Our reality is similar to a game or a simulation. Now, not just any game or simulation, a very, very complex simulation or game that is well beyond our full comprehension, but a game or simulation nonetheless. When you start to become aware of this and start to understand this at a much deeper level, you start becoming better at the game. Recognize that you can influence the simulation, and then you're able to start influencing it in ways that allow you to live your life more in the ways that you want. Meaning, you can start setting it up so that you're living a life where you're happy and fulfilled and healthy and abundant and whatever else. You can start choosing the pathway you actually want to go down in life rather than feeling subjected to the whims of life like so many people do. You can influence the game. In fact, it's one of the reasons why you're here, to be able to choose your experience. Now, in this video, we are going to cover more of how we know that reality operates like a simulation or

game. We are then going to go over how you can hack, quote-unquote, the game and essentially program in cheat codes so that you are, quote-unquote, winning more in the game. And of course, since I always want to give you practical tools and exercises you can use to apply this, we're going to do exactly that later in the video as well, once you have a better understanding of how to actually make all this work. So, I invite you to watch this video all the way through and even take notes if you were drawn to doing so, because what I will be covering here can create a massive impact in your life if applied. So, let's jump into it. So, before we start playing the game properly, we need to know the actual rules to the game. And would it surprise you to learn that most people are not aware of the actual rules to the game and, in fact, have been given a different rule set that they've been following? And because it's not the actual rules, have been struggling. You only need to look at

most people who have been following what they believe the rules of the game are, that usually being the Newtonian materialistic paradigm, and then see the results that most of them will get, and most of them are struggling or they're stressed out a lot, or you know, there's just much hardship going on in their life. And if you know the rules to the game, would it mean that the game would become easier? Well, absolutely it would. You see, most people are playing the game of Life in this what we now know is a simulation, or at least that's what the most recent data points to. Most people were playing it as if they were driving and didn't know the rules of the road. And so they see stop signs, they see green lights and red lights, and they don't know what lane they're going in, and they have no idea what any of it means because they don't know the rules to the road. And that is how most people are operating when it comes to the rules of the game. See, when you operate from

this idea that materialism is base reality. You're operating from just wrong information or data because there is something much larger at play. And again, I'm going to play you some clips from something known as the simulation hypothesis, a documentary that was created that goes over some of the data and cutting-edge science that points to the fact that we are actually in, again, a very complex game or simulation. And I highly recommend you watch that full documentary if you want to dive even more into the data behind what we're going to be going over today. So basically, there are two schools of thought that are happening here. One being the Newtonian paradigm, the one you probably grew up believing because why? You were taught it by your parents, who were also taught it by theirs and by their teachers and everyone else. It was reinforced through society because most people believe it and also in our institutions. It is taught. And then there is what's known as the simulation hypothesis, and this is where we're getting

into what we're going to be talking about today. Now, the Big Bang is what pretty much all scientists and researchers agree happened in our distant past and is what gave birth to the material world and essentially us, you know, millions or billions of years down the line. I'm not exactly sure of the official numbers, but basically, everyone agrees for the most part that there was some kind of Genesis or primordial energy that came through this Big Bang and then essentially everything came out from that place. However, from a Newtonian paradigm or materialistic viewpoint, it's really hard to describe something coming from nothing. It's kind of like the saying, you know, give me one free miracle, and then we're going to dismiss everything else that appears like a miracle. However, if you were to look at the universe through a different lens and were to look at it as if it was virtual, it actually starts to make more sense because it starts from an information influx, from a zero state as they boot up. For example, if you start a

computer game up a big bang, so to speak, occurs from the perspective of the game, and there are going to be people who are much better at describing this or explaining this than I, so I'm going to play a clip now from the simulation hypothesis where they cover this briefly. From the materialist view that our universe is all there is as an objective independent reality, the fact that the Big Bang came from nothing is very hard to explain. How could everything come from nothing? But if you look at the universe as a virtual construct, the Big Bang model works perfectly. Virtual Worlds always begin with an information influx from a zero State since they need to initially boot up. Every time a computer game starts up, a big bang occurs from the perspective of the game, from inside the virtual world itself. The creation always comes from nothing because before it boots up, there is no space or time as defined by the rules of that virtual world. We can actually take it one step further because physicist James Gates, when doing his research, found that within our

reality. If you go deep enough, you can actually find computer code that is kind of deeply layered into our reality. And again, he's going to be much better explaining it. So here's a clip from the simulation hypothesis of him going over this discovery. So you're saying as you dig deeper, you find computer code woven into the fabric of the cosmos, into the equations that we want to use to describe the cosmos. Yes, computer code, computer code, strings of bits of ones and zeros. It's not just sort of resembles computer code. You're saying it is computer code. It's not even just is computer code. It's a special kind of computer code that was invented by a scientist named Claude Shannon in the 1940s. So are you saying we are all just, there's some entity that programmed the universe, and we're just expressions of their code now? Perhaps this is all coming across as a bit strange, a bit bizarre, because you may be thinking, Well, if I was in a game or a simulation, I

would be aware of it. It would be obvious. I would know that I'm in a game or simulation. But if the point of the game and simulation is for you to not know that you are in one and to do certain things while you're in this game simulation, it would make sense that you would have no awareness of that. You layer that on top of also understanding that this game and simulation would have to be so complex that for the most part, for most people, they wouldn't, you know, you're not allowed to know or shouldn't know that you are in a game or simulation. I'm going to play another clip now that again kind of goes over this from the simulation hypothesis because again, I think this is one of the main ideas. Well, if I was in a game or a simulation, it'd be obvious. Like, we think we're going to be like Mario and we're going to see some turtles and some Goombas and some mushrooms and go, Oh, I'm Mario in a video game. But it's not like that. So, I'm going to play a clip from

the simulation hypothesis again going over this idea very quickly. If I were a character in a computer game that were so advanced that I were actually conscious, and I started exploring my video game world, it would actually feel to me like it was made of real solid objects made of physical [Music] stuff. Yet, if I started studying as the curious physicist that I am, the properties of this stuff, the equations by which things move, and the equations that give the stuff its properties, I would discover eventually that all these properties were mathematical, the mathematical properties that the programmer had actually put into the software that describes everything. The server that's creating you is not in your reality frame; it's outside. If you're Sims, that computer is non-physical to you. What's physical to you is your Sims World. Now, I'm going to give you an analogy that I think explains this very well, and it uses this idea that reality, as we know it, our physical reality, is like a computer game or a simulation, and in it's of a similar

nature, and you can think of it this way. You know when you have a computer game, and you boot up that game. What you really have is something that's allowing that game to function, meaning the game is born out of something much larger, which in this case is the computer. Without the computer, the game doesn't exist, and it is born out of the computer program, so the computer can run it, right? And so, if you look at our reality, it's as if our physical reality is like the game, but the larger reality is like the computer. And you can consider the game what we could call the subset, and the computer the superset. So, matter is actually a subset of something even bigger, a superset, if you will, which we will actually call Consciousness, because Consciousness is primary. You can think of the subset as the physical matter reality also, and the superset as nonphysical reality. So, Physical reality is the game, but the person holding the joystick is consciousness, meaning the player who is playing the game, not the character on screen, but the actual

player who is choosing what the character is going to do in the game. So, we're going to show it on screen here. And again, you have the subset or physical matter reality, which exists within the suet, which is the nonphysical, right? And the suet is much larger. That's being depicted, um, in scale to um, the subset here, right? It's actually much larger. It's basically beyond what we could even comprehend. But without the superp set, the subset cannot exist. It is born out of the superet in the same way that a game needs a computer in order to function. Without it, it cannot exist. But the one behind the joystick, controlling the game, controlling the character on screen, is consciousness. And we're going to be going deeper into how this works and how you can start moving more into the person behind the screen rather than getting tied up by the character on screen and how you can actually use Consciousness and your Consciousness to start molding the game in the ways that you like. But just recognize that the

subset is the game, the simulation, this reality, um, physical matter reality, and the superet is non-physical reality. This is beyond the physical. Now, another great example of this, and this comes from Tom Campbell, um, if you have, say, World of Warcraft, and you have the World of Warcraft game, and let's say you have an Elf character on screen. Well, the elf is so immersed by the physical matter reality world that the elf believes, I am just this physical being. I am interacting in the game. I'm interacting with other players. I'm doing tasks in the game. I'm building up myself in the game. But ultimately, there is a player behind the Elf character, um, that's really controlling the elf, right? And when you get caught up in this idea that you're the elf on screen and not the player behind the screen, that's when we get trapped into this Newtonian Paradigm, and that's when life starts to not work. But if you recognize that you're not, in fact, the character, you're simply Consciousness playing a character, well

then you can start tuning into the person behind the joystick. You can start tuning into the self that is consciousness rather than, again, the Avatar or character that you are seeing on screen. When you access the player and the Consciousness more, you can then start programming what we could consider cheat codes or different things into the game for your Elf to discover or explore or whatever, but the elf now being aware that I am not this Avatar, I am not this character, this is just what I'm using to explore this space. So, one of our goals is to start taking our attention off the character or believing that we are the character and start putting it more on the player. And again, we're going to go over examples and ways in which you can do this. This is not just going to be Theory, this is not just going to be ideas. I'm going to just present you what the idea is again with the simulation hypothesis and how our data really shows that this is how reality operates. And then we're going to go over how you can

start accessing again the player behind the screen, the Consciousness that influences the character again, the thing that is connected more to the superet that the sunset is born out from. Okay, so now you know more of the rules of the game or simulation. So now let's go over how to actually play the game. So now we have the rules, we know we're on the road, and we know what a red light does, a green light does. We know what side we need to be on, we know what stop signs are, yield signs, um, all that kind of stuff. Now let's really get into it so that we can level up in the game and play it very effectively. So this is where things get interesting because there are physical rules to the simulation. However, many of them can be worked around if we stop giving so much attention to the elf on screen, like mentioned again. Keep in mind that the true U is the player, not the character. When you remove the VR helmet, so the virtual reality helmet, so to speak, and tune out of the physical, you tap back

into the player, and we'll go over more of this later and how to do that. Remember, the non-physical represented by the computer is what is allowing the physical, the game, to exist in the first place. Meaning, if we tap more into the superet, we can influence the game and create cheat codes. So, keep in mind that we actually live in a very non-linear reality. Again, in the physical and in the Newtonian Paradigm, it appears very linear, but the Newtonian Paradigm, or where things in that case are operating, it's a subset, a very small fraction of what reality is actually made up of. And reality beyond the subset, and even what it brings into the subset, is nonlinear, not linear. So, you can choose to play only by the limited rules of the simulation itself, or the game, or you can learn the rules to the non-physical and play by that too, which allows for you to do so much more. This is when we begin again to start leveling up in the game, choosing our own adventure, choosing our path, and having way more of what we want.

show up in the game itself, so a very powerful analogy that's going to give you an idea of how this works is what we call the Lego factory analogy. You see, most people are only operating from the physical rule set, Newtonian Paradigm, and are only being the elf on screen or just the character. You can think of it like everything in their life is a Lego brick, so everything physical in your life, so I got this and this and you know this thing here, the lights, the camera, it's all a Lego brick. So just in this analogy, and these Lego bricks come from the Lego brick Factory. Now, you can think of the Lego brick Factory as a non-physical reality or what you know, what's providing the bricks, the physical stuff. So it's coming from that place, but the way most people operate is they get so immersed and so tuned into the elf or character on screen that when they have all these bricks in their life and they want to change, they try and start manipulating the bricks. So they take the

bricks. They take this and this and try and mold it into something different. They're kind of banging up against the bricks and resisting what's already here. So, you have a certain financial situation that's a brick. You have relationships that are bricks and everything else. And instead of doing what we're going to go over in a second, most people will look at that and they'll start complaining about it. Most people will look at that and try and mold those bricks into something different. They'll try and form them into something new. But these bricks are already in your existence. You can't return them to the factory. You know, you can't be like, Ah, this brick is defective. I want to return it to the factory. No, these bricks are already here. Later, we're going to go over how these bricks are actually what's called an energetic history. But when you actually play this game at a higher level and you know the rules to the game, instead of trying to bend the bricks that are already here, and again, everything in your physical

life is a brick. We instead learn how to go into the factory through like the back door, go up to the workers, and request new bricks. We start to request new molds to be created to show up in the world. We start to request new things rather than resisting what's already coming through, and we're going to go over how you can actually do this, how you can start requesting new bricks in your life, and that will mean new relationships, that will mean, you know, location freedom, time freedom, financial freedom, again, whatever it is you're looking to do. They can make any kind of mold. This is the infinite Lego brick factory coming from the superet. There's nothing off-limits to them. Do you think it's any harder for the simulation to pop one thing in the simulation for the super set to pop one thing in the simulation or something completely different? It doesn't take any extra effort or energy on its part, but if we're not actually playing our role in the game and we're not actually using our abilities to tune out of the

character and get back into the player. Then it's just going to keep giving us what it kept giving us. And the fact of the matter is, you have unconsciously been making requests to Lego brick Factory, um, without you even knowing about it. But most likely, you've been making requests that have been pretty negative, uh, lower on the Consciousness scale, and so you're getting the corresponding bricks. And through what we're going to do today, you're going to start waking up so that you can start intentionally making different requests, have different molds made, so that you can start playing the game very differently. You can think of this almost like a buffet as well. This is one of my favorite analogies. And think of life like an infinite buffet. Everything is available in this buffet. And how most people operate, um, in their lives is they go up to the buffet and they try something, and they go, Oh, this is disgusting. I absolutely hate this. And then they keep eating it. They go, Oh my God, this is so disgusting. And they keep eating it. And they keep eating it. Well

this is just what life is. This is all I have available to me. I'm just going to keep eating it when there's literally everything else available, and they just complain and moan about this thing that they're eating, but they don't even know that they're choosing to eat it. And so, if you just choose differently instead of trying to change it, then things are going to start changing. Things are going to start shifting again. It's like the person's eating that and then trying to actually change the dish, or they're complaining to the workers, Hey, can you take this away and bring something else out in its place? And they're like, No, everything's available. It's like, No, I want this changed. I want this shifted. Take this Lego brick and mold it into something different. And then they're still eating it like, Oh God, it's disgusting, when if they just went a few rows down, there's something that they would actually enjoy. There's something that they could choose and choose differently that would start creating.

new results in their life. So, the thing to take away from this is do not complain about the Lego bricks already in your life. Do not complain about any of the things that's already here. Complaining about your current circumstances is the glue that keeps you stuck to them, as one of my mentors would say. And so, instead of complaining about the bricks, start choosing new ones by going into the factory. And again, we're going to go over how you can start doing that. So, here's how we're going to start doing this using the buffet example that I just went over. We're going to be going over what's called the Consciousness Buffet. So, there's someone who has an amazing body of work, and he's no longer with us, but his name is David R. Hawkins. And he created what's called the Consciousness scale. And this basically showed that what level of Consciousness you're at will create different effects in your life. It shows up in different ways. And what did we say earlier in the

video about what's primary and what's creating all of this. It's Consciousness. And so, we'll pop up the Consciousness scale here. And what I want you to think about with the buffet example I just gave you is let's say that every single thing in that Buffet is represented by a different level of Consciousness. So, there's things in the buffet that are guilt, that are shame, that are apathy, that are desire, that are anger, pride, but also courage and willingness and acceptance and love and everything else. Again, most people are going up to the Consciousness buffet and they keep choosing apathy or they keep choosing anger. They keep eating pride. They keep doing all this stuff and then are surprised when their life isn't going the way they want it to go. Everything is available, but what you choose from your free will, the Consciousness you decide to dwell in, again, moving into the player and choosing the Consciousness, the lens in which you're going to look out at the world and mold your world is going to

make all of the difference. What consciousness you are in is ultimately what's going to determine how you influence the game and what shows up in your game or your simulation. For example, if you choose from the buffet items that represent lower levels of consciousness, say like anger, pride, fear, apathy, guilt, and so on, you are going to paint your game with more of that. You will also find yourself stuck in the character more and more, thinking that this is base reality, meaning you're going to get glued into thinking you're the elf, forgetting that you are the player. However, if in this consciousness buffet you are choosing love, joy, gratitude, courage, peace, willingness, and so on more times than not, this will actually change the game and also how you play the game. You will start to program more of that into the game. You will start to see more Lego bricks, again physical stuff that represent those things. You will then start remembering that you are also not the character but the player, the one off-screen that has just decided to tune

into this game and to experiment and experience within it. The way you see the world shapes the world. Why? Because you are influencing your game as you go. You are molding the simulation, the game, each moment with the level of Consciousness you're in. One last example I want to give you that ties well into the Lego brick analogy is the idea that your physical reality is what's called an energetic history, or you could say a Consciousness history. You see, everything in your physical reality didn't just pop into existence like that. It is an accumulation of what you've attracted or created based on the energy you have entertained more often than not in the past, meaning these are Lego bricks that have shown up based on what you've been requested either intentionally, unintentionally, consciously, or unconsciously to the Lego factory. It has then given you these bricks, which has taken some time to build the molds for and then come out of the factory, but you have created them nonetheless. It is simply an energetic history again if

you've been eating from the buffet um fear-based things and apathy and whatever else for a certain amount of time then these Lego bricks that have shown up or the energetic history is going to reflect that but it works the other way around too if you've been choosing love and joy and excitement and everything else that's what's going to start showing up and that will become your energetic history and so one of your missions so to speak if you want to take upon the invitation is to create a new energetic history through operating from a completely different level of Consciousness so if you change now and start diligently and from commitment start using what you've learned in this video and the exercises we're about to go over and you do that from love and joy and gratitude and willingness and courage as much as you can from that Consciousness as the player and then bring that into the character you're going to start seeing completely different things happen in your life I've seen it happen for too too many

people for this not to be the case. It works every single time for every single person. So let's go over how you can start doing this: more tuning into the player, more than the character, choosing better things from the buffet more often, and the tools that are going to help you essentially influence the simulation in-game so that you are seeing new results show up. Okay, so as you could probably tell by this point, we have a very vested interest if we want to start playing in a better simulation or game or have more of what we want in this game. If we spend more time as the player or remembering we're the player than the character, again, what happens when we are only the character, never being the player, is we get lost in the physical, forget our influence, and end up creating more of what we don't want. We get hooked into the physical world and again think that's all there is. However, there are practices like visualization and meditation that are going to help you to tune out of the character and tune more

into the player the Consciousness that you are that is primary and is shaping your life now. As you do this, you're going to start finding that things start changing for your character, meaning new opportunities, events, and so on will start coming into your life on screen in the game. So, have more faith in the vision than the current physical circumstances. The circumstances are going to try and hook you. Have faith. Remember, what's currently here is just an energetic history. But if you have more faith in the vision of what you've created from the player, if you stick your energy there and keep yourself at that side of the buffet, things will start to shift. So, here are some things that are going to help you do this now. The first thing I am going to give you is one of my favorite meditation or visualization techniques that works so incredibly well. This is something we give our clients and help them do at a very deep level, which you can learn more about in the first link in my description. But ultimately, this is

called a passive-active meditation, and the idea behind this is you are going to first do a passive meditation, which is ultimately going to help you tune out of the character or the elf on screen. You see, a lot of times we get hooked into this because we're going a million miles per hour, never taking a breath, we're so stressed, we're sowing the energies of stress or the lower levels of consciousness that we think we're just the character. But when you take a step back, you do some calm breathing, you count your breaths, you repeat a mantra, and you get into the moment. You start to take off the VR headset. Getting into the moment is a beautiful way of starting to separate yourself from the character, recognizing that you are so much more. And so we start with this kind of meditation, and we do it for just about 10 minutes typically, and we do this so that we can prepare ourselves to visualize from the player rather than visualize as the character, because if you visualize while

you're still the character. You're still going to be in stress. You're still going to be eating fear and apathy and anger and pride from the buffet. And so your visualizations are most likely going to be negative, which means you're then going to the Lego brick factory and giving instructions to bring more of the negative into your life and are like, Okay, we'll bring some more of those Lego bricks. I see we're just doing as we've been doing in your life up until this point. And so what we want to do first is separate ourselves from that, passively get into the moment through passive meditation, and then we do what's called active meditation. In fact, because of the potency and just how important this exercise can be, I'm going to link you at the end of this video to a full video I've done on the active or passive active meditation or visualization technique. You will learn everything you need to know to get started with that and to start being able to program new cheat codes in the game, new Lego bricks.

into the game and to stop really identifying as the character or the elf on screen, so that will be linked at the end. Now, the second tool I'm going to give you are what's called amalgams, and I'll explain what that means. You see, one of the biggest problems, like I mentioned, is you are probably continually getting hooked into thinking you're the character again. You go unconscious, you lose your awareness, and you go back into Newtonian Paradigm thinking, meaning you're thinking about all these problems, you're thinking about all this Newtonian stuff, and forgetting that you are so beyond that. The Newtonian Paradigm is just a subset within a much larger suite, and so we need to be able to snap you out of that throughout the day so that you can create more of a habit of recognizing that, yeah, maybe I'm playing this character, but I am so much more than that. I am the player off-screen and tuning more into that because it's not just in meditation and visualization. You want to start being more intentional.

you want to be intentional in your waking life as well as you're moving around as the character because I'm the character right now. I'm coming across to you as the character on screen, but I am also hooking into what's beyond that and the player right because I'm keeping that awareness on the forefront of my mind. I am keeping that intention there, and so an amalgam, what it does is it helps lower the harshness of what's appearing on screen and remind you of what you actually are and that you are not just the character. And so these can be very, very simple. These are mantras or phrases you just continuously use to again knock yourself out of this physical matter reality level of thinking or 3D thinking where you think that's all there is and remind you that there's something more. So you could say something, for example, something happens and you go away a second. Something positively amazing is unfolding for me now, and that might be enough to snap you out of it and remember, Oh yeah, what's

appearing on screen isn't necessarily what's real. I can influence this, right? Or you could say something like reality is subject to influence. That's another great one to use because you're going to remember, That's right, I am not just the character. I am simply consciousness coming about in this particular way. So, how would I prefer to come about? You could even say, I don't know why this is good, but I know this is happening for my good. You know, there's a million different ones you can use, but I recommend that you find three to five phrases that really resonate with you, that help snap you out of this character-based thinking where you think you're just the person on screen in the subset. And when you find those phrases, do not be afraid to use them. Use them as many times as you can because they will unhook you. And again, it's almost like Neo waking up in the Matrix. He's unhooked; he now sees clearly, right? But in our case, it's very easy to get hooked back into the Matrix if you don't keep

your awareness off it, and you don't keep your awareness on the player off-screen. So, come up with some of these phrases. I highly recommend using the one I just gave you, which is um, something positively amazing is unfolding for me now. I also like the one I live in a friendly Universe, because that reminds me again that there's so much more, that nothing's here to hurt me or anything like that. It's just a game. It's just a simulation. It's all good. But you can choose some that work for you specifically in your, uh, you know, as you are. And so now I'm going to give you a very practical tool because I want you to have a very clear idea of how much time you are spending hooked into the um simulation and how much time you're spending on the player or Consciousness in the buffet. Now, this practice is going to do two things. First, it's going to make you aware of how distracted you actually are and how hooked you are in the physical so that you can then start

making changes and two it's going to help you change anyway because as you go through this practice you're going to have more awareness and you're going to be snapping yourself out of getting hooked more often because you'll know you're doing this practice and this is simply a Time log so this is going to be exactly as you probably guess it's going to be you're going to get a journal and you are throughout the day choose a day you are going to time log everything you did during the day and I mean everything so even if for 20 minutes you started thinking very negatively or something I got taken for a loop you're going to put okay 9:25 uh to 9:45 I had very negative thoughts I got caught in a loop and then I snapped myself out of it let's say you watched something on YouTube for 45 minutes you're going to put that down as well whatever you do throughout the day you are going to journal and then have this journal with you so you can jot it

down, go back if you forgot something, but I want you to map out exactly where you're spending your time. And then, at the end of the day, you're going to ask yourself a few questions. So, a good one to ask yourself is, How much time did I spend being aware of the player that I am or the character? How much time did I spend hooked into the character versus the player? And I want you to actually add up, based on everything that's happened, how much time that was. You can also ask, How much time did I spend in the low-conscious section of the buffet versus the high-conscious section of the buffet? And again, you can add this up. You can start asking yourself more questions like this to gain more information, data, and awareness, as awareness is key because it's going to show you what you're actually working with and allow you to set up things so you can keep yourself more aware in the future. And what you'll find, or at least what I found when I first did this practice, I

went wow. There's hours each day that I'm distracted. And when you're distracted, guess what? You're tuning into the character. There are really very few things you can be distracted by that's not tuning you into the character. So, I'm like wow, for hours every single day, I am immersed in the character, thinking I'm only a character, the elf on screen, tied to the physical world and the rule set of the physical, you know? Or maybe there's a very specific thing you're distracted by that you need to start getting a handle on and create some boundaries around. But this time log, just doing it for one day, is going to give you a really great idea of how much you're doing this, how much you're hooked by the simulation, and how much you're actually influencing it. And at first, you can start doing this every day if you want. That can get a little tiresome, so you can do it once a week and then see where you're at, see where you need to make improvements, and then keep making

adjustments, but this sounds a bit, I know, mundane and a bit kind of like, you know, I got to pay attention to this all the time. But remember, your attention is so much the game. Your choice is what you're doing moment to moment, and so it is a very valuable tool, and it's going to give you so much more awareness than you think you're going to get. Trust me, when I first did this, I'm like, Oh, I'm probably not that bad. And then when I'm looking at it at the end of the day, I'm like, Even though I knew I was doing this practice, I still spent so much time locked into the character and being distracted and everything else.
