okay, we got an interesting one today from the Neville subreddit by yukiki called manifested height change. I've been into Neville for about a year now, and I've had multiple successful manifestations, but this particular one was exciting for me. I began my attempt at manifesting height increase around April. I wanted to grow about two inches, from five nine to five eleven. I've used many different techniques to get to the feeling of the wish fulfilled. I scripted, did SATs, and I used Robo affirmation. The specific scene I would use was of me and my online friend meeting for the first time. She's 511, and all our other friends noticing were the same height. My plans for me and my online friend to meet were in September, so I had a few months of fairly consistent technique work. I often doubted myself and had insecurity surrounding my height, but I just focused on letting go of my negative emotions and the feeling of the wish fulfilled. There was even a point in early May where I asked my mom to measure me, and I

came up at five nine still, and it caused a lot of insecurity, but I just kept trying. There honestly wasn't many points where I fully believed the wish was fulfilled, but lo and behold, when my friend came, and we were basically the same height, and I think I might even be taller than her. I didn't get the exact scene I was trying to manifest during SATs, but today I was on the phone with my brother explaining that I think I'm 511 now, and he said to me, You've been 511 since forever, even though he was there when our mom measured me at five nine and even made fun of me for a little LOL. I also saw that study about how water holds energy and we should speak our intentions into water, so I would fill up a glass, hold it tight, and say what I scripted into the SD before I drank it. would definitely be the scripting. I've manifested endless things with it, but now I don't really need a script because I've strengthened my mind to not need that guidance. Make sure when you're scripting that you don't get bored or any other negative feelings. Play music or watch a show if you have to, whatever keeps you in a good headspace. Smiley face. Since I was already tall, I assumed it to be true and let it go. It wasn't until I was talking to my 6'4 friend that I noticed I was closer to his height than I actually measured. So, he said he did that 25, and the original poster of this post looks like is 18. And then there's people debating in the comments about the age. Obviously, that's gonna play a part in your ability to grow taller naturally or not. But I think, I think for females and women, 18, you're usually in most cases already done growing. And definitely guys, by the age of 25, you should be done growing. Um, I know the body does go through changes. I feel as if over my adult life, I mean, I know right now I'm stronger than I was when I was 18. I mean, that's because I'm
