I used to sleep for 3 hours at night, then sleep for 3 hours during the day, or I used to wake up so early in the morning, etc. Pay attention to each thing I say. First, let me tell you about my rough timetable that was in my drop year. I have years of experience. I have seen millions of children crack this exam myself, so I know what mistakes I made and how you can improve them. Number one.

I had thought about my timetable in drop year. I decided that I would wake up every morning at 4:00. From 4:00 to 6:00, I would finish one subject. I would be ready from 6:00 to 6:30, because my coaching started at 6:30. From 6:30 until around noon, it would end. Then coming back home, and things would be done by 2:00 almost. Then have lunch, take a little nap. I would be done by around 3:00.

From three to two and a half hours, one subject, then a little break in between, then two and a half hours, the third subject is fine. My plan was to pack up by 10 p.m. and get around six hours of sleep. This idea, the plan which I plan for myself, is fine. But you all know we are children, consistency cannot be maintained. Followed twice a week, not four times. Every day I thought, I will definitely do it from tomorrow, I will definitely do it from tomorrow, and I know, among you all, too, maximum students.

Since the last two months, when you started preparing, or for the last two years, when you have been preparing for this exam, you make a timetable every day, then think you will definitely do it from tomorrow. Today, solve every problem, every thing. Take out the number one copy. If you really want a proper timetable, the first thing to do is to write down a fixed time to wake up in the morning and a fixed time to sleep at night. Alright, now many students must have written 4.

I am speaking in 5 a.m., son, because it is years of experience. Don't do it just because you feel that telling this story later will sound fancy. I used to wake up early in the morning and prepare, then my selection happened. Don't do this. When we try to push ourselves too much towards extremes, we need a lot of motivation, and so much energy, so coming in a marathon is not possible. This preparation is not.

In a sprint, you have to run just 100 meters. You have to consistently work throughout the year. Whoever consistently works will have an edge. When you have been the same throughout your life, a time when we wake up from our life, wake up at that time. Don't push yourself so hard right now. Save energy for the last three months.

Keep it alright, so the first thing is to keep the time of waking up around 6:30. Don't keep it earlier, okay. Fix the time to go to bed at night. Now, if you want to have a very good consistency throughout the day, why am I telling you to keep the morning time so late? The reason is, analyze it yourself, the last 10 days, the day you consistently worked very hard with a good consistency as soon as you woke up in the morning, meaning your morning routine was very good on that day.

On that day, your entire day must have gone well, that's why in the morning, I always say, don't set the alarm for 4 o'clock, set it for 4:05. But as soon as one alarm goes off, get up. This condition should be there. Just once it rings, get up. Don't set the alarm for 4:05, set it for 8, but you have to get up when it rings. Promise me this, okay? After getting up, every child's coaching will be according to their own schedule. Some at one time, some at another. Those whose time is in the evening, what will you do in the morning?

As soon as you wake up, don't get lost in thoughts like taking a bath, instead, focus on time management. The way to take a bath, don't get caught up in those things in between. When your mind gets tired, take a break. For example, let's say my coaching starts at 4:00 in the evening, what will I do? Let's say I woke up at 8:00 in the morning. From 8:00 to 10:00, I will study one subject first, okay? Around 8:00 to 8:15, let's say I washed my face, etc. From 8:15 to 8:20, until 8:30.

I sat down to study two and a half hours ago. I will study for a while, then my mind will get tired. Now I need a break. Take a shower during that break if you need to go out. Try to insert those activities of your day-to-day life into that break. You will be able to manage your time in a better way. So, study one thing for two and a half hours, then study another subject for two and a half hours. Assume your coaching is matching well.

Then in the evening, I want you to see one thing. I will tell you how many hours you need to study. I will give you straight answers. For now, remove coaching, meaning coaching, besides that, you need to study at least 5 to 6 hours for now. If you have never studied before in your life, start with two to three hours, then increase it by an hour and a half after a week, then increase it to four hours after a week. I am saying that until you don't develop a habit of something, do it yourself completely.

Son, you shouldn't push like crazy people. You won't survive anywhere. If you guys agree to this, then what do you have to do? Accept that I am going to sleep now. Today I will write down the targets, that tomorrow I have to do this and this work, and I will wake up at a fixed time in the morning. Within two to two and a half hours, I will allot a subject. Alright, within two and a half hours, I will assign another subject. And the smaller subjects, some days one subject's work is less, some days the other's work is less.

Allocate around an hour and a half to it. Start like this. Try to complete the target you decided for the night. Whatever the target is, it will never be 100% complete. I have never been able to complete my target 100% till today. Even if it's happening around 60 to 70, that is much more than enough. Now, what to do next? Whatever you were taught in those hours of coaching, do that daily. From Monday to Saturday, do the daily work.

Revision is happening in coaching, the revision that happened yesterday, do it all over again today. Flip a few pages back and forth, then flip a few pages again. Sit on Sunday and revise everything completely. This is how the timetable of the whole week is made. Literally, if you have followed this thing 100%, no one can stop you, not even AIIMS.
