Hello, this is Teacher Eun-nyeo. Today, we will solve the ITQ PowerPoint past exam questions from the 2016 version. The problem displayed on the screen is from the Type A questions for June 2024. Before we begin, let's take a look at the instructions for candidates.

When saving the file, please ensure that the file name and path are specified. The file name should consist of your exam number followed by your name. When you go to the exam room, there will be a folder labeled ITQ inside the document. Please save your work regularly to minimize the risk of losing answers. 

When writing your answers, the slide size is specified, so please make sure it fits the template. There are a total of six slides, and your answers must be written in order starting from slide one. If there are no specific instructions, you can use black or white font colors as visible. Regarding the shapes on the slides, they may have shadows or outlines that differ from the original form.

Since points will be deducted for missing items, please ensure that you follow the output format. When writing slide numbers, it is specified to omit the number one. For slides two to six, please create titles, shapes, or logos at the bottom through the slide master. You need to check the detailed conditions in the problem and input accordingly. When inserting images, please check the folder containing the pictures and make sure to place them accurately. Let's go through the overall structure. The slide size is specified as A4 paper. If you go to design, you can specify it at the very end. Change the slide size from widescreen to A4 paper. When you confirm this, a dialog box will pop up, and it doesn't matter what you select for maximum fit. Just choose any option to open the dialog. Since it was instructed to create the slides in order, I will go ahead and prepare six slides in advance.

Now that you've returned, let's add a new slide since we have the first title slide. When you click on Text, you will see the layout in advance. For slides 2 and 6, we need to add shapes freely at the bottom, so I will insert a slide that only has a title. For slides 3, 4, and 5, I will either input text or insert tables and charts, creating them in the format of Title and Content. I have selected Title Only for slide 2. For slide 3, if you need a new slide layout, simply click on the sparkle icon at the top without selecting any text, and you will see that the same layout is added. Finally, for slide 6, which also needs to be a title-only slide, click on the text that says New Slide, and now we have a total of six slides that are title-only. Let's move on to the Slide Master. You can access the Slide Master by clicking on the View menu.

You should be able to find it. When you click, there are several pre-made layouts available. Select the one labeled with the number 1 at the very top, and then you can work on the slide master content. Slides 2 through 6 will have titles and logos at the bottom, along with slide numbers. Please work on those through the master. Looking at this slide, you can see that there are shapes prepared for the title Table of Contents, and those shapes are repeating. Since the same shapes are included in other slides as well, please refer to that and try to add the shapes. To insert new shapes, click on the Insert menu, and you can add shapes. I will go ahead and add the blurred rectangle at the bottom. Click on the rectangle, then click and drag to create a narrow rectangle, ensuring that the text is slightly visible.

To make it easier for you to select and move the text later, I will place it here. The worksheets you receive are in black and white, so you won't see any colors. However, even in black and white, you can distinguish between light and dark shades. Therefore, you might want to use a light color to fill the shapes. When you insert the shapes, you will see the instruction that says there are no outlines, so you need to select that there is no outline for the shapes. Let’s try placing a parallelogram on top. Click on Insert, then Shape, and select the parallelogram. Drag to create a rectangle on top. The color doesn’t have to be blue; it just needs to be a dark color. Again, this shape should also have no outline. The shape will be created like this, but your title is hidden underneath. Please select the box that contains the title.

I hope that child comes forward. If you are working on shapes, you can see the shape formatting options continuously. Among them, if you select Bring Forward, you can designate it to the very front. Looking at it this way, the position doesn't look very nice, right? You can align the box with the shape. As for the text, there is a guideline for it. For the white center text, go to the Home tab. Look for the font called Help. The font size will be 40, and I will change the text color to white. That text will be centered. Now that we have finished talking about the title, we also need to insert the logo at the bottom. Since we decided to keep this slide simple, if you look closely, the logo is positioned on the left at the bottom. To insert what is missing, I will add a picture. You need to carefully find the path on your computer for the picture, which is in the folder called itq inside the Documents.

It will be prepared, and inside it, there is a picture. If you insert the logo labeled 1 for ABC Corporation, it will come to the center, but please move it to the lower left corner. The text box should not overlap; we need to reduce its size a bit. For the logo at the bottom, it is mentioned that the background color should be set to transparent. So, let's remove the gray part. When you select the picture, you can see options related to it, and there you can set the color to transparent. Click on the second option from the bottom, and if you click on the gray part, only that part will be erased. The number is basically indicated with a hash mark on the right. Regarding its position, if you look at the result, it is on the right, so there are no complaints. After working on the slide master, it has been applied to all slides. However, in the cover design on the first slide, if there are shapes or logos visible...

I will check the option to hide the background graphic on the first slide, which is called the title slide. This way, we can confirm that there is no background. I will close the Slide Master now. After closing, the first slide will have no background, while the others will have backgrounds. However, for slides 2, 3, and 4, the numbers are visible. I confirmed that the position was on the right, but it's not visible now. In the Insert tab, under the Text group, you need to check the box to display the slide numbers. For the first slide, which is the title slide, I will set it to not display the number. Once applied, the number will not be visible on slide 1. However, for slides 2, 3, and 4, you can see the slide numbers in the bottom right corner. That was the overall structure for creating the cover design.

I will show you the first slide. When you look at the problem, it states that you need to use shapes and WordArt to create it, and detailed conditions are presented one by one. First, let's insert a shape. After creating the shape, it instructs you to fill it with an image. While you have the shape selected, you will see various formatting options related to the shape. From there, you can fill the shape with an image. You can find the image in your files; if you select image number one, it will be filled immediately. It also mentions to lower the transparency of the image to 50%. However, no matter how much I look for 50% transparency in the shape formatting or picture formatting, I can't find it. If you want more detailed information, while the object is selected, right-click and select the formatting option at the very end. This will open a separate formatting window. I need to share the problems with you, so the window is narrow, and it's necessary.

I will only open the time, but you can keep it open and work on it. If you decide to lower the concentration of the filling to 50%, you can see that it becomes slightly translucent. It is also mentioned that the shape should have a soft edge of 5 points. If you have the shape selected, the shape formatting will appear here, and you can apply the soft edge effect of 5 points. Let's insert a WordArt. Select the first WordArt and do not click on it; just type directly. After you enter the text, you can either select the text block or simply click on the border line, and it will be the same as selecting the block. It was mentioned that the text should be transformed. When you have the shape selected, the shape formatting appears, but we are not talking about the shape itself; we are discussing the text contained within that shape.

You can check the shape of the transformation effect at the bottom of the text. The seagull shape looks a bit small, so I will use the adjustment points to increase its size appropriately. Regarding the text, the font is set to Malgun Gothic Bold. Let's go back to the home tab to find the font. The Malgun Gothic Bold is fine, but it has a shadow by default, so I will remove the shadow. It says to give the text a reflection effect, so let's go back to the shape formatting. Among the text effects, you need to find the option for Full Reflection accurately. Shall we insert the third image? I inserted the logo of ABC Corporation as the first image, and it's centered, but in the final output, it will be in the top right corner. It looks a bit small, so I will also reduce the size. Additionally, it says to specify a transparent color, so let's select the image.

If you have the option, a picture format will appear, where you can make the color transparent. Select the gray area to finalize it. Now, shall we take a look at the second table of contents slide? Let's start by adding the title. When you look at the table of contents, it mentions that we will create it using shapes, and the font size is set to 24 in Gulim. However, the table of contents we created is in the slide master; this is not about that. It refers to the text within the shapes at the bottom. Let's insert a shape. We will start by creating the light apricot-colored shape that is underneath the inserted shape. You will drag it out long to create it. Since it was mentioned that there should be no outline for that shape, please choose a light color. Make sure to designate it as none. Go to Insert, select Shapes, and you can fill the pentagon shape with a dark color. Please make sure to remove the outline since the text is outside of the shape.

I will express the text by placing it in a box. Click and drag to create a text box using the Insert tab, and I will write Home Furnishing briefly. Once I create a well-structured set, I will drag it all widely to copy it. While holding the Control key with my left hand, you can see the plus sign appear. When I click and drag, it will copy. If you don’t like it being uneven, hold the Shift key with your left hand, and it won’t be crooked. First, I will drag with the mouse and then release it. Let’s type now. Once I finish entering 1, 2, 3, and 4, I will select everything widely and adjust the font. After entering all the characters in size 24, I will add a hyperlink. If you look at the problem, you can see that the circle number 1 has been applied. Select the text block and go to Insert.

I will link a hyperlink to the current document. In the problem, it indicates slide number 5, and I will connect it with that. Once confirmed, you will see that the text turns blue, indicating that it is linked. It also instructs to insert a picture in circle number 2. Please bring in picture number 5 from the insert menu. Picture number 5 contains several images, and we just need to crop a portion of it. Let's insert picture number 5 for now. Once the picture is inserted, select it, and the picture formatting options will appear. If you choose the cropping menu, black cropping handles will appear on all sides. You can drag these handles to specify how much you need. Once you have made your selection, click on an empty space to deselect it. This will allow you to reposition the image appropriately. The third slide is for inserting text and video.

I will start by entering the title. I will also type below, but when you see the result, you will notice that the widths of English letters and Korean characters are different. We need to arrange the boxes differently. Once I finish entering the English department names, I will align the bullet points. 

For the first bullet point, regarding Home Furnishing, if you look at the paragraph group in the Home tab, you can choose bullet points. I clicked and selected the arrow shape. For the second bullet point, it is indented one step in. I lowered the level; it should be indented one step. I will increase the list level slightly, and you can see that the text is getting smaller. In that state, I will change the bullet to a checkmark shape. 

That bullet point task is finished. For the text within the paragraph, select all the text, and you will see that both fonts are the same: they are both Gulim. Now, let's find Gulim.

I will provide you with the following instructions. Although the font sizes may differ, the spacing is consistently set at 1.5, so I will adjust the line spacing to 1.5 as well. For the font size, you can create a separate block and set it to size 24 and bold. For a level that is slightly indented, you can estimate the font size to be 20. Let's adjust the size of the box to match the final output as shown. Once we create one well-designed box, you can apply a border to it. You see the cross arrow, right? If you hold the Control key while dragging, you will see a plus sign. You can drag and copy another box like this. You just need to change the text. It would be nice if the text was aligned with the props seen in the mineral section. Please adjust the range accordingly. The font size may change based on the size of the box, and this change is...

If you say you don't like it, your friend has grabbed the box and when you go to the right button for shape formatting, they changed the option for the text box to not automatically adjust the size of the shape. This means that regardless of whether the box is large or small, the size of the text will always remain fixed. I will now insert a video. The video is located in the same folder as the pictures. To insert it, I will find the video under the insert media option. The video is in the same folder as the pictures, and I will place it in the upper right corner. Since I've added the video, you can modify its playback settings. However, since the problem only discusses playback, I will click on the playback tab and set it to start automatically and to loop when it ends. The fourth slide is about creating a table, so I will add a title. Looking at the table, you can distinguish between the table shape and the shapes; the table has three rows and three columns.

If you click on the table icon, you can set the values for how many rows and how many columns you want. Both the rows and columns will be set to 3. When you click the confirmation button, it will be divided like this. You can adjust the points to get an appropriate size, leaving space for shapes on the left and on top. Now let's start typing. Once you have entered the text, let's adjust the font. It should be set to size 18. You can find the font settings by going to the Home tab. Since the font size is 18, we will center the text. You can also align it vertically in the middle. Since we are creating a table, let's first apply a table style. We will use Theme Style 1, Accent 6. While working on the table, make sure to find the design style for the table. Check for Table Style 1, Accent 6, and ensure it matches exactly.

You can select the child, and the colors may seem different, but overall, the result is not too colorful. This is because I unchecked the header row and the striped row on the left. By doing this, the final output looks similar to the original. You can adjust the heights of the rows by dragging them. Please make appropriate modifications. Now, let's try inserting a shape. The shape at the top of the insert menu is made by combining two shapes. I'll create a rectangle and then place a pentagon on top of it. Shall we designate different colors for the shapes in the insert menu? Once you create one well, select them all and get some help from your left hand. While holding down the Control key, drag to copy. Let's do that for the shape on the left as well. In the insert menu, for the shape on the left, the gradient linear direction is indicated at the bottom.

You need to adjust the filling as well, right? Select the linear gradient under the shape options, and by holding down the control key, you can copy it. Adjust the size appropriately and press to copy. Make sure to adjust the size properly. Select all of them and set the font size to 18. Although there is no mention of color, since it's black, it would be good to match the color. The fifth slide is a chart slide. Let's start by adding a title. Click on it, and among the buttons below number 3, press the button to insert a chart. The default is the clustered column chart. Click OK to proceed. A window will pop up where you can enter data. You can enter the data while viewing the results. For series 1, enter the values for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020 under item 1, and check that the bars for each year are displayed as shown in the results. Series 3 is not needed.

Select the area you want to delete, and that space will still remain. Since it's unnecessary for that space to remain, if you position your mouse exactly at the corner, you will see an arrow shape. Click and drag to define the range you need, and the space will be organized. Let's proceed with data entry. Please check the entered data window thoroughly to ensure there are no typos. You can provide the delimiters later all at once, or you can enter them immediately while inputting data. I will proceed with the data entry window. 

In chart creation, the new bar font is set to 16 for the title, and there is an outline. While selecting the chart, to change each element, click on the format menu. You can set the border to a solid black color. This way, the border will be bold and clearly visible. While the chart is selected, if you go to the home tab...

Could you adjust the font overall? All fonts have changed to Dod 16. If you look at the detailed conditions, the font for the title is different. Please select the chart title and change it to font size 24, bold. This cannot be handled from the Home tab. If you want to change each one individually, go to the formatting pane at the top and fill in the box. For the white border, let's set it to black since no specific color is indicated. You can find the shadow effect in the effects section. For the offset, fill the chart area with yellow. This area refers to the chart area, and I will show you what it means with a speech bubble. When it says chart area, click it to fill it. Since it is indicated in the formatting that the shape fill color should be yellow, let's proceed with that.

When the yellow drawing area appears, you can click to change the fill color to white. If you look at the data formatting, it mentioned remodeling demand. The orange bar for remodeling demand is very small and hardly visible. Click on the name of the orange bar and right-click to change the chart series type. For the remodeling demand, please change the grouped vertical bar chart to a line chart with markers. You should select the fourth option for the line chart with markers and check the secondary axis as instructed. Now, let's display the confirmation values. It was mentioned that this is for buildings over 20 years old, specifically for the year 2030. Here, I want to select just one blue bar for buildings, but all of them are selected. If I click, only this one will remain selected. With this selected, right-click.

When you press the button, the label is the data value. When we talk about adding a label, you can see that the value is added like this. The instructions stop here, but the result looks a bit different, right? Then, for the remaining parts, you will need to adjust them separately. The passing lines are quite distracting, so I will delete those by pressing the delete button. There is a table shape below, but we can't see the table shape right now. You can also add more components. If you have the chart selected, you can click on the button that says Add Chart Element on the right or go to the Chart Design section to add elements; it doesn't matter which one you choose. Click to add a table to the data. There will be a legal display or not, but there should be a legend. I selected it so that the blue bars and the orange line can be displayed like this. However, after doing that,

The legend at the bottom is unnecessary, so I'll delete it. The values on the left vertical axis start with a hyphen and end at 9,000. Since we start at 0 and end at 9,000, those values are also different. If you click and select the format for the right vertical axis, you'll see the axis formatting. The minimum value is indeed 0, and the maximum value is 10,000. It's correct that it's separated by thousands, but the display format is a bit different, so let's change the display format to Number. Now we can confirm that it starts with a hyphen. The currency symbol is not needed, so I'll remove it and change it to None. For the secondary axis, let's select that as well. The minimum value starts at 4.0 and the maximum value goes up to 70. I will adjust the minimum and maximum values. Between 4 and 7, the increments of 1 are displayed as 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0.

The basic unit will increase by 1. The display format should be 4.0, but it appears as just 4. I will adjust the display format to show the numerical value with decimal places, specifically up to the first decimal place. If you look at the line chart, you will notice that the markers seem quite small. Select the markers, go to formatting, and if you click on the icon at the front, you can modify the values for the marker line. Currently, the display is set to automatic, and I will change it to a default setting. The format is indeed a circular format, but it appears to be a bit small, so let's increase the size to 10. The color of the line is distinct, but we will adjust the color to be less dull. The line color is a solid dark color, so please select each one and change the color to a darker shade.

Let's change that. We've finished discussing the charts, but we need to add more shapes. I will insert the shapes now. If you select Insert Shapes, the shape formatting will appear. There, you will find a style called Blue Accent 1, which is the same name as the item you need to look for. For the text, it was specified as Gulim, size 18, so please go to the Home tab and make sure to match the font as well. Now, let's create the final shape slide. I'll start by adding a title. When you look at the shapes, you might notice some that have a bulging appearance. These shapes were created using SmartArt. The ones that look flat are just basic shapes. If you select Insert Shapes, the formatting options for the shapes will appear. If you need to rotate them, you can create a mirror image horizontally. Use Control + Drag to copy and reuse the same shape. There was no mention of colors, but they should complement each other.

You can distinguish different colors, so please insert the colors as you see fit. As for the font style, it should be set to 18 points, so please select everything and adjust accordingly. Although there was no mention of the color for 18 points, it appears to be black, so let's fill it in with black. The shapes are done, and now let's insert SmartArt. For SmartArt, you'll need to adjust the outer dots so that everything reduces in size together, rather than modifying each shape individually. While the SmartArt is selected, you can go to the Home tab to change the text. Although there was no mention of the color for 18 points, it looks colorful, so go to SmartArt Design, adjust the colors as appropriate, and apply some three-dimensional gloss or slope as needed.

If you only need one set of shapes for the gloss, but you have two sets prepared, you can delete the extra shapes by clicking and selecting 'Delete.' You can adjust the size of all shapes as needed. The font for all the children should be set to 18 points. If the size of the shapes does not match well, you can also modify them one by one in detail. 

For the circle in group one, please group them together and apply the animation effect of rotation. Let's start with the friends on the left. Drag to select this much, then right-click and group the objects. Go to the animation window and set the first animation to rotation. You can see the label for number one attached to it. 

For the children on the right, drag widely to select all of them, confirm your selection, right-click to group them as well, then go to the animation window and apply the rotation effect. There’s also a mention about the direction for the animation, since it will be from below.

After checking the effect options, you need to change the direction from above to below. You can confirm this as number two. Once the overall work is finished, please start the slideshow from number one. If you click from the beginning, you will see that it transitions smoothly to the table of contents. We have set a hyperlink on number three; if you click it, you will move to the fifth slide. On the last slide, the character on the left rotates, while the character on the right finishes with a wipe effect. Let's save the file now. I will save it at the top left. As instructed, please save the file in the itq folder. You need to save it under your name, excluding the student number, for it to be complete. Up to this point, we have worked on the June 2024 type questions together. Practice hard, and I wish you success in passing next month. Thank you for your hard work.
