All right, guys. Today, we're talking about self-observation, observing yourself. What is the goal here? The goal is to notice habits. I mean, you notice your habits every day, but noticing why you have a certain habit will lead you closer to being horrified with yourself, which then makes that unconscious autonomous drive that makes you do that conscious and into sunlight, and then you can stop. And we're not talking about the stuff everyone talks about, like drinking and all that stupid [__]. We're talking about you. So, for example, if you've spent the last 20 years of your life sitting a lot, let's say you're on the computer or whatever, or let's say you're in your living room just sitting down on your phone, get into the habit, and this will kill all your boredom, everything. When you observe yourself, this kills all boredom, and this allows you to be in the moment. This allows you to have way, way better mental energy, less brain fog. Let's say you're

sitting, you know, just scrolling on your phone, whatever. Ask yourself why you've been sitting like that for 20 years, right? So, for a lot of you guys who are anxious, you'll be sitting in one way, scrolling on your phone. I recommend you guys kick your feet up and lay down, right? And you won't be used to it. You'll be like, I never lay down. I usually sit like this. And for the other lazier guys, you're probably laying down listening to this. Well then, get up and sit right now, and you'll notice within a few minutes after listening to this that you, Whoa, I'm laying down again. What the [ __ ]? 'Cause you're mostly autonomous. You're just on autopilot. You go back to your ways, and you will notice after practicing this again and again and again, self-observing, and then cracking the habit, whether it's good or bad, doesn't really matter. Who gives a [ __ ] about the habit, whether it's good

or bad. You know, we're not trying to morally judge how you breathe in your own [__] living room. I'm saying switch the habit. You'll feel different. You'll feel like, Oh, this is not me. I'm not used to this. Usually, I have one leg on the keyboard, one. Switch the habit and stay switched, and then go about your day and keep doing whatever you're doing. Finish your daily tasks. Same with standing, right? If you always stand with your shoulders hunched, okay, pull them down. Now you're uncomfortable. You want to go back into how you stand. No, keep it that way. The goal here is to separate you from you, okay? That's the only way you can self-observe. Now, the more you do this with little things and treat it like a game, and it's not frustrating, it's actually going to be funny how many times you go back to your natural rhythm. But the more angles you have to look at yourself, I'm not saying like you're

doing this in many different ways. I'm saying you just do, let's say A is laying down, B is standing or sitting, whatever. Yeah, so if you're an A type, switch to B. If you're a B type, switch to A. And you'll notice, you'll notice yourself finding a calm to yourself, being horrified with holy [__]. I actually lay down and for 6 hours, I've been scrolling like holy [__]. My trigger is that if I'm laying down, that's when the media swallows me up, 'cause when I'm sitting, yeah, scrolling on Twitter is not that fun. I'm not wasting too much time. I'm thinking about getting my day started. And obviously, we're not trying to force that. We're trying to just see ourselves from a different angle without using anything, right? Like a lot of people use cybin and shrooms and all that stupid [__], but they'll see it from a different angle and they'll be conscious of it and they

say that helped them a lot, but um, you look at any true Mystic since the start of time. Self-observation was the key to self-development and developing the mind. Right now, if you try and self-observe from the laying or sitting position or your just daily habit position where you're locked in, uh, you'll never actually notice. You might consciously say, Yeah, I noticed that I have a bad habit of just, you know, wasting time laying down on this couch, blah blah blah. You might notice that, right? But you immediately go back into that sleep state because humans love to be asleep when they're awake. We don't like to sleep when we're asleep, you know. We've got vivid dreams that we forget and stuff, but when we're awake, we love to go back to being autonomous, but autopilot, which is completely wrong, right? As soon as you have the Y that splits you from you, it becomes real, and you go, Oh [__]. So I guess at the party, my crush is standing next to me, and my

shoulders are hunched, and I'm kind of standing like a [__], and you'll start to notice where what parts of the day zap your energy, and you go, What the [__]? Getting a [__] bagel zaps 20% of my energy because it just makes my mind go into a different place when I stand like you're not going to build confidence unless you're horrified with your habits. This is why I think the greatest compliment someone can give you is if they say, Hey, you are unpredictable, right? If someone says you are unpredictable, that means you've got different angles, right? Different angles of thought doesn't actually mean success, right? But it's unpredictable people who are more risk-takers, right? And that's the point of life, is taking risks. Self-observation also happens. I mean, you should be practicing this with your friends. Have you ever sat with your friends, and you're on autopilot? Whatever they're talking about, you're thinking

about and you're talking to them, and maybe you drift off into thought, but you always go back into autopilot, being around them. And they order a coffee, you order coffee, whatever. It becomes like a group thing. No, when you self-observe, you go, Well, these friends [__] suck. Like, they're such nice people, but nice people, you know, nice guys finish last. And why am I, why am I around these people, right? That's you noticing you, right? That split, that unconscious becoming conscious, that is the root cause of all your success. Anytime you've gone up in life, you've noticed something. You're horrified, you're horrified with yourself about something, excuse me, and you make the change. Now, what you've been doing your whole life is you make the change before fully noticing, or you'll notice you from the position you've always been in, right? For a lot of you guys, it's like your computer. That's like your kind of sanctuary. You guys like lock in and stay there 8 hours a day, and yeah, it's been 10, 15 years of

you guys doing that, and you know your lives suck, or you guys keep emailing me and dming me this kind of stuff, like, Yo, how do I do this? How do I go to the next level? and blah blah blah. I've been sitting on my computer for seven years, and yeah, if you've been, if you can say that, that doesn't mean you're horrified by it, 'cause you can say it when you're actually horrified by it. It's always going to be from a different angle, different city, different state, country, different position, different friend group. It's always going to be something different. Different means to split, to divide, so use that knife, right, and divide your mind. Look at it, be horrified by it, and then you're changed. You're like, Huh, you know, you go, you keep going back into that habit as a changed man, and then that habit's a lot weaker of a stranglehold on you because you know now, you're conscious of it and horrified. You're conscious of it from a different, different angle 'cause you

were just conscious of it from the same angle, and that didn't work for seven years for you guys, 10 years, right? Yeah, self-observation is key, right? This is much bigger than talking about [ __ ] Specialist or right, 'cause you remember people go to a therapist to go for that aha moment of self-observation when they actually go, Wow, this is the reason I do it, right? And a lot of you guys try to force that moment to happen, and you've been forcing it for 7 years, and you've been telling your friends and family that you've noticed your bad habit. Then why is it still there? 'Cause you haven't actually fully noticed it, you stupid idiot, right? So, I'm going to come out with a full video on this, but yeah, you guys have to remember that all these external triggers, apps, social media, all that stuff's going to pull you quick. Don't let it pull you from the position that's been ruining your life, so your computer seat, and you're laying down on a couch or

These thoughts of mine keep me up all night. I really be honest with yourself, get my heart on eyes. Don't die, don't die there times, but I wasn't overthinking the M for days.
