. Now with over 400% more defenses compared to its previous predecessor, we have over 35,000 armor, 90% to all Maximum Elemental resistances, 75% chaos resistance, and for endurance charges, we gained all of that while still retaining our 8,000 manipol, which protects our life from damage with mind over matter and the agnostic keystones. In short, we are unkillable. This did come at a price though; we lost some of our damage and the investment went up. Hence, in the description, not only you will find a Bo for this version but also one for the cheaper alternative that deals more damage. We are still a hierophant mostly due to Mana support. First We Take

Arcane blessing. This node adds 20% more spell damage boost to Arcane surge buff and grants us Arcane surge whenever we hit something. Anyway, next we take conviction of power. This node increases our maximum power and endurance charge count by one. It also grants us for minimum to both. Easily one of the best ascendency nodes in this game. Next, after finishing our third lab, we take our last major ascendency node for this build, and that is divine guidance. This node grants has Transfiguration of the mind, which makes 30% of all modifiers to maximum Mana also scale Global damage at a third of their values. The node also increases our maximum mana and makes 10% of all damage we take to be taken from Mana before life, which stacks with mind over matter. But with that, we are done with our core ascendency nodes. useless for us, but anyway, now let's take a look at our passive tree. Our tree focuses on mana, mana region, spell damage, crit chance, crit multi, life, and as many Jewel sockets as possible. Next, we have two large cluster Jewel setups, each adding the minimum amount of passives. The first one adds some powerful notables like Sappy and Seal Mener. The second Jewel adds the following notables: Scintillating Idea and Prismatic Heart. Now for Mastery choices, we have 3% increased damage per power, frenzy, or endurance charge. We have 25% to Critical Strike multiplier against unique enemies. And that was it for our passive tree. Now let's take a look at our items. Our signature item for dealing lots of damage remains unchanged, and that is Void Battery. Two of it to be specific. This unique wand increases our maximum power charge count and grants us lots of spell damage per power charge. That, alongside some mana and Global crit chance, easily best 10 slot and cannot be beaten by any rare equivalent. Our next

item is the brass Dome. This unique chest grants us up to 5% increased maximum Elemental resistances. At perfect roll, it also gives us lots of armor and crit immunity. You are going to need this perfectly rolled since we are pushing 90% maximum Elemental resistances in this build. Anyway, our next item is Azerus Foal, an essential Mana support amulet with lots of mana and Mana region. Make sure to anoint yours with Prismatic skin to further push your maximum elemental resistances close to 90%. Anyway, next we have a rare Helm with both plus one to maximum power charge Warlord mod and elevated plus three to maximum lightning resistance Crusader mod. To get both together, prepare two separate influence Helms, each with one of these mods, and then combine them together with Awakener Orb. The remaining mods are going to be random, but you should at least try to get an empty prefix to craft mana on it. Next, for our gloves, get yourself a pair of gloves with fractured resistance roll spam.

essences of greed on it until you get a decently high levels of life and mana on it. Then lock the prefixes and use veiled orb to get damage mod suffix. After that, craft some more resistances and you should be done. Don't forget to use Elder orbs on your gloves to get both chance to unnerve enemies on H and inflict lightning exposure on H. Now for our Boots, the crafting process here is quite similar as we are looking for Life, Mana, moving speed, and as much resistance as we can have. For Eldritch Imp sets, we are looking for increased action speed and increased cooldown recovery rate. For our King cloak, now a core item in this build, is our ring. We need a synthesized ring with increased spell damage per power charge implicit. On this one, we want to spam Essences of scorn until we hit both crit multi and increase Mana regen with an empty suffix. Next, we craft suffixes cannot be changed prefix and reforge Chaos via our Harvest bench to deterministically get chaos resistance.

as our third suffix from here, we just lock the suffix again and use builded op to get Mana with Mana region prefix. Then we craft life, and we should be done. This ring is so good that we need two of it identical copies, hence we replicate its effect by equipping candra stretch in our second ring slot. But you should only do that if candra's touch price is lower than the crafting process. Finally, our last item in this build is Mage blood. This high-end version of Arc utilizes Mage blood to gain extra maximum lightning resistance from a topest flask, extra armor from a granite flask, extra resistances from an amys flask, and extra speed from a quicksilver flask. It goes without saying this build is playable without Mage blood, and you will find a version that doesn't use it down in the video description. This variation is only meant to serve as a high-end upgrade for those who hate dying and don't mind to spend more currency on the build to achieve that. But with that, we are done.

For our main six-link, we have arc, Arc Mage, power charge on crit, awakened unleash, awakened lightning penetration, and increased critical damage. Next, we have a full-length damage, SL defense support setup. In it, we have determination, Eternal blessing, righteous Fire, and Empower. Anyway, next we have another falling support setup. This one contains Arcane cloak level 20, Arcane surge, increased duration, and enhance. Now for our moving setup, we have lightning warp, faster casting, less duration, and Swift Affliction. Many people hate lightning warp, and that's understandable. Just use Dash or Frost blink instead. Finally, we have a thring setup with some leftover gems. We got conductivity, summon lightning Golem, and faster casting. And with that, we are done with our gems. Now let's talk about jewels. First, we have a melant faith Timeless Jewel that mentions High Templar Domin specifically. Place this one in this socket to maximize its effect. This Jewel will convert all nearby keystones into inner

conviction. Inner conviction grants us 3% more spell damage per power charge. Please note that the jewel might change some notables within its range. If that happens, then just buy a different one. Next, we have one Healthy Mind unique Jewel. Place it in this socket to convert all nearby life nodes into Mana. Scaling Mana is a more efficient way to scale this build than by increasing life alone. That's thanks to mind over matter and the agnostic keystones combined. You also get to scale damage along the way, which is neat. Anyway, next we have a perfectly rolled melding of the flesh Jewel. This one will cap all of our maximum Elemental resistances by our highest maximum resistance. Instead, we are using a topas flask with increased effect in this build. That, alongside every other increased maximum lightning resistance modifier we have here, we achieve 90% all Maximum Elemental resistances. Our last unique jewel is the adorned. Despite being nerfed, this one increases the effect of all of our socketed magic jewels as long as they are corrupted by

up to 100%, it is still very powerful and best in slot. When combined with four copies of a magic jewel like this one, you are looking to get mana and additional crit multi for spells on it. You can easily craft this by getting a jewel with fractured mana mod and spamming alteration orbs on it until you get spell crit multi. Then you vaal it and you're good to go. But with that, we are done with our jewels. Now for Bandit Quest, we are still going to help Alira as we need that 15% all Elemental resistance bonus. In the moving setup, lightning warp, faster casting, less duration, and Swift Affliction are used, but Dash or Frost blink can be alternatives.

The remaining gems are used for a utility setup, including conductivity, summon lightning Golem, and faster casting.
