10th hardcore home gym, and the last hardcore home gym tour of this year, guys. And I'm, we got a lot of work to do, cuz you cleaned it up. What the, I did. Yeah, I did. Listen, I was so bad, I couldn't have a human being in here. You know what I'm

saying, for like legality purposes probably. Like I'll give you an idea of what it looked like. Like look at the platform right there, you see that? That's caked. Yeah, peel it. You can peel it. Yeah, you can peel it. You can hear it. Yeah, that's why this

is probably the most hardcore home gym we've uh toured yet because that, it's already took, it's already at top number one. Well, I want you guys to see the work, the fruits of my labors here. Look at the floor right there. I, what is that, acid?

What is that? That's just from like rust and grime, like burned. Let me see, does it have cat fur? I mean it weighs like, oh it does have cat fur. 25 lb plate, but it feels like it weighs 500 lb. Yeah, cuz it has so much

grime. Hold on, there we go. This is one of the best things I've ever seen in a gym, is a deaf cat. It doesn't get any better than a deaf cat as a gym partner, right? This is what I just touched, those 25s for you. Just like

for we've been 5 seconds so this is you'll get a thick coating of that on this is your third home gym you've had a you had a basement gym in Wisconsin you had I had a bunch of basement gyms actually yeah this probably like my

sixth home gym I have a lot of the posters too but now that they're hanging cuz it's too humid in here I don't want to open it cuz it's going to be but so when I opened it last time when I

emptied it it had black sludge well we know what it was was the garbage disposal it was clogged at one point so I sucked up all the beans and rice and everything that was stuck in there what why is I kept in back in here

um and I was sucking up all the cat fur and stuff and then it was it was gunked up it wasn't working anymore and when I opened it so it was like cat fur cat turds beans and rice from a year ago it just all turned into a

stew oh my God where is there not cat fur in this gym look at that Brian is editing this video we're going to keep a cat fur count on the screen for how many places that there's cat fur that when you just forgot about it it's also there

too yeah why is it there how is it doesn't even make sense it's now this is an old glute thrust thrust this is like an old this is like the VCR can you zoom in on that 10 pump ler yeah he's going for more cat

fur counts the most important thing when you're working out of my gym is don't touch your face cuz you get a lot of fur on you and I'm telling you when you're trying to lift heavy and you touch your face you get that chalk on your face you know

what I'm saying when it's your workouts over how often do you lift with a door open versus closed it seems like most of us never never open never open is it just cuz the neighbors you [Applause] just yeah I don't want them seeing

what's going on here you know I don't I don't I think they can hear it but it's okay as long as they don't see it look at what's behind them it's actually a pretty cool picture like look at all the bars and metal with this stuff what is

this can you show us your collection of you got every I think you got more different types of bars than even I do I see two trap bars there three four trap bars four trap bars why I don't know you know it's cuz back in the day I had the

shitty one but I sold it but then I upgraded this shitty one and then eventually I was everyone that ever uses a trap bar now every gym Ever every person they use that Rogue one the Kabuki one's popular that might well that's but that one's cheating too

I'm old school now but then they had to get the opened trap bar cuz I was like maybe I'll like this maybe I can do lunges and stuff with it and I don't like it and I was like well maybe if I get a bigger open trap bar and it's the

same problem I don't like it it's the same problem okay yeah so you also have a lot of safety squat bars like this and this and then a Mars bar Mar bar back in the day I bought just the cheapest [ __ ] and

you get what you pay for so like this this was the Monster AER safety squat bar I bought off of eBay says it could hold 1,500 lb how much did you pay for it oh I it's like a couple hundred bucks so when you use it you'll know why

it's cheap it's cuz it's just like it doesn't sit at all well in fact it tries to decapitate you it pulls down on your head so hard and if you do it the opposite way or whatever like it will like try to like it chokes you out what

is this I've never even seen a curl bar that's a very easy curl bar it's a super easy curl bar I want one that was very neutral yeah that's a bicep bar of some sort I think I don't oh I got

another I got yeah a couple other things here that yeah you got more bars one of the spots I didn't get around to clean it yesterday this is basically what the gym looked like yesterday everything was just like this well that thing you're holding in your hand right now the power

pole is worth more than the rack yeah and it probably took them longer to make it deliver it to you than the rack that you got year to get that is the uh guys if you this is the power pole it's based off of a Chuck Vogal pole Dave Tate told

me he just came up with the idea by carrying a bag of dog food yeah and he said holy buckets that feels good what if I create a harness with a giant shaft that mimics a bag of food ouch I don't think I can get it off now so we'll

continue the tour got this thing what in the world yeah you're like I think I have one I'm like no you don't dude you don't have this no I don't have that what is it have this form gets trapped here you grab here and you put the weight there

it's kind of like a bicep curl with its own oh that's clever yeah so like here you got peak tension whereas if it was a dumbbell or a bar there would be no tension there you can tell if I if we can get a closeup how much I use

this I don't know if it covered in chalk means you're using it or not that's not chalk dust I got these those are and yes complete with yeah the good thing about these is you can't even tighten them what are they for then well they're

just they're collars they're really heavy too but you just try turning that no training no it's just jammed shut cat per there's a machine over there and some like dumbbell stuff do you actually use that stuff oh man I can't usually I

can't get to it so no I usually only use this space right here cuz that's the only accessible area in the gym what about that cartoon dumbbell did you get a shot of that I've never seen a dumbbell with sleeves that go out that

What, it's a Texas Power Bar? No way, really? And this dumbbell was the cost of a full, full-size Texas Power Bar. Who made it? I don't know. I think I ordered... I don't even know. This is probably worth a lot. Yeah, you know, a Texas Power Bar.

Quality dumbbell with extended sleeves and it feels good. And look at that, look at the bearings, like that's really healthy. And there's little cat hair there, um, that's amazing. Look at this exercise, look at my forearms right now, look at that. Oh my God, yeah. Like this is like if

you just add a little weight to this, you just blow them up. Funny thing is, I ordered that because I was using this handle to horse mega loads on cheat row. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? Yeah, I was like, damn it, I can't fit enough weight on. I

want you to get it closer with the hand, real f-- nice. The grit, yeah, it's a little rust here. Yeah, see longer that is. Oh man, so here it's a perfect fit. It's a freaking horse, so you like that one. So then this one when you

put in a strap on, you're doing a 400 lb row, cuz everyone does 400 lb row. We can do that. Yeah, all right, look at this. This looks like this will tear your biceps up. And this is just when you have that many plates on, you know what I'm saying? Yeah.

So if the strap was never perfect, it just felt... God, sucks. 400 lb dumbbell. I would never use and I just went back to, in this one, you know, I got this from Play It Again Sports. He's just waving around your hand, and you know, if you ever bought

like adjustable Olympic size adjustable dumbbell yeah they're just cheap this thing is welded in like a steel metal you know what I'm saying yeah oh there you go you just get stable here you he me okay you got a barrel full of that's not a barrel that's a

loadable keg oh you got a load loaded and this has a I think last time yeah okay make this this honestly this never gets old this is almost like an Easter egg hunt at this point what's this oh that's this is the one of the best

things I ever bought and people like what do you do for tendonitis and stuff like that and I recommend like it's like hey well the best tool I ever bought for tendonitis and forearms is the freaking Sidewinder Pro extreme see that oh yeah yeah but then I tell people

and I'm like well but you probably shouldn't buy it cuz it's like $200 is it yeah he it goes this way yeah yeah yeah oh I see the lines are getting lower oh god what the I guarantee you even like I didn't get anywhere with it

are you sure this cures tendonitis or does it cause tendonitis there's no way you can do this I don't said I can do it I'm just saying that this is this God damn Christ I know that is tendonitis yeah I know it's if you look

it up it is just a guy he just like makes us in his basement so he's got he's got decent form development dude anyone that makes anything in their basement for the gym they know it's up yeah dude I got a pump from three reps

I'm not kidding you, I got tonitis from six reps. I think the main experience is you can't really, it's not a visual experience, it's more of a feeling, it, yeah, it's feeling it and smelling it. This gym smells stronger than any other

place I've ever been on the planet by far. No bathroom ammonia doesn't smell, it's, it's not like a bad bathroom, but in terms of like, dude, it smells like, like someone working out. Like this is number one by far, like in terms of like you

could cut, yeah, through this air with a knife, like as a saying goes. Yeah, my testosterone levels are incre, like my beard is growing faster in this room just standing here breathing in this air. And some storage and you got some ropes. Well, this is a, this is like a, the worst

machine you've ever felt in your life. SE a ground-based Hammer Strength one. Yeah, that thing takes up half the room. I wanted that, but you know, again, I was always buying the cheapest available. So this isn't a belt squat. No man, here. All right, now it's just going to the gym is

going to be back the way it was in like an hour. This was a failed experiment. I like, God, I wonder if I buy this, I just don't ever want to do cardio. What if I buy this battle rope, maybe that'll be, I just, I never did it, and I

want you to see how terrible those leverages are. Go down, yeah, so you're way down there. Try, yeah, and try to like, you see where the bar, where you'd be pulling the bar, yeah? You can't get the bar close to your body. Be standing like this, be

off the platform off the platform okay yep are you are you supposed to face it maybe you can but then again it's the same yeah no it's worse yeah no that's worse no that's way worse I tried so hard to make this machine work when I

bought it because I used like the Hammer Strength one it's oh that's freaking sick that's like a it's like a car deadlift so here's how you know back in the day we're talking about being poor you know what I mean here's like on

Craigslist Hammer Strength ground based deadlift or whatever you know $300 like I get this Pro Maxima ground based squat for 275 instantly was like okay like did you see how I stepped here cuz if I was going to deadlift but literally half

your foot has to be dude that's terrifying so I like well jeez I mean you only it's like a I guess this is a Jefferson but even then my toes are still hanging off the thing Jefferson curl machine yeah my wife keeps telling me to

get rid of it I'm like damn I got to get rid of a lot of stuff do you remember the big red double machine that's what I'm talking about that was the size of a car so I had the gym the master bedroom gym last time or two years ago when you're

here and the floor got destroyed and end up $100,000 renovations I noticed there's something missing in this gym that it really needs there's no fans are you a masochist like box fan like a $20 box fan want you with all the cat fur

and stuff like that you'd be dying you'd be choking up I'll be blowing it in your face yeah you want the stuff to stay settled you know I disrupt it sandbag I see a couple sandbags here we can use these if you want yeah

I'm looking forward to using it that's right keep in mind this is after I vacuumed and cleaned what this is this is after vacuuming and cleaning yeah was saying that you would have had literally one square foot to film remember I told

you that I have to film myself in the mirror's reflection cuz there's nowhere well last time Sam was in here filming she was like standing in one foot in a litter box and like step like you ever use a 203 po k for no for what for not much you can do is that

a 203 yeah that's it it's kind of cool I I don't hate kettle bells at all I think they're great I just don't use them for much but well the funny thing is like so yeah what can you do with it other than

two-handed swings but uh yeah right but I bought this this is all all this equipment is ancient do you buy the kettle bells yeah hell yeah I bought them those are expensive yeah it was back when I was poor too like I have to pay for rent

or I can get super Herculean superhero strong if I swing a 203lb kettle okay I got you so like but I can't swing a 23lb kettle unless I warm up with a 175 a 150 and a 125 so I have to get all of them

the funny thing is I've left these outside before too yeah damn I hope no one but then I'm like all right if you can steal it you you deserve it that's that's why a lot of you can take that up and throw that in your car real fast

you've earned you're going to damage your truck B if you try to put that in your truck like good luck you're throw it your F-150 your nice you know it's it's just like it's just going to roll I left the

stuff outside like that thing's really expensive if anyone drives by like a CrossFit enthusiast like holy [ __ ] that's a giant kettlebell you know what I mean like they see the value in that really

yeah is there any equipment in here that you wish you didn't get rid of that you had at one point that you missed I had the Hammer strength like unilateral leg press I used to love that too I would just like try to put like 1,000 lb like

force on one leg you know what I'm saying I like all those Hammer strength machines I had the Hammer strength like chest press thing too I had the um I had the double Hammer strength chest press dip machine which I didn't I'm upset we got rid of

that cuz that one's perfect when you're training with a partner yeah cuz you could max up chest press while I max out dip at the same time oh man yeah yeah you know what I'm saying you go 2,000 lbs on there but that was a big machine

that took up yeah took that was a car spot basically in the garage what are you use in here most I mean I mean understand the barbell and just a barbell plates what would what would be the weird thing that you use the most um

well honestly I have the Tsunami Bar tsunami yeah yeah we're going to be lifting with that in a second I've never used one this is actually I'm not even there's a reason I've thrown I've thrown a lot of stuff away I've thrown very

good valuable stuff away but I've kept this because I think this really it doesn't it doesn't have a big footprint and it's honestly is it for your groin it's pretty good D I mean I just are you pushing out or pulling in exactly but

there we go okay I got you takes a second to get in the Rhythm yeah you actually do this yeah there the reason I kept it here stir the pot while you do it this is a great warm up appropri full body warm up warm up yeah there you go this is hitting every

muscle I didn't know I had move this mace around while I'm doing the thing yeah using the leg Master oh God that's a heavy mace what am I doing leg master and just move it around like move it how just you know around the

world that's a heavy mace though you're looking very vascular right now and I have to imagine it's cuz the leg Master thick as Frick tsunami stick they send you this yeah that's nice to them yeah have you loaded it past 540 yeah of

course I there you go I didn't realize this had such a good knurling yeah W that feels really good oh wait when you go to public gyms they don't oh this is yours you take it with you hell yeah somebody's like I wish my gym had a

thick as freak tsunami stick you're like it's didn't get your didn't get your own what about the slab of marble I'm surprised it's intact and is that for uh deadlifts carries uh well this was ex is extremely heavy so I said we're not

getting rid of that but here's the thing you don't drop it so it's a good exercise right that looks like a landmine thing I think why looks like a key it looks like a key so this I I saw this and say wow this would be perfect if I combine it

with the sleeve of a barbell and I can change the leverage and finally make this machine usable yeah and you only have one why we can do this if you want not to but this one is oh okay I got you so it's a barbell with one sleeve but this

this is guys if you don't know this is what a barbell looks like without a sleeve on it yeah yeah I wanted you know I was an ego maniac lifter back in the there you know what I mean t Rose I wanted to fit like more

than 12 plates on the side and that bar is bent I believe but the sleeve is shorter on that than that bar that's not bent okay so I said what if I take that one stick that side in the land mine it's a shorter sleeve therefore I'll be

closer to the fulcrum, but then I pop the long sleeve on the side so I can fit more plates on, but it doesn't have that on because I was doing, I was trying to salvage this machine still. Yeah, you're a madman. Yeah, I see like everything has a

story because it's the story behind so much of it is you were trying to salvage one thing with another thing, and then you had to salvage that. Yeah, so everything is, yeah, you could have got what you for $300. Yeah, if I would spend $25 more dollars

Yeah, you had the one light bulb. Yeah, well that was the other one I missed that you had the one light bulb in the room. We're getting there though, that light burned out, that's we're getting there. Need two or three more, no, two more lights to burn out will be

perfect, counting down the the lights burning out until you have the that point. Yeah, I'm uh really I'm already dehydrated. Yeah, you do have a lot of uh multi-grip bars too, two of those, like four SSBs, like five grip bars, like seven

trap bars, two Wiggly bars, there's a bamboo bar.  Master is there anything that you would give anyone a tip if they're like doing Home Gyms, they want a home gym or something like yeah, to start collecting [ __ ] nothing's garbage.
