it's very difficult for me when I'm home. You know, you know the computers there. I should do something on the computer, the television. Maybe I'll see how the ball game's going. Very difficult when you hear you commit yourself to a half hour and you're still. That's why it's important that you know when you can, if you can come, you come, and try to subject yourself to that because it's difficult otherwise. Okay, so real meditation is learning to be still. As the Bible says, Be still and know that I am God. Be still and understand the I am is God that is within you. The creative power within you is either good or evil. The creative power within you is either God or the devil. Power itself is totally neutral. Electrical power, here's the lights, it's totally neutral. It has, it will not hurt you, it will not do you any good. It's just neutral. It depends on how you use it. You get a good electrician, and this is what happens. We have air conditioning, we

have music. We can have the movies in here and television. We have nice lights and all of this is beautiful because whoever used this power knew what they were doing. The same power in my hands and in ten seconds this place would go up in flames because I don't know how to use it. I don't know the positive from the negative or whatever. There'd be a short circuit and I'd burn the place down and I have done things you know where I got in behind and screwed wires together you know then smoke comes out and you'll get all of this kind of stuff because you're falling with a power. The power has nothing. The power is not gonna hurt anybody or the power is not. It's neutral. It depends on how you use the power. So if what comes out of you is the power it depends is is it good or is it evil is it God or is it the devil. It depends on what comes out of you has nothing to do with any guy with a beard sitting on a planet somewhere and if the guy with

the beard was sitting on the planet somewhere. You know what would, what would you, what would you, what would you think. I mean, what would you think of, have you created all this, you've outlined all of this through these speakers, you've told people in symbolism, you say in the Bible, you got a Bible here, you say throughout the whole book of the Bible, don't take it literally, it's allegorical, it's powerful numerology, do not take it literally, it's all symbolism. And what do they know, they take it literally, nobody gonna do. And then they say they're gonna wait for the second coming and the guy that came the first time but killed, and he's sitting up there and say, I'm not gonna go back a second time though, people are crazy, say crazy people down there, and they are crazy people. And so now you see the great intervention and this understanding, what we have to do is be still. See, when people give you a lot of techniques on how to meditate, but the problem with the techniques of how to

meditate is if you are following a technique. You are doing something. You cannot follow a technique unless you do something. And as soon as you start doing something, you're not meditating. I'm gonna do this, and I'm gonna take three breaths, and I'm gonna visualize a candle burning in the middle. You know what you're doing, all of this. Your mind is doing all of that, and that's not meditation. There's a great book. I don't know if you'll be able to find it. It's written by a 14th-century Catholic monk. It's called the Cloud of Unknowing, an obscure book written by an obscure man, but it's an excellent book about meditation. And it takes you to the point where it only works if there is an absolute total consumption on your part into nothingness. And that's not that easy from the standpoint of achieving it because if you stop for just 10-15 seconds and let your mind sit, you'll see that your mind is like a monkey cage in

this thing's swinging back and forth and chirping and going on all the time because you've never allowed it to be still. Nobody ever told you, even in church and religion, they say God is where God is here in my heart, but that doesn't mean with the heart. The heart means the center. It's here. That thing which we call God is in the center. It's here, but we've never paid any attention to it. Most of us never even knew we had a right hemisphere of the brain. Most of us never knew we had a penny Oh Glade of the brain, never understood these things because the church wouldn't allow us. They said that the man up here with the robe on will save you if you'll just do what you're told, get up on your toe, kneel when you're told, sing when you're told, put the when you're told, get out when you're told, come back when you tell, all this nonsense instead of understanding there is a need for a renewal to happen within.

each one of us, and that renewal comes very, very easily if we simply expose ourselves to this power. So, the mind cannot be involved. Look at page 782 and those little Bibles that you have there and look at the book of Matthew. And what does Matthew say? What does Jesus Christ say? Okay, Matthew chapter 6, Matthew chapter 6, and look at verse 25. Okay, take no thought, Matthew chapter 6, verse 25, for your life. Okay, look at verse 27. Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit? Verse 28, why take you thought? Okay, look at verse 31, take no thought, and look at verse 34, take no sir. And Jesus isn't saying don't worry. I mean, if your paycheck doesn't show up, you're worried. If the doctor says, Listen, the tests are done. Call me tomorrow morning, and I'll give you the results, all night long, you're gonna worry. It's impossible. Say what Jesus is saying there. He's not saying don't worry about anything. He's saying take no thought for your life.

which means take no thought, meditate, go in, and separate from the thoughts of the mind so that you receive new information from that still small voice which is within you. You receive direction, and you're able then to deal with anything that comes against children. Okay, and there's an interesting thing that that's new numerology in there. What the people of the East did in order to make a point, they involved numerology in everything. The number five means that which is the sacrifice, and it also signifies the five senses of sight, taste, touch, smell, and hearing. That's why Jesus took the five wounds of hands, feet, and side, because when you crucify, or when you shut down the five senses, that's the crucifixion of the flesh, and you do that in the meditation. And if you look at chapter Matthew, chapter 6, starting at verse 25, Jesus says take no thought five times, and it's very important. That's a contrived. The people of the East wrote take notes or take notes or take notes, and he's

making that to be number five because he's talking about the five senses and he's talking about the sacrifice of the flood. You have to understand that meditation is the center, okay? Meditation is the center, and it depends on you being centered. And now we're going to get into that which we talked about in the beginning here, which is a very important part of teaching nowadays for corporate America when they're teaching customer service, right? Salespeople and so forth, people who are dealing with other people, that which is the three circles, okay? Whoops, do bag, let's make it this way, okay? Matt Millie, that shop at any here. There are three circles which are outside of the center, okay? The center is the point of meditation. The center is the point where you want to go. The first circle is this place of feeling that's closest to the center, the place of feeling. When you have a feeling about something, meditation is not there, mind is there. Does it make any difference what you're feeling? But when you have a feeling about something, I feel blue, I

feel happy. I got a strange feeling. I got a negative feeling. I'm feeling bad vibes. A good vibe. You're feeling. You're not meditating. You're not in the center. You're in circle number one. Okay, the second, which is further from the center, is thinking. Okay, and that happens a lot, many times when you're in the center, in meditation. You suddenly find yourself lifting out. You lose kind of touch with the mothership, and your umbilical cord kind of tethers, and you find yourself floating out into the second circle, which is thinking. Okay, thinking is not meditation. A lot of people say, Well, you know, meditation is you should think about a candle or think about a... You can do those things in that... That lets not... I don't taste that kind of meditation. I don't teach meditation in which you to try to make yourself happy or make... I teach the kind of meditation which tries to get you to the center, to where you meet the Christ. How did you know? Thank you, thank you. Okay, she had a feeling, and she thought.

It was a good idea, but there's enough all right, very good, because the third circle is activity. Okay, so what you did great and what you did is exactly the point. Meditation is nothingness. You had a feeling, you thought you should do this, and you acted on it. Now do you see we're in corporate America, how they start teaching people don't be acting and being active without understanding what you're thinking, get in touch with your feelings, but start from the center, okay? And basically, that's the essence of meditation. So the first thing as we look here that we have to consider is to move inward from the furthest circle, which is activity, because we're out here, we're not in here, we're not in the Senate, we're way out here, we're trying to make a landing, a pinpoint landing if you would, were parachuting from the furthest point, we're gonna make a pinpoint landing, and the first thing we got to deal with is activity, and that's the easiest one of all. You say okay on

Tuesday night or Thursday night when we have these meditation, I will come, and you sit on the floor, you kick your shoes off, do whatever you want to do, you sit in the chair, wherever you go, but you are going to change the activity that you had planned, and it is totally 100% under your control. There is no God in the universe that's going to make you do it or can make you do it, and if there is no God that can make you do it, that makes you God. So, you then will create the activity, you are the God, you create the activity, you'll either stop or you'll continue with what you're doing. So, that's the first thing that we've got to move, we gotta move with that outer circle and deal with activity. Sitting silently moves you towards the next circle and away from the outer circle of activity. Okay, now what the Buddha did was to sit in the lotus position, and you see the statue of the Buddha, the Buddha is in the lotus position with the leg I

like to sit in here and then do that here when I do the meditation on Tuesday because I found it to be very effective for me. There's other people like Joan can't do it because she has a bad back, so she can't sit like that. And what I find lots of times is with the fact that the floor is concrete, there is a tendency for your leg to go to sleep. But that there's I've learned a new Buddhic trick that if you when you're in meditation, you place your hands together like this, which forms an electrical circuit, and the energy then flows in a circle. The electrical energy flows in the circle, and they said that when your leg starts to go to sleep. I like this. This happens to all of them because Buddha told them what to do. Separate your hand, put one hand on your knee and the other hand on your heel, and it goes away. And you know something? It does. And I tried. It's really a funny thing, but it does. Okay, so that's

We have to do the lotus position. It is extremely restful, and it's very scientific because the spine then is placed at a 90-degree angle with the earth, and gravitation is minimized. That's why it's a good thing if you can do it, to sit in the lotus position, and your legs are crossed, your hands are resting on one another or resting on your legs. Then the body electricity starts moving in a circle, and that's why the lotus position was taught by the Buddha. And if he comes in an inner electrical circuit in, and the energy starts to move throughout the entire body in a circular pattern. So what we're talking about now is not hocus-pocus. It has nothing to do with Christianity or Buddhism or any religion. We're talking about a scientific fact. The best thing that we can all do, and I've even said I like to see people further God, is it and take it out of the male/female stay and just it's it's a

power, it's an energy and intelligence. Well, somebody said, Why are you know if it's intelligent, it must be now. Photon is intelligent, am I true? Photon is indeed also time. Photons of beam of light and in a beam of light, it's invisible and it's the speed of light. It's intelligent, it'll find the shortest where they'll create things. There's no time in photon. If you're in photon, the Big Bang, the creation of the universe, and today are instantaneous. So God could be far. We're gonna make bumper stickers, Honk if you love photon. You remember that we were doing it, but it's true. That's what it is. So as your electricity then starts to moving in a circle, you become the center. You become the center of the circle and all of the energy begins to move around you see and your consciousness and rest in this electric knowledge. That's the purpose of the Lotus posture and why people use it, okay? And that's also the way we can start using activity to move from this outer

circle and start moving yourself into the unit, and I'll tell you something. I don't care how much of a born-again Christian, how much of a good Jew, or whatever you are. Nothing is gonna work unless you start doing this and start moving the brain waves down to the cyclic rhythm of the brain waves, down from beta. What is it? Beta to alpha. So you got to go from beta, alpha, to theta, to delta. If you don't, you can forget about it, your Holy Spirit. Absolutely forget about it. There was no Holy Spirit unless you get out of beta and move into alpha. It doesn't exist. It's a very scientific principle. When you get those people up to Janka, witches' backyard, and they're all seeing Mary, sure, there are. There's no doubt they are. But how come? Because the brain waves, because of this meditation, they're into the energy, starting to movement. They're starting to move out of beta, down into alpha, and this opens the visionary process. When you get down to the ad, you cross over into the right hemisphere of the brain.

and when you get to Delta, you're gone, but you have to. It can't work any other way. But unfortunately, the part with Christianity that are so bad, they know nothing about this, and the entire religion is based in beta. It's all emotions. I mean, even the music. And we used to be into it hot and heavy, you know, the music is banging your tambourines and banging, and I'm, we gotta get to heaven. And when I see Jesus, I know everybody's jumping and shouting and jumping and carrying around, and it is totally emotional, which, you know, it's not easy. See, this thing is not a social thing. It's not a thing above a group type of entertainment. This thing is an extremely private personal encounter with you deep within yourself, so it has to be silent. And as the Bible says over and over again, be still. God lives in silence. The Lord is in his holy temple. Let everyone be silent in this presence. And when you're silent in the presence deep within you, then your brainwaves will start to move from 26

down to 16, down to 8, down to 4, and you move from beta to alpha, then into theta, and on you go. What can happen? I can tell you what. How do you get down to Delta? What can happen? We've seen it on television where Buddhist monks would sit in meditation. They would take them, and they're practically naked. There, we take these ice-cold sheets, sheets stuffed in cold water, and put them around their bodies. And we saw it on television, remember? And then suddenly, you see smoke from these things. Smoke would actually come. They'd be pressing the sheets on their back, and they dry them. Do we say it? If any of you saw it on the Discovery Channel, this is the power of the mind. That's why Jesus Christ says the kingdom is within you. What's possible to do? Nothing. If you're going to sit there and just activate the left side of the brain, nothing is possible. I mean, oh, it's possible. It's religion and war, which are the same thing. There's not a whole lot of difference.

between religion and fighting. Okay, so you've got to move inward, and the way to move inward is to start understanding circle number 2, which is thinking. And what did we see that Jesus said to do? Take no thought. Here uuuu, you've hit the activity circle. You decided you're gonna sit still for a half hour, and you're gonna try it fine. You've dealt with the outer circle. You move into the second circle, and now you get to the point of thinking, which is take no thought. The way to move around thoughts is to watch them, just watch them. And you've got to tell your mind, and I talked to my mind when I sit here, and I say, Now look, I mean, you know you're you and on me and all of this crap that you're gonna parade in front of me while I'm sitting here. I'm telling you right now, that's you. That's not me. So I watch, and I just let it go by. It just goes by, and then it becomes less and less of me. And every so often, I'll

get maybe a minute, maybe sometimes two minutes of absolute nothingness, Nirvana, what constantly because your mind is, you know, it's pulling at the door because it wants to get in, and it's gonna, you know, you're gonna see faces and all of this crazy stuff, but it's all mental. But as you sit and you start to take yourself away and not judging the thoughts, not evaluating the thoughts, not getting involved with them, just watching them, you know what Buddha called it, and he dealt with this, he called it you pee, let me get it felt right, mu P is e K s H a back shot, and you know what it means? It means indifference, indifference. In other words, I guess what I'm indifferent to them, they be, I'm on the curb, my thoughts are a parade, here they go, how good that's a discipline say, and it's something that you do because a lot of people have come into meditation, and they'll say, All I had in my mind was all over the purse.

and it's all over the place. There's nothing wrong with that, but as you start to learn, you become indifferent to these things. Let the thoughts pass. They're all there, but you don't have anything to do with them because your mind, your left side, the brain, the carnal mind, the side that's going to get buried in the cemetery, has nothing to do with what is meditating. The meditation point is the right hemisphere. This is the point that you've got to understand, especially when you come to meditation a lot, as many of you do. It does not make any difference what type of an experience you had that night. What makes a difference is: has it affected your life? Meditation is not to sit here and float around and say, Oh, I saw this, Oh, I had a great time, Oh, I had a tremendous experience. It has nothing to do with that. Meditation is to make you better so that you can deal with life. You can deal with the in-laws and the Outlaws. You can deal with the police. You can deal with the church.

you could you can deal with everybody because of your meditation. If it changes your life so that you can deal with the things that come against you better, then you know your meditation is working. Al Cruz goes and has an operation for a triple bypass. Within a week, he's shopping. He's sitting here now, and he said, So what I would say, and Al would testify to it, his meditation has helped him. Buddha said, Your meditation is not there that you can have a good meditation. Your meditation is so that you can have this reserve ready to come to your aid when you need it. When he needed it is when the doctor says, We're going to start here, we're gonna open you up here, and we're going to take everything, and we're gonna rearrange it. He needed it, and he came. The point is, he needed it, and it's there, and he's sitting there saying, So I don't have to talk about look and God intervention. The God intervention was that the god man Christ came, the god man Buddha came.

God man Krishna came and says meditate, get inside of yourself, and when you do have problems that come against you, you'll be able to deal with them. You'll be stronger, you'll survive. It's like getting into a ring with a boxer. Your training in the gym is not going to make the other boxer any weaker, but it's going to make you much stronger to be able to deal with that person when it comes against you. That's what meditation is about, and that's something we should learn. Meditation is not so that you say, Oh, I had a beautiful meditation. I floated around the room. I saw green stars coming out of the ceiling, and all this stuff. I do that when I eat too much pasta, or you know, I have milk and chicken and all that kind of. I get indigestion, and I'll see things. That's not what meditation is for. Meditation is so that when you get out of here, you walk up, you get ready tomorrow morning to go to work or whatever you do, things start coming against you, you react.

differently. You think differently. You're able to handle things differently. It's not that the things that come against you are any less, but that you're much stronger in dealing with them. That's what meditation does, and that's what Buddha taught 3,000 years ago. That's what it's supposed to be. But too many people, especially in the New Age, they get into it, they want to fly around the sea, and what does it say? What happens after you land? That's when I used to do the Christian thing, and I put my hands on people, say they'd all fall on the floor. I'm telling you, one night we said it's like Custer's last stand. It was people all over the floor, and I then, you know what I used to think as I stood there after I got off of my ego trip. I said, Yeah, you know, God's really in me. I touch people, they fall on the floor. But when they get up, they were just a screwed-up person when they hit the

floor and I've been Shane. What helped them? Nothing. Didn't do anybody any good, but this does you good because not only is this a spiritual fact that Jesus, Buddha, and Krishna - it's a scientific and it's a medical fact. That's why it's good. So, the more unaffected you are with your thoughts, the less they'll come, and then when they disappear, mind disappears, and when mind disappears, God is there. When you are in a total point of what Buddha called Nirvana, there is not one thought. Can you imagine that? You want to do it sometimes. All you got to do is take your fingers, stick them in your ears, and hum for about 10 seconds. All thoughts go away, or hold your breath for 15 seconds. Soon as you shut off your breath, there's no thought. And just think of that. There's none of your personality, there's none of your ideas, none of you fit, and when you're gone, who is there? That's the thing that you call God, in the essence of nature, the essence of nature, the very

thing that teaches the dog how to give birth teaches a dog how to be a midwife, teaches a dog how to do an operation on a sac and cut an umbilical cord and all of that stuff. That's God. How does that dog know Jesus? A Robin where your backyard is so it can come back. That Robin that you see come into your backyard next spring is the same Robin it was there this spring. No trouble finding it. Well, you know Robin tehsils. How do you know where it is? I meditate shop. He goes and he winds up in Ethel's backyard. How's this possible? All of these things. Did you say, Oh, that's instinct? Sure, it's instinct. Where does it come from? It's this beautiful plan of nature, and nature has a beautiful plan for each one of us. But we've left religion get in the way. We said, No thanks, now thanks. I'm gonna read the Bible and listen to the pastor, and we didn't listen to the voice inside, and we missed it. But thank God we're now listening to

the voice inside. So, we've gotten through the activity part, we've gotten through the thinking part, and now we come to, as who is it, say Frank Sinatra or Sony feelings. You know, feelings, feelings are very subtle, very subtle changes. You feel very good, a slight change comes, you're not feeling so good. Sit down, got a Coke or whatever you drink, and some pretzels. You're watching the World Series, you're feeling great. You get a telephone call, your heart sinks. Somebody tells you something you didn't want to hear, you know, and you've gone from heaven to hell just like that. Feelings, everything changes, dependent on the outside. What comes in from the outside changes the way you feel, changes the way I feel, changes our whole mood. A little anger arises, a little sadness arises. Things are constantly changing. I had a situation, I'll tell you this. Go to the beauty parlor, most of you already. I had, I went through a beauty parlor yesterday, and I won't drag it on, but I've been using this stuff on my hair.

you know because in my business, you know, I'm in a corporation. All the executives, nobody has gray hair. So, I told you, I'm gonna get this stuff when I squirted it on for two years, and it started, you know, strangling my hair, and the hair is falling out. So, Jonas didn't want me to use it anymore. Yeah, so she says, Don't use it anymore. I said, What do I do? She says, We'll dye it. She says, And then I said, 'Well, okay, this diet, how do we do that?' She says, You have an appointment at 8:30 tomorrow morning at Mary's beauty saloon. So, here I am in Mary's beauty saloon, and I said, I'll go under one circumstance, and that is that there's no other women coming in there, 'cause I'm not gonna, you know, I can't handle this. It's nobody gonna be an it'll nine o'clock. Okay, so I'm here at 8:30 with Joan. She puts this, my hair sticking up like this, you know, with this stuff in it. Yeah, but

It looks like this lady, you know, in the Frankenstein movie and all this stuff coming out, and she sets the timer 20 minutes to go, and I'm looking at this timer, and here comes Marge in at five to nine. Hello! I couldn't believe this woman's in there, and they're sticking curlers in, and I'm sitting in, and I'm looking the other direction. Now he's gonna have some sun. She finally puts me in the middle of the chin. She's gonna clean us out. I said, God, if her, you know, at least it's not a man. And his, the electrician from next door comes, and he's doing that, and I felt like a food cake sitting in there. So anyhow, that was what I did yesterday, and so I had my feelings were, you know, for all kinds of terrible feelings that I thought I was having. So my feelings were changing. A little anger arises, a little sadness arises, constantly changing feelings. And feelings have to be addressed in meditation the same way.

that thoughts are addressed. We have to allow that. There, there. We have to allow them to pass. You know, you get into absolute fright. You get into absolute ecstasy. You get into anger. You go from heaven to hell in an instant simply on the basis of what somebody says. You can, you can sense it. You know, you can, you can sometimes you walk into a place and you can sense the vibrations and you can, you're feeling, you start to commensurate with what the people that are in that place. You know, that's why Buddha said he is the statue. And that's why you must become the statue. You become the Buddha. You become the statue. The statue has no feelings. You are simply resting in your being. Come on, you've got, you've got, you've got, you've got forty hours in the week or whatever it is to have feelings. But just for that one half hour, one half hour, you become a statue and you rest in your own inner being. And the feelings are just allowed to wash away and that

half hour is like the doctors say. One half hour of meditation is equal to eight hours of sleep, being extremely alert. So, this is meditation. So, you moral then, but the point of activity through the thinking process, through the feeling process, and you touch the center, and that is what we call what we've known as God. But this is the important part. I can't do it for you. No preacher can do it for you. No priest or minister can do it for you. No Pope can do it for you. This is your lovely creation. And when we have meditation, whether there are 20 or 30 or whatever it is, there are 20 or 30 different creations because it's tuned in to you and your personality, your uniqueness. See, nobody, no God, ever wanted you to come in and be in with a group and all think alike and be alike. You're to remain that unique individual, different you, because you have a contribution to me. Maybe if we try to take all the German Shepherds and make them into colleagues, couldn't do it. Say, you are unique. You are different. You

have a special truck, and therefore that which is created is giving you an opportunity to use your uniqueness and be that really indelible you. So, that's your meditation and your creation. And then the purpose of the meditation is so you can move out of here, move into the world, and contribute to it, contribute to it because you're no longer going to be thinking the way they do. You're no longer going to be thinking like the military. The military is in existence simply for one reason: the military is in existence to make murder patriotism, make murder patriotism, and get everybody to salute and march and agree this was a wonderful thing. You're not gonna think that way anymore. You don't want anything to do with guns. You don't want to hunt animals anymore. You don't want to because you said, Well, you know, there's nothing wrong with that. Well, maybe there isn't in the context of the way you used to think, but when you come into this, I can guarantee that's one thing that's going to happen to you.

suddenly you start to open the right side, and you become one with nature, and you won't hurt an animal anymore. You won't lift your head, and you won't hurt a child by threatening a child with hell or devils or demons. You won't do it anymore; you can't because a change comes over you. The right side starts; the temple door is open, and you start thinking, What's the God mind? You start thinking with the Christ mind. You haven't just read the Bible; you become it. You haven't just read about Jesus; you become Jesus. You know they just put a bumper sticker - a honk if you like - you become one, become him, you become it, and that's the beautiful, beautiful part. Suddenly, you find what he said when he said in the book, The things I do, you can do; you can do better than me because the same thing that's in me is in you. And so, that's when you do, and you can use the three circles instead of the three circles using you; you use the activity; you understand the thinking.

You use your mind instead of your mind using you, right there, see. In other words, you become the driver instead of the vehicle driving you. You drive the vehicle. You direct your destiny instead of allowing chance to direct where you wind up. And yet, I'll tell you something. When you start creating out of meditation, things happen. All of a sudden, it's nothing. You say, I'm gonna do this. All of a sudden, the opportunity is there, and you say, I never... you know what you do? What? I never thought I'd ever be doing this. I never thought I'd ever be doing... I never thought this would ever happen. Not in a million years would I have ever thought this would ever happen. That's what you're saying under television with the guy in signing with the Palestinians, and he said, I never thought I would sign such a thing like this. It's

important to know the three circles so that the meditation is not just when you come to the longer meditation time. Everything becomes a meditation activity, becomes a meditation. Thinking becomes a meditation. Feeling becomes a meditation. Go to a casino, you don't think of anything. You're transported into an entire different world, and you feel good. You get caught up in all of it for a half hour, for every all the sudden. You get all excited, and you're feeling good, and you're getting the car, and you go back up, and you turn on the radio, and you get back with the people you've been hanging out with, and everything is going right down the toilet again. There's my people go down there, they act out this fantasy. These are a need to do what you have to do that in order to act out of own. You have to get away from all of this morbid type of hate and fear and guilt and shooting and killing and all this. You go anywhere. It's not the fact that it's Atlanta city. It's not the fact that it's your vacation. It's not

fact of a beautiful mountains or a lovely Lake or it's nice and Key West. It's the fact that you're away from where you've been and all of the stresses and the strikes that come against you. Finally, I'm not there anymore, even for an hour, that's even for a half hour. I have suddenly shut it down and I have moved out into this Cloud of Unknowing into a special place without being anywhere. You have been a slave and I have been a slave to those to be circles, sadness, fear, and hurt beat us down, and in many instances beats us to. Won't take a look, go in a hospital tomorrow, just walk up and down the halls and look at the mall lay in there for why, what happened, where did it all come from. And he said because you'll get healed. One of them go in with your beer tracks and your Bibles here. One of them doesn't work that way, rules don't work that way, laws doesn't work that way. And the God, the creation, nature was saying

doesn't have to be that way. You've made yourselves all sick by the way you've lived because you've lived out of this side. You've lived out here. You've never come to the center. You know what the Bhagwan said: I am against those escapists who escape from the world and become 24-hour meditators. One hour's enough, half-hour's enough. It'll illuminate you. It's enough. And the test of whether your meditation is successful or not is the test of whether your life is improved. Is your health better? Is your relationships with your kids better? Are your kids better? These are better vibrations around your house. Do your animal senses, are things happier? Then your meditation is a success. I don't care how much you think. I don't care how much you sit in meditation. Oh, I couldn't get into it tonight. You got into it because what's happening in your life. How do you feel stronger? How do you understand? As a lady that comes to a Carol Macon, she, you know her hope, you could see it on

her face, it's just all changed because for the first time. She's gotten in touch with herself. She hasn't been told she's a worthless sinner. She's been told there's something special in there, and she touched it. She was around if she was taking up the offering today. He's singing Hot Diggity Dog ziggity. What was it boom? What'd you do to me? See, in spite of the situation, I'm done. I know I've kept you, but I'm in spite of the situation that you run into, in spite of your feelings about the situation. The question is, did you come through it? Did you survive it? Did you make it? Did you win, really? Even though you thought you were gonna lose, did you win? Did you send out a dove, and the dove came back with an olive branch and said, Hey, I'm still standing. Look at all the crises in your life that was going to do you in. Here you are. You made it in spite of it all. Were you protected? Did it come

outright and constantly meditating, constantly praying, constantly reading the Bible is like preparing for an examination and never taking it. You got life to live. Meditation is simply to prepare you so you can go out and do the job, do the work, raise the kids, go to work, do whatever you do, but do it from a whole different and higher perspective. Do it from the center instead of doing it from the chef's guys. Come on, television, you know loves the Lord with all of your heart. Can you love what? What am I gonna love a gas somewhere? I don't even know what it is. Instead of understanding that when I say I love the Lord, I love the very center of my own experience, and I want it to be better, and I wanted to contribute, and I wanted to help, and I wanted to do good for people. Meditation prepares you for a life experience, and so you can go into life, and meditation will go with you so that you react properly in any set of circumstances. Meditation is an exposure to that person that you've been called.

God, which is the center of your own being. God then can give you what you're supposed to get. So, go forward into life and do the meditation, and then you'll hear what Isaiah had to say in Isaiah chapter verse 21. And there you shall hear a word behind you saying, This is the way, walk in it when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left. And you will hear it, you will hear it, and you'll know what to do, just as the dog knows how to give birth, just as the seagull knows when it's time to head out from the sea and back to life, just as the Robin knows where your backyard is, just as the Canadian goose knows where a Coppola was. You'll know, just like a pilot who flies in a thick fog over Kennedy Airport and knows right where the runway is because he focuses his on that beacon. Quit just put it on record, just record. You'll have to make it play, just put it on record, son. Okay.

well, that was us, jet, jet, Justin. All you plug into that beacon, which is deep inside of you, and it will guide you through the runway. It'll guide you to where you want to go. Oh, see, always understand one thing: Nature understands this; people don't begin to understand nature. The one way to understand what we call God is to get a book about nature and begin reading it about the animals, about the birds, about how they do things, about instincts. There's a book called that I have at home called A Wonderful World of Nature and how nature is so intelligent. And the reason is an animal doesn't have a choice to say, I'm not going to follow my instinct; I'm gonna do this. It follows it because it has to. We have a choice, and the Bible says, I set before you a choice: life or a curse; you decide. And we have chosen, including religion, we've chosen the curse because we didn't know about the beacon. We didn't know about the pen. You that bird finds its way to your backyard because it's touched to the

pineal gland of the brain. A bird has a plenty of gland of the brain. I'm all right. An animal has a pineal gland. A migrating animal touches the pineal gland, and it takes it right where it should go, and nature never tricks it. It never sends it in the wrong direction. We go in the wrong direction because we don't know of the pineal. The ancients say it's atrophied from non-abuse because religion has scared us away from it. But you now have an opportunity to say to religion and say yes to God, yes to Jesus, yes to - boo - yes to Krishna, but most importantly yes - yes yes to yourself, and then show Jesus he was right. You are something special, and make yourself the very best you you could possibly be. Thank you very much.
