* 🔍 The notion of a world is learned from others, and when everyone around you **accepts it as truth**, it becomes difficult to **question its validity** or to consider that it might be a **fabricated belief**.
* 💭 The mind often generates excuses for maintaining this consensus reality, but the truth is that this mental construction is **unnecessary for the body to function**.
* 🌌 When the belief in this conceptual reality falls away, the body can act **more spontaneously**, free from the constraints of **future projections and expectations**.
* ⏳ Time, as understood through past and future, is revealed to be an **illusion**, and the realization that one's personal story **never truly happened** can be both **devastating and liberating**.

so when you dissolve the whole world dissolves because in a way you are the world because you are sort of the real belief in the imagination that's happening so this conceptual reality is automatically believed in because of this seeming energetic sense all over the body it's not really

definable or knowable but it kind of generally makes it seem like you are the body you're here you're in here this is you and when that's real the conceptual reality that's created by the mind seems much more solid and real or like

it is reality it veils the unknowability of this because so the idea that there's a world was learned someone told you that there's a world someone told you that this is how it is and this is reality this is truth and when everyone around you is believing

that to be the truth then who are you to second-guess it or go against it or say that really is that true didn't you just make that up or didn't you just get that from someone else who made that up and the thing is like the mind will come

up with questions and excuses like well we have to function this way we have to live this way there has to be a consensus and the thing is um you don't need to mentally keep constructing that which you're not doing it's just happening but that doesn't

need to exist that artificial overlay onto everything doesn't need to exist in order for the body to already kind of function to already function it's amazing it's crazy so the mind will think that everything will fall apart that nothing will really make sense and therefore things will go

really out of hand um and I get it that's how my mind was too it was freaking out I just didn't know and it can't know [Music] but there's nothing to fear there's nothing to worry about really it'll be okay because

[Music] oh it's crazy to say that you were never there to begin with and everything was still happening so the falling away of that so long-winded but that energetic belief of that conceptual reality conceptual reality when that falls away the actions of the

body can subtly change because the effects of that is no longer really in play like future projecting and knowing the future and the body moving because of that energetic belief that stops happening so it's much more spontaneous which is already the case it's much more just this it's much more

sense oriented I guess you know like right now I could feel my heart beating in my stomach area because there's pressure there I know it doesn't make sense it's probably just the blood and the veins blah blah and that's all there is and that description is not what that is

so what's here if there's no world um I don't know I don't know what this is I don't know what this is I don't know what this is I don't know what this is all there is is purely what is what fell away was the artificial

knowing of what this is so there's just nothing here foreign it's not it doesn't seem crazy anymore but I used to feel like wait how but what about history that feels real it feels like it really happened isn't that real and

like when there is this energetic sense of a 'me', like all of that, the history of me, history in general, history of the world feels real, but it's not, it didn't really happen. My whole story never happened when that's clearly seen, when it just

vanishes, it's obvious that no one's story ever happened and it's not like I can't remember things, recall things. I remember my story quite clearly, maybe some, you know, memories here and there just kind of fell away, but it never happened. That was a mental

that was a mental interpretation that really felt absolutely real, that's what it was. And when the energy behind that completely collapses and falls away, it's gone, it disappears and it's like holy, all there is is this, that's it. Time isn't actual reality

it's an amazing illusory effect. So you can see how this could be the most devastating thing because there is no past, present or future, so you lose all of it. Every belief, concept, idea, movement toward the next belief, in the past, reasons why you were doing things in the future

because of the past, like all of that vanishes and then it's a relief because all of it vanishes, no more burden, no more story, no more knowing of what this is, no more caring of anything and you can see that it's an immense

load off the body. It takes apparent time for the unloading to happen, and this is just a word, but there is definitely a lightness of being, whatever that means. I just used an arbitrary term, so drop that, forget about it, delete. So when the body becomes empty of self

then it becomes full of life then all there is is life then it's pure simplicity [Music] only ordinary and there can be these very subtle reactions like oh wow wow wow wow but they're all fleeting they all go you can't land anywhere

you can't say anything that lasts very long you know just goes you say it and goes so I can say I can say that this is the worst thing that can ever happen to you and then I can also say like this is awesome but yeah those are all thoughts

and there's no real energy behind it you know um so there is an absolute equality to thoughts no thoughts movement no movement doesn't matter it's all this absolute Stillness that is everything it's unmoving it's unchanging you can see movement and know that

nothing's happening and you can't understand that through the mind it's just not possible so of course this can be maddening or confusing when there's a trying to get to this or understand this but I'm speaking about something so

foundational that is beyond thought that is thought whatever that is it's unnamable unknowable untouchable because there is no relating to it it just purely is [Music]
