okay guys, today what we're going to be doing is using Zapier to integrate Calendly with Trello. So, the first thing that you want to do, oh, one thing I should note here really quick, this is a free Zap. However, with Calendly, you may need to upgrade your Calendly account in order for it to allow you to connect it to Zapier. So, just note that. Um, but we're going to go ahead and create a Zap. And from here, we have two options. We can come in here and just start building out our Zap, or we can utilize the AI tool to kind of guide us in the right direction. In this case, let's give that a shot. So, what we want to do is integrate Calendly with Trello. And then we'll hit generate. And yeah, what it's telling us is exactly right. We want to sync Calendly invites with Trello cards. So, we're going to go ahead and try it. And then from here, we've got our trigger and our action already kind of started for us. So, what we need to do now

is click in and make sure that our accounts are connected. So in this case, I have already connected my Calendly with Zapier. You can see it's already showing up here. Um, but if you don't have that already, you might need to go into Calendly and grab an API key or something of that nature. And we're going to go ahead and stick with this user webhook because I don't have more than one person in my Calendly organization who's getting appointments. So just keep it simple. And then we're going to test the trigger. It's looking forward and found a test record in the Calendly account that we're testing from. So we're going to go ahead and use that and continue with selected record. And then from here, um, we need to go ahead and connect to our Trello account, which again, already done because as you can see, I've done many zaps with Trello. So we'll hit continue. And we're going to go ahead and choose our board. Now, if you have a lot

of boards like I do. It's probably best if you just start typing in here and the name of the board. It's easier to find. Find it and then we are required to choose a list on that board. Highly recommend that you've already created that before you even start this process. So we'll go ahead and hit Clarity call notes. And then what I like to do is for the name of the card, I like to put in the name of the invite. I will come back to the description in a second. You can add a label or create custom labels from this um, meaning that if you don't have a label already on your board called that, it will create it. However, it will not create it with color. It will just be a gray label. So just know that you can change it once you get to your Trello board. But if you want it to be a colorful label to begin with, then you should create that label on your Trello board first. And then you can select it here. And then we can choose if we want.

the new card to show up at the top or the bottom of our list. I like it to be at the top, and then we can go ahead and add ourselves as a member of the card, and then a due date. I highly recommend because then from there you can set up an automation on your Trello board so that it it'll automatically do um like a reminder for you. So um, I just from this, I just choose the uh scheduled start time, and then you have a couple other options here, but typically I don't find them super useful coming from cly so I don't. I mean you could add a checklist automatically or something like that, um, but you can do that straight on the board when the card is created, so it it's up to you. But going back to our description here, this is where we're going to click in, and we're going to choose one of the options as far as um like if we want answers to show up and things like that. So um, we've chosen number one right, which is questions and

responses. One that's going to give us the answer to the first question. But then in order to keep it from being all smooshed together in the card, we're going to make sure we hit a line break there before we choose the next answer. And I'll you'll see on the Trello board, um, why we did that. From here, we're going to go ahead and test the zap, and it's going to create the card on the list for us. So hit continue. You can see it started to plan it. Going to hit test zap, and then once it says it's done, we're going to go over to our Trello board, and you can see right here we have our new card. It's got the name, it's got a due date, it's got me added as a member. And then when we come into our description, you could see because we put that line break in between, um, it separated their answers to the questions. Okay, you could use punctuation there, you could do more line breaks to spread it out a little more, um, but that's
