testosterone is currently at an all-time low, and scientists estimate that if sperm count and testosterone keep dropping at their current rate, then the average man is going to be infertile by 2045. This is a huge problem if you want to be able to build muscle, have functioning reproductive organs, and have normal levels of confidence and ambition, and reduce your stress and anxiety. Then you need to prioritize your hormonal health. There are a few basics that you need to do, like getting good sleep, having a good diet, and exercising regularly, and a few others. And once you've got those covered, there are a few specific tools that you can start using to really maximize your testosterone and your sexual health. So there are four B products that you can use to really boost your testosterone. Obviously, the most well-known is honey. Honey is made from nectar from flowers, and it's a kind of long-term food source that the bees store in their hive for when there's not many flowers around, like in the winter. Honey increases testosterone in your blood. It contains a chemical called

Cryin, which blocks a conversion of testosterone into estrogen, so you maintain higher testosterone in your blood, blood, and it contains a bunch of other chemicals like phenols, Boron, and nitric oxide, and together these increase antioxidant activity, which protects your testosterone-producing cells. They increase blood flow to the testes, and the result of all of this is increased testosterone and androgen receptor activity, and this will result in more muscle growth, more facial and body hair, more strength, better sexual performance, and all these benefits that you see from testosterone. Another be product, which is less well known, is called royal jelly, and this is what the queen bee eats to turn her into the queen bee. Royal jelly increases testosterone, sperm count, the weight of the testes, and it reduces the deformities in the sperm, so fertility is improved. Taking honey together with Royal jelly enhances all of these effects even further, so you definitely want to try and get raw honey, which is unfiltered, unprocessed, and hasn't been heat-treated. This way, it still contains

the royal jelly, and it still contains all the like antioxidants and the enzymes and all the nutrients that make it so beneficial. 'Cause when it's like heated and it's overly processed, all of that stuff is destroyed, and it's not really even honey anymore. It's just kind of a sugar syrup that tastes vaguely like honey, and most of the stuff that's on store shelves isn't really real honey. So you want to go to like a farm shop or a health food store or straight to the AP area to get your raw honey, and that's going to be so much more nutritious and better for your body and your health than getting the garbage that's on most of the store shelves. And another bee product is called bee pollen. So you can actually eat pollen, the stuff that makes people have allergies. Um, you can actually eat that, and in some cases, it does actually help allergies. But I'm not going to recommend that in this video because I don't know enough about that to make that recommendation. But it definitely does help your testosterone.

your sperm count and your sperm motility, which is how well the sperm move, and all of those things will improve fertility and your vitality in general. And it's thought to do all this, at least partly, through increasing antioxidant activity. So, similar to the royal jelly and the honey, like increasing antioxidants really seems to be beneficial for protecting the cells that produce testosterone. And lastly, bee bread, which is basically a mixture of pollen and either nectar or honey, and it's the main source of food for the worker bees in the hive. And bee bread has been shown to improve testicular function, again through antioxidant activity, and also reduces inflammation and reduces cell death, especially death of the cells that produce testosterone in your testes. Basically, you should be eating honey and other bee products, and you can get most of these benefits from raw honey, which is going to contain honey, royal jelly, some bee pollen, and propolis, which is another bee product. So, how can you start including these kinds of things in your daily diet? I like to make a drink kind

of a dessert drink after my dinner containing kefir, which is fermented milk. And then I mix in a teaspoon of bee pollen. You don't want to do much more than that because if you are sensitive to pollen, then you know you might have some bad reactions to eating like an excessive amount of pollen. So, I put a teaspoon of pollen and 1 to 3 teaspoons of raw honey, which is going to contain royal jelly and all the other beneficial chemicals that I've spoken about in this video. And then you just mix all that together and you drink it. You can chew on the bee pollen because chewing stimulates digestion, improves the digestion like in your stomach and your gut. So, even if you're just drinking something, chewing on something beforehand or while you're doing it will improve the digestion of that liquid. So, I'm getting lots of energy from the carbohydrates in the honey, like all of the testosterone benefits I spoke about in this video, and I'm getting prebiotics from the kefir. So, I'm improving my gut.

health from this fermented milk, which contains good bacteria that are going to help the bacteria that are already in my gut. So, honey is basically the best source of carbohydrates out there, other than fruit, and maple syrup is also a really good one. The carbs in honey don't negatively affect your insulin levels like things like refined sugars would. So, if you want something sweet, you want to make some dishes sweeter, then you add honey, and that's going to be infinitely healthier than adding artificial sweeteners or sugar or any of this highly processed stuff. So, I definitely recommend including honey daily in your diet.
