I was just thinking this like the past couple weeks actually, because I feel like with all of the items that we have here, it may be the home right now may be a little bit small. So I thought about later in the future we could possibly move into a bigger home just for like our item and just also for investment purposes, and you never know, we may have another animal growing family. Any growing family? You think it's just more. I'm not. Well, I don't think it's just more. I know like having a bigger home is a luxury.

but I'm just more concerned about like the things that we have here. J's friends, they bring their stuff here, so we also keep their stuff, maybe just more so away K items. We don't buy clothing, throw a K item. Yeah, but I mean like J Mi, they have their friends over sometimes, and they'll sleep here for a night and leave their things here. And I think it's temporary, temporary just once in a while. Okay, but I was looking to another home just because we're able to do that for the future investment. So real estate, apartment, land is a really good marketing qu too. We can have two homes, this one and another one. But let me show you, let me show you some homes that I found, which is really nice to look at. Whether we get one home or two homes or move to a different home, let's just take a look at the listings. Your mind, you have to move, you already in your mind. Let's take a look at the listies. window so the view is perfect. You can see everything out clearly. Very good. Just like here, I go out before you go to work, have a cup of coffee outside. This can be like a study area, study area. They work or live there. Another idea when J growing up, when they adult, they can have their family live here. It is another. We live first FL and J family live here second floor. Second floor. Let's see third floor because there's enough bedrooms, enough bedroom. Let's go third floor. What there? I have a special another balcony, balcon, balcony really W Town town in Orlando. It's so nice. I'm so excited to plan this all out. Some things I miss about America is the space and a lot of uh Korean Apartments sometimes don't have a lot of space for a lot of family items. So I need space. looking for each other just they have to rely on their own sounds just to find each other. It's so funny. It is three floors, best on second and third floor for any of the running and playing for kids. Really, really good for kids. Like the noise doesn't travel throughout the wall. The TV goes right here and it's a really big area for TV and we have a really big TV so it's perfect. The View, it's like a whole wall. Honestly, this is the kitchen. This is storage, lots and lots of space here, so good. I really love it already and I did love the fact there's a TV. One thing I really love is having an oven in a Korean apartment. Yeah, look at that. There's an oven in the kitchen. Nice, nice. You can bake. What's this? What's this? It's a refrigerator. What a

refrigerator comes with the apartment. W, so this is also a space for the refrigerator. What do you think about that, Daddy? In the future, we can have three refrigerators: one, two, and three. Yeah, this interior is really easy to cook, cut here, and give here. And what is it? Kitchen table is there, so I just give food here exactly. What's really important is having space to cut your vegetables and foods. Countertops very important here. Mini storages. W, oh you, another, another one, another more. Yeah, every part of this kitchen is a storage. More, wow, that's cool. Too many, no, too many drawers. I can forget it's my stew. I think the top is a wow. That's look how easy it is to open it. This is where there's a system that controls everything on what feature is within the home and outside of the home. And you have the elevator, the control functions, security. G, there's two elevators, two elevators going to go up and down. They're really good at making spacious and wide homes. They've been awarded so many awards, which is so good. It's the design of the apartments. They're really good. I love the colors blue. It's more like a pastel color, isn't it? Not too bright, not

too dark really. Balan out. I love it. Avon construction is really good at making service space, so you can see a very wide Le room, very white kitchen, as well as the bedrooms. It's so, so good. I think it's really comfortable to live in, so that's why I feel like this is the future home. This is the perfect, perfect opportunity to just relax and enjoy all the space here.
