It's a place called Jim Brady's. Jim Brady's is

a fabulous bar, and I love the fact that they've been around since, I think, 1975. But they have a great solid clientele in there. It's just a great place if you want to drink with the stockbrokers. So right when that's like the last week where it could be really hot or it could be like that perfect autumn kind of weekend weather-wise. That's a really good weekend because you never know. You can still get really hot, but you're late enough in September so that I could get pretty cold. So-so if you like the cold Chipotle smile. I know that you're

Look at these people on the bicycles, man. Look at these people on the bicycles, and they're Dutch. They should know better. These Dutch people should know better than to ride bikes like that on the sidewalk like that. They're people who rent the mountain tickets. So, you know what today? You know what's today? You know, like the other day, I couldn't get away from cigarette smokers. Today, I like to call them, and I hate to say this, it no biking on the sidewalk. I'll be the first one to tell you that. No biking on the sidewalk, and especially down here. Fulton Street is easy to take over. It's narrow. You just ride in the middle. They can't do crap, but um, um, I can't get away from people in their 20s or my age in

their 30s, relatively young and x-ray exactly bluesy Burger Bell. You've been researching for your trip for three years. Wow, okay, I love city bike. It's a great way to get around. It's not good for tourists. It's not meant for tourists really, but I can't get away from able-bodied, relatively young people who are panhandling today. There were some rather aggressive crusty kids at my subway station this morning, and they were like, You're giving me a dollar. And I'm like, No, I'm not. You have a dollar? Guess I do have a dollar, but you're able-bodied. You may have mental issues or maybe mental issues with your family, but can you walk? Can you talk? And plus, he was smoking his cigarette, so I was like, Unless somebody gave him that cigarette, you had to buy that cigarette. Not good. And I get asked for money, you know, especially when I'm going to work. Don't bother me when I'm going to work. It was drizzling. Oh, it's drizzling. This might scare

everyone off the bride. If I go home extra early, I submit everywhere as I go home extra early. I might take the ferry home again. This ferry ride was so much fun yesterday, and they never tweeted out there. Yeah, it's very expensive here in New York. That's what I'm saying. I mean, if you're homeless and you're broke, you know how you got to have a cigarette unless somebody gives it to you. But you know, priorities, man, priorities. And then I got crapped on businesslike. Whoo-hoo, he's going to work. He's like, Yeah, I'm going to work out, please. I'll be the first person to tell you if there's one thing I could get rid of in the world, it's money and it's waking up in the morning. If I could get rid of money and waking up in the morning, it's a wrap. But you have to make money, you have to wake up in the morning, you have to apply yourself somehow.
