ultimate leg workouts we're about to do right now. When I say ultimate, I'm talking about quads, inside, front, outside, working the hamstrings, the glutes, the calves, working the entire leg workout here. When I'm talking about pain, you better welcome the pain if you ever want to say hello to the growth. This is going to be extremely painful, and the next day you're going to be handicapped. The DOMS that's going to come in your legs are going to be on the like, like reach back trying to think of [__], but that's what you need to go through. You need to walk through the mud in life, guys, if you ever want to get to the higher ground. That higher ground is where you look in the mirror and you have respect, and you went through the work or sweat equity of it all, and the end product is something you be proud of, a legacy in life that you put your signature to that means something. You're not speaking hollow words, you're backing those [__] up with action.

that's what this workout's gonna be. It's not going to be fun, but that's fine. One hour pain for the rest of your life enjoyment. When you go to a gravesite, guys, you see xyz buried here, right? A year of birth, a dash, and a year of death. It's what you do in the dash that will make someone come to visit that [ __ ] gravestone, whether it's to give respect to you, to be sad about your passing, or to find inspiration from you even though you're dead and gone. It's a legacy you live on past. That's what creates the stories that make somebody, you know, past your time become better through your actions. That's how you reach out and touch souls, guys. What you do in the dash. When you come to the gym, you have a birth and a death as well. You walk into the gym, that's your birth. You walk out of the gym, that's your death. It's what you do in the dash of the gym that will create something that inspires somebody else to come to

the gym. They give you some leg muscles, some calf muscles. They give you the [__] mindset muscle that you can overcome not only your physique in the gym, but the third part is the depth of nature's out there that are constantly saying no, no, no to you, and you keep on saying yes, yes, yes, and you find a way around that [__]. And once you get on top of him, you piss on that [__]. I told you yes, and it is a [__] yes. Life is yes, guys. Excuses create no's. We eliminate excuses through hard work in here, finding the meaning in the dash, ultimate leg workout. Let's do it. It's like a knife driving through it, and it's painful [__] guys, but you know in a weird way, maybe I'm sick in the head. Well, I know that knife's coming in there. I know my muscles are going to a point down a path that's not beating. They're creating their blades trail, making a new path. They're going down a

path and no one's been on, especially them pushing their means, what they're used to. That life represents growth. Every success in life, guys, is masked by temporary pain. Everything in life that's worthwhile, every present you want to unwrap, that you want to get in the inside of that present to get it because you want that present. So, that every present that's worthwhile to you in life is wrapped in pain. Let me say it again. Every present that you've ever received in life, to unwrap that present, to peel the paper off that present, to get inside, you get to read the reward. You must peel away pain. Any present that's wrapped with pleasure is ridden of pain on the inside that you will pay year after year for the rest of your life. Welcome the pain, unwrap the pain, find life. You know what pisses me off, dog? Hell, all these people that come up to me and they go, How do you get in shape? How do you get abs? [Music] You know, as if they're entitled to have abs, as they're entitled to be in shape. If

they're entitled to anything in life. There is no entitlement to life, guys. We live in a free world. That free world gives you the opportunity and the ability to fight for what you want, to have the entitlement. The entitlement is after the finish line, and the race is called hard work. There is no entitlement without a race of hard work, and these people have come up to me, clearly not willing to put the work in, thinking there's some secret out there, and they have the entitlement to be in shape. They should, they deserve that secret or whatever it is, but they're not willing to pay the price of hard work and sacrifice, due diligence, and sweat equity to earn really the value of what the entitlement is. Can kiss my ass. You guys understand that with every gift comes a responsibility, and that gift comes too soon where you'll learn the payments of those building blocks, fundamental of life, of sacrifice and dedication, those things that I always talk about. If you're just given the body

you don't understand the responsibility that you have. [Music] And therefore, you use it in the wrong manner to hurt other people, or you would never hold it that long because you don't know how valuable it is. You haven't gone through the race of hard work to enjoy and be earned the entitlement of that responsibility. The reason why it takes so long to get in shape is because you must go through that process to get in shape up here. And when you're in shape up here, guys, not just the body, your entire dash in between your birth and death date, it's entitlement. Take advantage of today; tomorrow might not exist. Tomorrow, yes, if it comes, great. If tomorrow comes, it's a gift. What we have is a blessing of today. Make today happen, just like reset. If we're going to use that metaphor of life where you have a beginning birth date and a dash of life, and you have your death date, and in the gym is the life of your workout, then you come in, and that's your day, your birthday, right.

when you walk in, as you leave, that's your death of each workout. You have a born date and a dead date of each workout, and the dash in between is the time you're here, your life. Well, those days of your life, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, is set one, two, three, this exercise, one, two, three, that exercise, one, two, three of that exercise. You combine up all those sets to make the dash of your time in the gym valuable, and day after day, that dash starts to glow brighter, harder, faster. You become the person you want to be, so a dash of life is something remembered upon, something that inspires others to live a dash too. Guys, if I come in here, it's like, Get this thing done, I want to get out of here, and what the [ __ ] you ain't even in here for [Music]. What is a growth? The growth of the muscle is a time in which the time in which weight is applied to the muscle, being the muscle's force of taxation on

the muscle. How long of a cross is that? If you do one rip like that, the time is, you know, milliseconds. If you go the same rep, same weight [Music], you're getting 10 times more out of it. So when you guys get into the set, don't rush through it thinking like, Oh, let's get done, get done, get done, get it done. Brings the end state day of death closer with a small dash. You get done in it, you get done for purpose. You give it all your time and effort in the set so your life gets done the way you [__] want to be done.
