No more gatekeeping, gentlemen. Today, I'm going to be breaking down the 20 items that helped me glow up. We're going to be diving into very specific items that I use on a day-to-day basis to make me feel and look my best. Now, up first is a no-brainer, guys. What is the most important part about your face? It's your smile. You want to use the Crest 3D whitening strips, as this is going to really help brighten up your teeth. It's going to make your teeth glow. My only suggestion is that you would only do this maybe one to two times per week, maybe even only once per week, as I know personally my teeth are very sensitive and cannot handle doing it more than this. Now, it is recommended that you leave them on for at least 15 to 30 minutes, but this is something you can try out and see what your gums and teeth can handle. I'll be honest though, when I use these, my teeth are in a bit of pain.

sometimes, so I try not to leave them on for too long. Now, boys, up next is a product for your hair. Now, let's be honest, it is not the 1970s anymore where you're going to be slicking back your hair with gel, as nobody is using gel anymore, guys. The Kevin Murphy Do Over Dry Powder is one of the best products I've personally ever used in my hair, as I personally think it just gives your hair that more chilled, relaxed look, and it doesn't really look like you have any product in your hair. And this is something that is very trendy at the moment, as you don't want to be really slicking your hair back with that greasy gel. Just picture this, bro, you're out on a date with a girl, she puts her fingers through your hair and gets a bunch of gunky gel into her hand. This dry powder hairspray not only makes your hair look good, it not only makes your hair feel thick, but it also allows the girl to really feel your hair as well. I know for

myself personally when I do have my hair a little bit longer. This is something that I really use on a day-to-day basis as it just makes my hair feel nice and thick and gives it a really natural look. And it almost makes it look like I don't have any product in my hair as well. Now we all know how important it is to cleanse your face at least one to two times a day. Here we'll be using the cavey hydrating cleanser. Guys, it is so important to make sure you're doing this in the morning and in the night. You want to remove the dirty particles and dirty oils that are trapped on your skin throughout the day and throughout the night. As if you start establishing a good skincare routine, you won't run into any issues in the future. Now sticking with your moisturizers, we'll be using this moisturizer for your face and your body. I just feel like the cave moisturizer is a good combination for your face and your body. You don't want

to have that flaky, itchy feeling on your face or your body, as that's super disgusting, guys. You can really tell when you look at someone if they're not using a moisturizer on their face or on their arms. Not to mention, when you do use moisturizer as a medium, as you get out of the shower, and then you apply the cologne on, the cologne will actually really stick onto your skin a lot longer, making the cologne last a lot longer throughout the day. Now, boys, we all know how important it is to have fresh breath. Now, I use the breath fresh oral breath rinse at least twice a day, once in the morning and then once before I go to bed. I've used and experimented with a lot of different types of rinses, and I just think this one gives the best aftertaste. It's time to step up your game and become men and grab yourself an electric toothbrush. Now, before you sit there and say, Yeah, but this is $150, it's very

expensive guys. It's a one-time purchase that you're going to have for a bunch of years. I guarantee you, bro, when you start using an electric toothbrush, you will never go back to the ones you got when you were 9 years old from the dentist. As this really helps the overall experience when you are brushing your teeth, it really removes the gunk and plaque that is trapped in your mouth. It really does make a difference. I didn't start using this till my late teens, early 20s, and I can't tell you how happy I am that I did that switch. So don't be late to this, bro. Make the investment, make the step to doing this, and becoming the best version of yourself, 'cause I guarantee you, your breath when you head out of the door for a date, a meeting, an interview for your work, you're going to feel so much more confident that you really took care of this part of your day. Now boys, another important tip to your glow-up is how you smell. Now guys, I've used a lot of

Colognes over the years, and I can't tell you how much I love the Gonci Gentleman Society. I wish they sold this in a huge bottle because I would definitely buy it and stack up on it, as I'm actually scared, scared that they're going to get rid of this or discontinue this cologne, as I really feel it has the best of both worlds. You can wear this in the spring, summer, in the fall, and winter. It just overall, I think, goes with my skin. It just makes my body smell very good. It's not too strong, but it's also not too light. It's the perfect balance, and I do really think that it is a fair price, guys. At the end of the day, boys, you don't want to cheap out on your cologne, as this is something you're going to be wearing throughout the day. You want to invest a bit more money into this, guys. It's going to be very important when you are putting this on. So, this one's pretty funny because I use this Marvel

toothpaste after I already used my Colgate. Now, I just personally like the overall taste and scent that it gives in my mouth after I brush my teeth. I just don't really like the Colgate aftertaste, so that's why I use this one for about 30 seconds when I am brushing my teeth, and it just gives my overall breath a fresh scent. When I do use those toothpaste brands that are better for your overall oral health and, you know, help clean up the plaque and gunk in your mouth, and it's overall better for your teeth whitening and stuff like that, but I just really love the overall aftertaste of this toothpaste. Now, this next one, guys, I recently just started using, is the Method Men's Body Wash, the Sea Surf scent. Now, I really love this body wash, man. Like, it just smells so good. Like, it almost gives off that vacation kind of smell. It makes me, takes me kind of back to the ocean or, you know, when I go on vacation. It kind of

of reminds me of like a Miami kind of vibe, but I just really love the overall scent that it gives off on my skin and my body. Now, for days where maybe you forget to use cologne or you know, you don't really have to worry about that because this body wash really covers that and it really gives off that masculine scent. Now, this next one, boys, I get it, it is a bit more expensive, but I think it is a good purchase and a good thing to invest into, and this is a beard lotion from Dior. Now, when you pair this up with your Goni Gentleman Society cologne, I'm telling you, boys, there's no better combo out there. I get tons of compliments on this, not to mention it is your beard and your beard could develop an OD throughout the night or throughout the day, so you want to just make sure you're keeping it nice and fresh. I just personally love the scent of this one, that's why I went ahead and purchased it, and I totally get it though if you don't.

want to purchase this one because this is a bit ridiculous at $100 for a beard lotion. But I just personally wanted to make the investment because I really love the overall scent of this lotion, and I think it just pairs up nicely with my cologne as well. All right, boys, so this next one here is the Phillips OneBlade razor. Now, I've experienced a lot of different razors and a lot of different clippers, and no, this video is not sponsored by them. This clipper, guys, is one of the best things I've ever used on my body. Funny story about this, my dad has been gatekeeping this for me for like 2 years. He knows how into my physique I am, and I like to remove my body hair, guys. You do not get cut with this machine. It's absolutely amazing. You can use this on your arms, your chest area, your neck area, anywhere that is sensitive. You can use this, and it will not cut you, and it will take the hair right down to the wood. Now, this also

comes with a different clipper, so if you want to use it on your face for your beard, and you want to do different lengths, let's say you don't really like taking it right down to the wood on your skin, you can definitely use the other clippers as are different sizes for different hair lengths. Now, these next few products are for your intimate area, yes, your bows. Okay, so the intimate collection from Gillette. I recently did a collaboration with them, and I just really love their razor, their shaving cream, their anti-shave stick, as it really just gets the job done. It makes me feel safe down there when I am cleaning this area up, and if you don't like to use a razor down there for whatever reason, you can use one of their clippers. The shaving cream and the anti-shave stick really help this process go along smooth. Now, not to mention, boys, when you are going through this process, you want to make it smooth and safe. Now, the shaving cream makes it very easy for you to remove the hair down there in its

intimate area, and the anti-shave stick really helps post-shaving your intimate area where you won't have any breakouts or irritation down there. Now boys, I'm going to be honest, I've used a lot of different types of deodorants, but the one from Native, the aloe and green tea, I just find for the past few years, I just been getting the job done for me. It just works. It doesn't leave me smelling like boo. I can reapply this throughout the day very easily if I need to, and I also just think it doesn't have an overwhelming scent. It doesn't take away from my cologne or my beard lotion, and that's what I really love. I don't love when you know you put a deodorant on, that's all you smell throughout the day. Native did a good job. It's just a good balance between you know taking care of what needs to be taken care of, which is my BO, but then not overwhelming myself and actually smelling that deodorant, 'cause that's just annoying to me. I really love

to smell my clone throughout the day more than anything. Now, this next thing I recently just purchased, which is the manicure set, and this is super cool, guys, because this literally comes with everything you need. It comes with your nail trimmer, it comes with something for your eyebrows, etc. It comes with pretty much everything a man needs. You can use this, you can take this way, it's very easy to travel with, it's very small and effective, and this is something you just need as a man, guys. You want to clean up your eyebrows, get rid of your unibrow, you need to trim your nails very quickly, 2 seconds before you head out of the house. This is just a nice little thing to have as a man. Now, I'm going to put these next two together here, which is a face scrub and a body scrub. Now, the silicone scrub really helps remove the dirt and oil that's been trapped on your face. As I really do believe, boys, if you are in your early 20s, getting into your

mid 20s. I don't think your fingertips will be enough anymore. As we sweat a lot more as men, I find that this silicone scrub on my body really removes that dirt and sweat that's been trapped on my body. This is going to take your shower routine, your face routine, to just a whole another level. Your face is going to feel so clean, just trust me on that and buy this. It's not expensive. You can get these off of Amazon, and everything will be linked down below in the description box for you. Now, another product that I use, guys, on a day-to-day basis, is the Manscape ball deodorant. And yes, what do you think, boys? You just use deodorant underneath your armpits. You want to use deodorant also around your intimate area, as this area, as we get older, may smell a little bit more throughout the day. So you want to make sure you're taking care of that area. You know, if you get lucky with a girl eventually or one day, or if you already have, you want to make sure

it just smells a little bit better down there as this is just important now. One of the best products I think I found for myself recently is benzoyl peroxide. Now, benzoyl peroxide is going to eliminate you from breaking out, or if you have any pimples already, or any bad breakouts. You just dab a little bit of this stuff on the pimple the night before you go to bed. It's going to help remove or calm down that area on your face that is breaking out. I find that for myself, if I use this at night before I go to bed, by the morning it is gone. But make sure you're not using too much of this stuff and you're not using it throughout the week too much. Maybe once or twice a week is more than enough.
