need on the outside I don't need that I'd like to see and I'm feeling really motivated and right now I just want to make a quick video on the illusion of control and let him go And one thing I love about spinning one thing I love about spinning and yes

I mean spinning in circles like a top like the planet like my hair On one thing I love about spinning is it teaches you how to let go especially spinning in the dark you know because the average person not only could can they can they not keep their balance

while spinning but they also you know they could they wouldn't be able to see in this type of lighting But one thing that spinning teaches you is spinning teaches you to let go specifically of the illusion of control because in reality we're not in control All you can

do is align with control you know if we were in complete control you know we wouldn't have so many issues in our life We'd be able to do what we need to do and we'd be able to do it with no problem But the fact that no matter how

much we want to change a lot of us are stuck in these same cycles shows that we're not in control We give the commands to the vehicle which is the body but we're not the body The body carries out the commands we give it

however it sees fit or however it is capable and what I'm trying to say is you know our parents a lot of our parents try to control us they didn't they didn't necessarily do what they were supposed to do which is guide us on

which is to love and protect us and let us blossom into the beautiful unique individuals we're supposed to be instead they try to control us and they try to somewhat shape us into their idea of what we should be and because of this we kind of adopted that

ego we adopted some of those ways and what I'm trying to say is we need to learn how to let go and to kind of just trust this doesn't mean give up this doesn't mean do nothing but a lot of us try to plan our lives we try to plan the

next day we try to plan the next breath and we do this from an imperfect mind okay we think we know what's best but we have no idea I spoke about humility and humbling your ego all right sorry about that guys my my light cut out I had to

start my car but going back to what I said about humbling the ego and and work and not and accepting the fact that we're not being in control and being okay with this a lot of us panic when things don't go our way when the things

we planned are the things we expected or the things that we hoped a lot of us panic when things don't play out how they should be but in reality there's no reason to panic because that is an aspect of life you know life can't be

beautiful without the mystery. A lot of us have completely abandoned the mystery, and it's not our fault. School or the programming from our parents, a lot of these things kind of teach us to diminish and get rid of the mystery because they teach us to

control. What do you want to be when you grow up? What field are you gonna, um, you know, what field are you gonna study? What's gonna be your career? How many kids do you want to have? What's your perfect partner? Do you want to have a

house? You want to have pets? Do you want this blah blah blah blah blah? And we never allow life to just sort itself out and do it for us. We never allow life to come in and and and do its thing. We never allow the universe to come in and

flex, and that is why a lot of people are unhappy and a lot of us are depressed because we think our lives out instead of kinda kind of just setting our intentions and letting life carry it out in the perfect manner because the universe knows the perfect way for

whatever your dream, whatever you want to happen, the universe has the perfect way for that to happen, a way so perfect that you couldn't even imagine, you couldn't even fathom it. But because you think you know how to get to where you want to go,

you keep getting in the way of perfection. Perfection is in the unknown, perfection is in the mystery. And going back to the original point of this video, cuz I want to make this quick, I love spinning cuz spinning teaches you how to let go. I don't know if I'm, when I'm gonna

spin I go spinning it in a caged area at this park and I don't know I could fall at any second I could run into the cage I can run into the fence you know who knows what could happen but I can honestly say every time that I've spun

I've never ran into anything I've never felt I've never tripped because I am okay with letting go and trusting my body to do what it's supposed to do and I know that sounds crazy and I'm gonna make a video on spinning because the

whole world should be spinning just like the planet everybody should be spinning because it's so important but I don't want to get off topic the point is we have to be okay with letting go give your attention to the universe tell the universe what you want out of life and

let go and just let the universe sort it out do what you know you need to do do the little bit that you need to do but other than that get out of the way quit trying to control every single aspect of your relationship quit trying to control

every single aspect of your job of your career of your finances and quit trying to control every single aspect excuse me of your life let go let go and trust have faith have faith in your relationships have faith in your significant other have faith in your ability to generate income have faith

have faith in the posts that you post on social media that you're helping somebody could try to control everything you're not gonna be able to control how many likes you get you're not gonna be able to control every aspect of your partner and every action your partner

takes you're not gonna be able to control everything you have to be all you have to learn to be okay with not being able to control everything we have to learn to let go it's so important that we all learn this lesson okay control is an illusion you're here to

set your intentions to enter watch it play out in the most beautiful and perfect manner possible okay that is life you have to let life work a little bit stop trying to control everything you're like a newborn child you know you're supposed to set your needs and the universe will come the
