hey guys, to make a new video going over the character I've recently been playing, and that is Penet Brand Inquisitor Quad Explode build. So I'll quickly go over the character, go over some other options for the build as well, like a cheaper option as bu very expensive. I know some people want to play it. Yeah, first, let's start off with a quick map showcase. So this build is very, very fun and definitely has been one of my favorite builds I've played recently. It's been in a very long time, has a lot and a lot of quality to it. Essentially, you just place down your BR anywhere, and your attachment range is so big that it will, you know, clear the whole screen with a single cast. So I won't clear the whole map as that'd be probably quite long, so we try to quickly go through the map. Damage is very, very high. Moon speed is very, very high. Defense is good enough. What it is, I Lev to 99 in 2 days, so not too bad at all. Yeah, as you can see, the

explodes are pretty insane. Um, DPS is roughly 300 million with everything up. I'm not even fully done with the character. I still have more upgrades to get. It is a very, very expensive character, but it is very, very fun. Penance brand is not known for its clear speed, but this build is definitely one of the fastest builds this league. I think the closest thing you can compare it to is like a blade Vortex build that you scale it the same way as blade Vortex. And the reason why I'm playing as or blade Vortex is because blade Vortex does no damage, but this skill does. It's pretty much like a BB build where it's just full, you know, screen-wide clear. You're just doing a bunch of explosions. Yeah, you see the clear is very, very nice, and there's no aim whatsoever. Oh, go to boss real quick. Yeah, that's the quick map showcase. Um, the clear is absolutely insane. You have a lot of AOE and a lot of explode. It's kind of hard to show on that map CU. It's

a box map, but if you do like a regular map with like breach Beyond, whatever, you can get like multiple new screens of explosions, and it's quite insane. Um, it's really, really satisfying as well. So anyway, let's go the build real quick. So yeah, this is the PO, uh, not fully finished yet, but we are 149 million DPS per brand, and we have two Brands, 6.9k life before P blood. EHP is not the highest, like I said, but it's good enough because of your play style. You have freeze prolith, and you know, you pretty much freeze everything on your screen. Everything else gets exploded on your screen, and also you're clearing like at the edge of your screen like a bow build, right? So even though your EHP is not that high, it's good enough because of the play style of the build. That's an important thing to keep in mind. Besides that, it is a very, very expensive build, so we are using a mirror helmet, two mirror Wes, a mirror chest.

mirror boots technically. These are up for Mirror service. Um, extremely expensive amulet. This is more expensive than a mirror. And yeah, that's it for Mirror items. Eventually, I also want a m ring. I just haven't decided what I want for my ring, so I'm just using this basic ring, which only costed like 40 or 50 divines to craft. Wasn't too bad. So besides that, we can go to the skill tree real quick and explain how penis bran works. So penis bran, um, if you're not sure how the skill works, essentially it's a brand skill. You place it down depending on your attachment range. It will just target a monster, go on it, and then it will ramp up the damage, explode, and repeat. So because of this, duration is an extremely important part of penance brand damage for scaling. And this is why we're taking all these duration notes over here with this natural instinct and these duration notes as well. It's also a really elastic spot because of militant faith. So this militant faith now also, you know, gives

in conviction, which is a lot of damage. It also gives us cloistered. Now, cloistered is how we get Al immune, which is pretty nice because it's really free technically. You know, you're immune to ailments as long as you're on consecrated ground. Well, we are Inquisitor, and so Inquisitor always creates ground, so we have free immune here. A lot of damage to this jeel because it increases the effect of non-Cur ores. We have a lot of ores, um, you know, Vitality, Clarity, Precision, Grace, Hatred, Zeal, Tre, and Haste. Haste is linked to our dark marionet, and to explain how dark marionet works real quick, so dark marionets are really easy to set up and on the build with no hassle. They all revive at 3 seconds on death, and as long as one is up, your haste never runs out. I might have to cast this like once or twice a map, but that's it. The nice thing about Inquisitor in this build is because you have so much life regen from my Vitality. Your vitality is

level 27 and consecrated ground, you kind of all set their life like automatically because they won't always be in range of you, so it's pretty nice and pretty easy. There's nothing special to do with your dark Marinette, you just press your haste and that's it, and they'll automatically like kind of desync their life anyway, especially in the map when they start taking Dam Dage. So yeah, uh, this is jeel is very, very nice. The all res is also how we're overc Captain as well, so once again, I like being overcapped res for alters, and during my flask, I am completely overcapped. You need 60% up to 60% Elemental resist on your cold and light resist, be overcapped on alters, and I'm getting that through oro's end. And one thing about Oreo sand, I don't think it's needed. I'm strictly only using this for the all res, as I do need the all res to stay over c cap for Alters. You can use any other flask here.

but I would use a Abyss Smith or something. Yeah, it does not need it whatsoever. The explode from your wands are honestly good enough. You don't really need an explode chest or an explode chest, and no explode wands is also good enough. But also, the mirror wands come with explode, so yeah, explode wands, you don't need to explode chest, and you definitely don't need Oren. I thought it would just be cool to call it a quad explo build. Although I do notice the chest, the wands and chest do make a difference. So, but not having that chest is not a big deal. You can also make your own self-explode chest. They aren't that exposed to make this just like a near-perfect one, essentially. So, besides that, the one important thing I want to talk about the build is the hatred crit Watchers eye. So, why is hatred crit Watchers eye so important for this build and for explode builds in general? So, essentially, your explodes, you know, form your wands and form your chest, have 0% Critical Strike.

chance but hat watch's eye gives you Global crit so everything you have has crit even something like steel skin has a base crit chance because of this Watcher's eye you know you know still going crit chance does nothing right just to explain this so this gives everything you have Global Critical Strike chance not that much 1.7% but that does allow your explodes to crit and more importantly when you have Head Hunter Head Hunter can give you a mod that gives you 100% chance to crit so when you steal that mod it doesn't work on explode unless it has base crit chance so your hatred gives a base crit chance you hand your steal that mod and now all your explodes have 100% chance to crit and you have something like 3% Global crit multi generic that also affects your explode so it just one shots everything it's really really good really strong and that's why this hatri Watchers eye is very very strong for this build or any explode build for that matter if you're playing with H Hunter you I've had

multiple times where I kill one mob, and it clears like the whole screen, and it's really satisfying and really insane. Besides that, the important stuff is this Doryani's lesson is for our life leech, and this jewel word here, this synth implicit spell damage leech as energy shield, is the only way to get ES leech. It's not too important, to be honest, as you have a lot of energy shield just from your regen from the path on your ascendancy. Yeah, we can also sustain RF, zero issue, whatever. The only thing is my damage is so high that I don't feel the need to actually use RF in maps, and it can be a slight defense downgrade because when you do steal a bunch of energy shield with Hure, which you always do, and you scale the energy shield quite hard as Inquisitor most of the time, so energy shield goes to 8,000, which is something I'll mention in a second as well. But yeah, if you get like 8,000 energy shield, you

can't sustain that, and it completely drains your engine shield, and you lose a lot of defense. This is why I only use RF on the bosses and nothing else, as it's a defense downgrade, so keep that in mind. My damage is so high already that I don't even need it. Yeah, the other thing I want to mention is the hener as well for this build. So, know pennis brand is an insane um, it's a Fizz to La conversion skill rate, which means it scales extremely well with Head Hunter, as Hunter has a bunch of his extra Buffs. But also, Head Hunter is really nice on Inquisitor because you get a bunch of life as extra energy Shield mods. Now, normally, life as extra Shield mods, you can't really like sustain Es as a lot of Tendencies because you don't have like es lead, you don't have es regen. But as Inquisitor, right, we do have es leech, and we do have that es regen. So, when we have like akes, we are sustaining that.

also scale energy shield through like just regular nodes, right? Like Pur of flash, so you become extremely tanky with hunter, a lot more so than other builds, and it's why this EHP is kind of misleading because you steal one 4K ES mod, and your EHP is like doubled. So yeah, keep that in mind. It's a very, very short build, and it kind of builds into that as well. So once again, I said this but wasn't done. Um, maybe I'll make a full video once it is done, but I hopefully I explained it all of it quite well. This helmet is for the brand, so you're using an eight-link helmet technically, or n-link if you want to call it. Yeah, 809 link, whatever you want to say. Um, but yeah, very, very strong for brand, not needed for mirror tier one. You can make a more budget one. Yeah, one thing I want to show is the endgame version of this. So this is I'm currently using, which is just max life and level all skill gems, the minimum.

frenzy does nothing. You just craft minimum frenzy on here and reflected just so you know you have one negative that's just nothing essentially. So, it's a strictly positive amulet. But the endgame amulet, which is extremely hard to make. I used 40 locks, not hit it. But if you get a brand attachment amulet like this, so triple positive. If we talk to our configs, you can see our attachment range becomes absolutely massive. Like, it goes off our screen. Um, this is like the end goal for this build. And if you have this, you, you, you place your brand down and it goes off your screen and kills mobs, which is insane. And then, of course, that also explodes mobs off your screen and kills more mobs off your screen. So, that's the end goal and why I wanted to play the build because brand attachment range this league is absolutely insane. And if you do make an Amo like this, yeah, you're going to have a good time. You can also, instead of life, just do brand attachment range and have a brand attachment plus.

one level all skills, and that's fine as well, but I want the life 'cause the life on here 567 is quite a bit. It also scales your HP gen as well a little bit. Um, so anyway, I think that's it for the build. I'll post in more budget build down below, and quote-unquote budget 'cause it's still around like 700-800 divines to make, but it is still quite effective. Um, it was moderator's PE build, and he was running it and clearing CH 17's zero issue. Yeah, but the build is overall really, really fine, and you can just invest a lot of currency into it. So if you're looking for like a late-game league project, you want to grind more currency, this is definitely the build. It's all content viable. I killed Uber xar in like two or 3 seconds or whatever. Very, very fun build, very satisfying, and you can upgrade slowly as you go. Zero mirror items are needed. You start at regular ons, a regular EXP chest, and a regular helmet, and as you grind, you can, you know.
