Hello Unlimited friends. A number of my subscribers have sent in a question about height and how to use the law of attraction to increase their height. So that's what this video is all about. Thank you for your question, and I hope that you will be able to use the information in this video to achieve the results that you're looking for. Hi, I'm Zehra Mahoon from zmahoon.com, and on this channel, we talk about anything and everything that has to do with the law of attraction and using it to create unlimited lives. Okay, so let me ask you a question. How many of you would be really happy if you could increase your height by an inch? And how many of you would be really happy if you could increase your height just by half an inch? So I'm here to tell you that that is possible. The only thing that gets in the way of it actually coming to pass is your belief, and all you have to do is to stop

activating the negative beliefs that are keeping it from happening. How do you do that? Well, there are two ways. There are only two ways for you to get what you want. The first is to stop thinking about it, and the second is to deal with all the negative beliefs that are getting in the way. The first one is the easier way; the second one involves a lot of work. What I'm going to do is I'm going to share both techniques and explain to you how they work. Once you understand it, the principles behind this can be applied to anything that you want in life. Okay, so number one, stop thinking about it. Why do we say that? Well, because every time you think about wanting to be taller, you activate all the negative beliefs that keep you where you are. And number two, every time you think about wanting to be taller, you create attachment to the outcome, which nullifies all the work that you do. So, if you could stop thinking about it, then you would not create attachment anymore.

and if there was no attachment, then that thing that you want, the increase in height, would come rapidly. Number three, every time you talk about or you think about wanting an increase in your height, the universe actually sees it as a tantrum because you're noticing the absence of it, and you're asking for it again and again and again. And the universe does not give you the manifestation that you want if you keep throwing a tantrum. So, those are the three reasons because of which it is far easier to look away from the problem, to step outside the asking mode, as Abraham would say, right? So, Abraham says there are three steps to manifesting everything. Step one, asking. Step two is the universe answers. And step three, you allow it in. Well, if you stay here in step one, which is asking, then you cannot let it in, letting it in, step three. So, you've got to get off step one in order for it to come in, see? So, when you stop asking for an increase

in your height now you are no longer in step one, which means that step three can take place because step two has already happened. Step two happened the first time you asked for it because that was the job of the universe, and the universe never holds anything back. The only reason anything gets held back is that you fail to go from step one to step three, and often that is because you have negative beliefs that are keeping you in step one. So instead of working on those negative beliefs, if you divert your attention and you start thinking about talking about something else, then you automatically open the door to the manifestation that you want because you are now not preventing it from happening. Think about it this way: so the problem, the problem with asking again and again and again is that every time you ask, you make the problem bigger because you're adding your energy to step one, which is asking. Instead, you need to add your energy to step three. Step three is about allowing. How do we

allow something to happen. Well, we allow something to happen by opening the door for it to step in. How do we open the door for it to step in? By not pushing into the door. So, let's say that somebody wants to come in through a doorway, but you put your shoulder in that door and you keep it shut. Now, that person can't come in, can they? But that's what you're doing with this desire that you have. You are asking for this person to come in, but at the same time, you're putting your shoulder into the door so they cannot enter. When you take your attention off the door, you leave the door alone, you go away, and you start doing something else. Now, that person can open the door and they can come in, right? That's exactly how manifestation works. If you keep staying in step one, that is like you putting all your force, all your energy into the door, and you keep that door from opening, even though the universe is on the other side.

ready with your manifestation, wanting to bring it in, but it cannot come in because now the universe has to fight you in order to come in. But as soon as you let go, the door will open easily, right? So that's why Abraham and a lot of other teachers, including myself, say that the easiest way to let a manifestation happen is by taking your attention off the problem. As soon as you do that, as soon as you go somewhere else and do something else and stop thinking about the problem, that door can open. So that's the first technique. The second technique is to actually work on the negative beliefs that are keeping things from happening the way you want them to happen. How do you do that? Well, I can tell you that it takes a lot of work and it takes a lot of presence of mind. You have to be present mentally. You have to be aware of activating those negative beliefs and then turning them around so that they no longer control your

response. So, let me give you an example. Let's say that the thought comes into your mind: I want to be an inch taller, or 2 inches, or 3. And then the next heart you think, which is a comment that one of my subscribers left for me, was to say, I'm 25, so how can it happen now, right? I can't grow anymore. I'm already 25. Well, that's a negative belief because if it is true that anything is possible, then anything is possible. And so, yes, there might be those people who stopped growing at the age of 16 or 18 or 21, but there can be those people who continue to grow past age 25. There's always an exception to the rule, and you can be that exception. So, what you have to do in this thought comes in is you've got to understand that this is a negative belief that is keeping you where you are. You have to find evidence around you to let go of this belief. How do you do that? Well, you say other things.

have happened that nobody thought were possible. Well, in fact, at one point in time, the whole population of the world thought that the world was flat, right? But it wasn't, and it took one man to prove them wrong. And so, they didn't think it was possible. They didn't think that the world was, that the earth was round, right? So, anything is possible. Anything that you want is possible. You just need to remind yourself. And then some people, when they say, Oh, I want to be three inches taller, but how can that happen? My parents are short. And then you look around you, and you see people who come from families that are very tall, and they're not. And so, you're like, Okay, then anything is possible. So, what if my parents are short? I can be tall because there is no rule that says you can't have it. Because when you ask for it, it is always given, and the possibility exists. You just have to let it in. So, every time you think that thought, you have to remind yourself that doesn't

have to happen that way in the same family. You can see children who are tall and children who are not, and it has nothing to do with the parents. It has to do with the way those children think about themselves and think about possibilities. The next thing I want to say to you is that if so, you see how our negative beliefs make us feel that the thing that we want is not possible. Every time you identify a thought that says it's not possible, you have to stop, and you have to tell yourself, I am NOT going to believe in that because I know that exceptions happen, and I want to be an exception, so I'm going to tell myself anything is possible. Anything is possible. And when you do that, when you actually take the time to address each one of those negative beliefs that comes up, then you will root them all out. They're like weeds that are not allowing your flowers to grow, so you have to remove all those weeds. And when you clear the ground, now the

flowers that you plant can grow, and this rule applies to everything that you want, not just to any increase in height. It applies to everything that you want. Everything is possible, provided you stop activating those negative beliefs. You can do that by taking each one of those beliefs, first of all, having the presence of mind to know when a negative belief comes, and then don't leave it there. Don't leave it there to spew its negativity into your life. Deal with it like reading a read and get rid of it, and tell yourself, I'm never believing that thing again. I'm done with that. I'm moving on because I know better now. I know that whatever I know is possible, and I am NOT going to let myself be held back by those kinds of beliefs. Yes, those things might have been true for some people, but they don't have to be true for me because there's always an exception to the rule, and I want to be the exception. So comment below, I have the ability. I can be the exception to

the rule because you can. Anyone can. So, folks, I hope that you found that useful. To summarize, there are only two ways that you can use in order to grow an inch or two or three or four taller, and those are number one, get off the subject, and number two, address all the beliefs that come up as they come up. And I can tell you that you can do a mixture of both these things because sometimes you can look away, and then the thought will come again, and maybe it will have a negative belief attached to it, and you deal with that negative belief that just came up, weed it out, and then turn your attention to something else, something that is pleasant to think about. Because when you do that, you are no longer keeping that door held shut, and that's how the universe works. That's how the law of attraction brings us everything that we want. Take care, folks.
