tal Moana Exiles, welcome to another Path of Exile 2 video. I know Path of Exile 2 news and content, and everything else related to this upcoming game, has been very sparse on this channel. There are a few reasons why. First and foremost, of course, there's not a lot of action happening around Path of Exile 2, at least at the moment. That's what I'd like to talk about here today because in the past few days, there have been a few secret, not so secret announcements about Path of Exile 2 and what might be upcoming in the next few weeks and months leading up to that early access release, which we still don't know exactly when is happening. We know it's happening in late 2024. We think it's November. It might be December. We're going to look a little bit deeper today and see if we're going to actually get that date in the next week or so. Here, first, I'd like to address the massive elephant in the room, and that's me and Path of Exile 2, my

relationship with the game. Of course, my channel boomed well, really boomed when I released this video right here, the Curious Silence about Path of Exile 2 in May of last year. The algorithm picked it up. RIT hated it. Asmin gold reacted to it, and over a 100,000 people watched this video within the first month of its release. It was far larger than any other content I had put out before, my biggest being a lore video about, I think, Lake of Kandra that hit around 2,000 views. Absolutely wild, and it really pushed me to try and grow this Channel and go into the PE2 direction. You can see here, so far, I have released 113 different videos on a game that has not yet been released. Fortunately, now I have played it twice this year, so that's good, but still, it's not available to the general public as of yet. Obviously, when I released this video, I was pretty confident it was coming out in 2023, that year at Ex Out Con 2023. I, like many other content

creators were absolutely shocked that pu2 wasn't coming out at the end of 2023, and that it was being pushed to 2024. And that was just for the beta or Early Access period. Now here we are in July of 2024, and a real release date is no longer in sight. We know we'll be getting early access this year, we hope, but a real release date we don't know when that's going to occur. So I kept making videos on it, of course, because I'm passionate about the topic and I know even though a lot of people in the Pue community and even the Greater arpg Community know a lot about pe2 and that content has been saturated with the more announcements and the more trailers that grinding gear games releases about the game, the more people are exposed path of xile 2 so I kept making videos. And yes, I do have a few videos that have repeated themselves. I am very well aware of that, but I'm never trying to push out slop.

content everything that I put up there. I think is quality. The past month, I did attempt something new wherein I didn't have as much time because of my real job, because of my family. So, I would sit down here, I'd look at the camera, I'd think about a topic. I would grab this journal right here, and I would just talk about P2 and push out the video that day. Do a little bit of editing. It would take about an hour. That's the time that I had. And some people didn't like that. Others loved it. And I spoke with a lot of other content creators, large, small, game developers, not game developers. And I really just decided I'm going to do what the heck I want. And I hope you all enjoy it. Plenty of you obviously do, but I'm just going to let a lot of the unfounded criticism or the angry criticism just run off my shoulders and take all the real good criticism to heart. Content, a lot of PoE stuff. Obviously, is going to continue coming. In addition to the more scripted style videos that I do about Path of Exile 2, Diablo 4, Path of Exile lastly, PoE all that stuff. A lot of them have just been released on my channel. You can go and check them out right now, including one of the most beloved videos in the past year that I've made, the most infamous and famous Path of Exile players. I have a lot more of those videos coming, and people loved the first one. Okay, so that was a little bit of a spiel about content creation and Path of Exile 2, but the Early Access release date. Why do I think we might be getting some new on it in the imminent future? Well, this is the first reason why. What's on screen right now, Gamescom 2024, which is happening in Cologne, KAG, I think it's Cologne, Germany, on August 21st to August 25th, and Grinding Gear Games has confirmed that they will be at

Gamescom now last year Gamescom occurred after Exile con, and it's where we learned all about the Druid and bare form, and a lot of different support gems, and cast on crit, and all that sort of stuff, and that was a phenomenal showcase. This year though, what are we going to learn? Well, not much or a lot, I don't know, because a few weeks before, they will be having Grinding Gear Games Live, and astute Exiles or people who just literally read The Forum post will notice that there is no mention of Path of Exile 2 here, it's just Path of Exile 1 and the 3.25 expansion Settlers of Calgar, something that a lot of people are very excited about, including myself. There's a lot of hype around this; however, there's nothing about PE2. Interesting, because last G Live, of course, they did have information about PE2 right here. They were very explicit about the fact that G Live is a joint event for PU1 and PU2, and now in this announcement, there's nothing about Path.

of Exile 2. That's very odd. So maybe G live for this particular iteration is just pu1. Maybe after the event where they showcase the witch, they don't have anything else to show us right now. Well then, I was playing last Epoch the other night and I raided Ziggy D, and Ziggy D had this to say, Hey, how you doing, my to your thanks for the raid. Hey, guess what? I'm going to New Zealand in a couple in uh not too long in like a bit of a bit over a week, I guess. Going to be uh checking out some poe2 and live hosting the Q&A for the new league, all right? So that's the kicker right there. Ziggy D, who always is the host for events related to Path of Exile, whether they're live, whether they're not live, whatever. He is the guy who is there and he is presenting information, asking questions of Mark of Chris of Jonathan about the latest iteration of the game. Now he will be in New Zealand for this announcement. He will be connecting with Mark live about

3.25, and then he will also be playing Path of Exile too. Now, of course, I might just be reading into this. Of course, this is entirely speculation, but why would he be playing P2 if they're not going to talk about PE2 at all at G live? Why would he say that, right? Additionally, we talked about Gamescom, right? Okay, one event, you know they're just going to go to it, they're going to go to Germany, they're going to Showcase Path of Exile 2. Of course, that's par for the course for Grinding Gear Games. Well, then a few weeks later, they're also going to be at Pax West every single day from August 30th to September 2nd. They're going from G live to Gamescom to Pax West, and Path of Exile 2, if we scroll right down here, will be present at these shows. Why in the world would they be going on a tour if they weren't ready to Showcase something new about Path of Exile 2? Truly, we are nearing the moment, everyone.

we are so close to November. We only have about 5 months left for the entire year. What does that mean? It means that within 5 months, we will be playing Path of Exile 2, and I reckon we will be learning about the release date for PoE 2's Early Access momentarily. I can't nail down exactly when, but I'm pretty sure at one of these three events, we will learn when we will finally be playing this game on our own computers. We'll learn how we get in, we'll learn what the Early Access entails, we'll probably learn about end game and the mapping system, and maybe a little bit about ascendancies. The time is n everyone.
