so you've been stuck between 5 to 15,000 a month for the last 3 months, and you've been trying to get to the next level. You've been working harder, posting more content, hired a strategy coach, implementing new ways to get your business to the next level, but it seems like no matter how hard you work, you're not able to get to the next level. It's like you're going up, you're going down, you're going up, you're going down, you're wondering what you need to do, guys. For the longest time, that's how it worked. By the end of this video, I'm going to be showing you exactly what you need to do to implement it so you can break through to the next level. What's going on, guys? [Applause] [Music] It's your man DeAndre Saxon back for another video, and I'm excited for this one. You know, I was uh, I've been thinking about what kind of content to make recently, and as you guys know, I

talk about mindset, subconscious mind work, but then also a little bit of a lifestyle design. So, some of y'all right now, y'all stuck. I was stuck for a long time. You're stuck at anywhere from 5,000 a month, 10,000, 20,000, 15,000. It could be at either level, but here's what's going on. Think about this. There is a thermostat right now, like blowing. We're in Dubai, as you guys know. I've been in Dubai now for some time. Think about a thermostat. Let's just say it's set at 70°. And somebody leaves this window open that's right here to my left, and all this hot ass air starts to blow in. What will happen? The thermostat will kick on, and it'll bring back down the temperature back to 70°. That is called a self-image or a self-cybernetic mechanism. It's a mechanical mechanism that regulates automatically inside of your mind right now, inside of your subconscious mind. There's a cybernetic

mechanism known as your self-image and that controls what comes in and what comes out of your life. And most importantly, it regulates your income. Okay, this is why it's been very difficult. No matter how hard you work, you're posting three times a day, twice a day, you're running more ads, you're building more funnels, and it seems like no matter what you do, you're not able to go to the next level. Or even worse, what's even more psychologically messed up is you hit a high income month, and the next month you drop back down. You're like, Oh my God, what is going on? And you feel like you're in a mental jail. Well, now you're starting to realize, but what's going on is the cybernetic mechanism, just like this thermostat kicking on. Your self-image deep down based in how you really feel about yourself. You truly believe, and you may not believe it, but like me, what I'm saying, but there's an image of what you really believe you are worth earning. So

you might say, Hey dude, like I want to hit 20,000, 30,000 a month, whatever income level. But deep, deep down, how you truly feel about yourself, that's what your bank account is reflecting. Because no, you can only manifest or attract what you are, not what you want. I'll repeat that one more time: you can only attract who you are, not what you want. So, what we're going to have to do is we're going to have to change that image. We're going to have to raise the bar on that thermostat. So, let's just say right now the thermostat is set at 70° or $70,000 a year. What would happen if we would have raised it to 75, 80, 90? Now, obviously, that'd be uncomfortable, but you get the point of what I'm saying. If we raise the self-image, what will happen is that mechanism will raise the bar. Like, let's be honest, there's somebody in your industry right now

that's doing what you did last month every day, if not every week. You know that for a fact. So, what's the difference between you and them? I know you're a dude like me. There is no difference. You know, if they can do it, you can do it. You have the same knowledge, the same courses, the same information, the same tenacity. You have the same thing as them. He's not better than you. So, what is going on? Is that guy, that industry leader that you're looking up to, or whoever you bought your course from, or learning whatever you're learning, he has a self-image of a winner. And you, right now, let's be honest, and this is what some people, they don't like to be honest with themselves, but the moment you're honest with yourself, that's when you can start to level up. You don't have that Winner's image. So, what we're going to have to do is we're going to have to take out that old image, the one that's stuck between five and 15,000.

a month and put in a Winner's image. Now you might be thinking, Well, DeAndre, I need to run more ads, I need to have more funnels, and more Tech, and more sales, and all that stuff. Everything we see in the physical world is a manifestation of what we have in our mind. Everything in the world was created by Consciousness. Like, think about this: look around your room right now. Look at the laptop you're watching this video on, or the phone. Look at the chairs, the tables. Look at the city that you're in, the building that you're in. Everything was created in the mind of another person. We live in a world that is bent to the consciousness of man. It is plastic, and it will bend to reality based on Consciousness. So, everything has come into your life that has been, has you have accepted or rejected, girls that have come into your life and you're loving it, or girls that rejected you, and whatever it is. Everything from the money, everything has come down based on your Consciousness, or more importantly, how

you see yourself. So that is your cybernetic mechanism or your thermostat, brother. So this is the first phase. We got to get you to understand this because right now, if I don't get you to believe this, then you're going to go hire some strategy codes, run some more ads, and build some more funnels, but this ain't going to do for you, okay? So I'm assuming we got this down. Now let's move to the next phase. How are we going to level up the thermostat? How are we going to level up where your base is at? So what we need to do now is we have to get very clear on what that base is. I want to think of it like this example of purple. What the color purple? What is the color purple? The color purple is two colors, red and blue, but it's combined together, mixed purple, right? Common sense. So most people, they're living in a haze of purple. They're like, I hate my life. I want a better life. I don't know what I

want and they're just kind of going through the mechanisms. They're going to their job, they're running the business, things they're doing what their Mentor said, they're running the funnels, they're doing what the next guy on Instagram is doing, right? They're living in a fa in a in a haze, not really understanding where they're at and where they're trying to go. What we have to first understand is the separation of the two red and blue. What is red? What is your current situation? Where are you at? And that callus being honest with yourself, bro. Like I remember when I was struggling, I got honest with myself and said, Yo, I'm broke. I don't know what I'm doing. I've been trying to run businesses now for 5 years and things are not working out. The moment I get honest with myself, the teacher presented himself. Think about like when you're going on a map to the mall. What's the first thing you look at? It says, You are here. If you're trying

to get to the next level in your income, the next level in your business. How can you know where you're going if you don't even know where you're at? Where's your starting point, point A, point B? So that's the red circle. Then we're going to go to the blue circle. We're going to build out what does that dream life look like. How much money do you want to make? What city do you want to live in? As you guys know, I promote lifestyle design. Like, I'm not trying to buy no house. I'm trying to live in Dubai. I'm trying to live in different countries, different places, and be all over the place, right? But that's different for each person. What exactly do you want? We have to define what that blue circle looks like. Now we have a separation of your current life and your desired life. It is only at this stage that you can start to make changes in your life. All right, so now we've made a separation, and we know where we're going. The third step is you

have to ask yourself this question: who do I need to become? Because remember, we don't attract what we want; we attract who we are. The person that you are—your character, your habits, your thought patterns, your actions, your attitude—all of those things are manifestations of what's going on outside. The outside world is a direct reflection of what's going on inside. So if you have a shitty outside and your business is stuck between 5 to 15,000 a month, nothing is going to change until you change how you see yourself, brother. Do you hear me? Once we get this image to level up, we're going to go to the next level. One of the best ways I like to explain this: think of like Grand Theft Auto (GTA). So we just dropped you in Los Santos, okay? You're a level one character. All you got is a baseball bat, right? And you're not—you got a bicycle. You know what I'm talking about here, okay? So let's just say we take you level one GTA.

character, and we put you on a level 10 Mission, what's going to happen? You will die every single time. I don't care how many times you run it, how much effort you can spend, there 15 hours doing that mission, you will die every time. Why? You do not have the contacts, the resources, the money, the guns, the ammo, and so on and so forth. You get what I'm trying to say here, right? That's real life. You have your own character level, and that's your 5 to 15,000 a month or whatever income you're at right now. That's your level. So here you are, follow me here, here you are at your level one character or your level 15 to 15,000 month, and you're trying to get 100,000 a month, 200,000 a month, or whatever you're trying to hit, and you're trying to do that with the same character. Now, it sounds funny, but that's really how life works. You're trying to work your way into it and post more content, and man, if I post three

times a day if I post two YouTube videos a day. If I run more ads and hire more strategy, nah bro, that's you working more, trying to do the mission over and over and over again without leveling up your character. What's easier for you? To level up your character so you can attack the mission with more resources, or sit there for 15 hours trying to beat the mission with a baseball bat and a bike, brother? Once we upgrade that character, that version of yourself, what will naturally start to happen is you're going to start to level up the outside world. It will start to level up with you. So what happens now if we take you and we level you up to a level 10 character, okay? Resources, contacts, money, all the stuff, right? And we put you on a level five. Your current world is a five. What will happen? You'll naturally just destroy that level. It'll be easy. You'll start SL through it almost like a cheat code in the game, right? So what we want to do is we want to unlock the

cheat code in your real life. So, how are we going to do that? It's going to be done right here, brother. Once you realize that the keys to your success and everything in life come down to this right here: your conscious mind, your subconscious mind, and how you see yourself. If we can get this in alignment, it's almost like a cheat code that we release on Grand Theft Auto: more resources, more money, and everything starts to flow to you. And that's what we've been doing. So, guys, this is what I've been doing now for four years. It's made me seven figures. I was dead broke for five years, trying to wonder what was going on with my life. I had all the courses, all the knowledge. I would work 15 hours a day. I remember building funnels and running ads, and nothing seemed to work until I met Bob Proctor. He taught me exactly how to reprogram my mind and gave me the cheat code on how to level up my character. And you might be like me. You

have all the knowledge, and within 45 days, I was making 100,000 a month. So, what does that tell me? I had the knowledge, I had the character, I had everything already within me. I had the knowledge, but what's missing was the character. Once I closed the gap between my character, and he gave me the cheat code, bro, 45 days later, everything changed. That's a cheat code. You know what to do already 'cause you're already making close to six figures, if not six figures already. The knowledge is not the inform, is not the mistake here.
