So, LG, I mean, it's the broader LG, right? This includes GS, LS, and all of that. If it's not LG, then it's LG man. Today, we decided to look at LG. After looking at LG, we will sequentially check out GS, LS, and LX as well. 

For now, let's focus on LG. The LG Group has many subsidiaries. LG is one of the four major groups in Korea, along with Samsung, Hyundai Motor, and SK. At one point last year, in terms of market capitalization, LG even rose to second place. 

Oh, really? Yes, LG Energy Solution's stock price was doing so well that at that time, in terms of market cap, LG was the highest after Samsung Group. However, currently, LG is lagging behind SK and Hyundai Motor quite a bit. Before we take a closer look at the LG Group, let's first examine its structure.

Currently, there are a total of 63 subsidiaries. Although the text is not very clear, we can see that it includes LG Electronics, LG Chem, LG Household & Health Care, and LG Uplus, as well as HD, HS, and CNS. Today, I will focus primarily on the electronics and chemical sectors, but I will also briefly mention the other companies later.

When you think of LG, what comes to mind? Perhaps the LG Twin Towers, LG Twins, or LG TVs? Yes, and then there's LG Uplus. Those are the things that come to mind. Another well-known aspect of LG is its management philosophy of people-oriented management. This approach emphasizes valuing people, but shareholders might be wondering why they are not being treated with the same level of care. I believe there are many complaints about this within the companies.

I don't know if they care, but it seems like they don't care about the shareholders at all. It seems that way because I once looked into the performance—not the earnings, but the stock price—to see what the situation is. First, if we look at LG Electronics, since it's the largest company in the group, based on last year's data, the stock price has dropped about 5% over the past year. You might think that's not a significant drop, but if we compare it to Samsung Electronics, which used to be a competitor in home appliances, it's a bit different. Samsung, of course, has become heavily focused on semiconductors, so a direct comparison is a bit difficult. However, if we look at the same period, Samsung Electronics, which didn't rise much, still increased by 18%. The heavyweight Samsung Electronics has risen by 18.8% now, and its market capitalization has reached 50 trillion won. In this situation, LG Electronics is really lagging behind.

You might think otherwise, but if you look at this, LG Electronics shareholders will probably feel relieved. LG Energy Solution's stock price has dropped over 40% in the past year. Of course, as you all know, there are various influences, including the growth narrative of electric vehicles. LG Energy Solution has indeed fallen over 40% in a year. Was it the best time for LG Sol to go public? No, it wasn't. After going public, the price actually went up. Oh, really? Yes, it was during the time when electric vehicles were doing really well. So, last year, it significantly boosted LG Group. But LG Energy Solution is still doing okay. When you look at this company, you might think, At least I'm better off. If you check LG Chem's stock price, it has dropped 52% in a year. In the past, it used to be over a million won, right? Yes, it was over a million won, but then...

After the separation, there has been a significant drop. Last year, the battery performance was relatively good. As a result, LGW had a lot of positive performance reflected in the precursor of the cathode material. However, it has dropped quite a bit now. In the case of LGR, there has been some confusion regarding the battery situation, and recently, the petrochemical sector has not been doing well. All of this has compounded, leading to a drop greater than the current stock price. The current stock price is 314,000 won, but it has fallen by 340,000 won over the past year. I think many people must be feeling quite heartbroken about this. This is the situation, and regarding other sectors, although the display industry is not doing well, LG Household & Health Care is still performing at about 11%. Over the past year, the stock price has dropped by about 211%. LG Household & Health Care had already been in a declining state before this, but it rose significantly and then fell again. Looking at the past year, it has decreased by more than 20%. I wondered why LG Household & Health Care was performing so poorly, so I took a look at other companies in the K-beauty sector. Amorepacific has increased by about 49% over the past year, which is a substantial rise. Recently, Colmar, which is also being referred to as a rising star in the cosmetics industry, has increased by about 38%. If we look at LG Household & Health Care over the past three years, it was at 1.5 million won three years ago. After that, it has significantly dropped, almost by a quarter or close to one-fifth. At that time, there were predictions that it would reach 2 million won or 1.8 million won.

It used to be like that. Yes, that's right. Oh, what is it about LG's table tennis that makes it so strong? It used to be that way. I mean, when things were going well, they sold well in China too. Then, Coca-Cola and other products were also selling well. In any case, during that time, from cosmetics to beverages, everything was doing well, around 150, fluctuating back and forth. At that time, everything was really successful. Shampoo was doing well, and detergents were also doing well. Especially in the Chinese market, premium products were very popular, and they were also well-received in duty-free shops. However, now that the sales proportion in China has decreased significantly, it seems that this decline has been fully reflected in the current stock price. As for the rest, companies like Innotech and Uplus are doing quite well.

The company's stock itself doesn't move much, and since the business is doing reasonably well, the volatility isn't very high. However, as I mentioned briefly, companies like LG Chem and LG Energy Solution can be viewed as more serious cases. The former's stock price is indeed stable, but the business has performed very well. I have organized some information about LG Electronics' business, which I would like to share. 

Looking at the major business segments of LG Group, LG Electronics reported a revenue of 21.69 trillion won in the second quarter of this year, which is a 3.5% increase compared to the same period last year. The operating profit also rose to 1.0962 trillion won, marking a 61.2% growth. This is a very high growth rate. In contrast, the chemical sector saw a decline of 14.2%, generating a revenue of 122.29 trillion won, with an operating profit of 450 billion won.

Currently, it has decreased by about 34.4%. Although the display is said to be not good, sales have increased by 41%, reaching 6.7 trillion won. The display sector is performing well. Yes, it is extremely high. OLED technology has been improving a lot lately. As reporter Lee Joo-ho mentioned briefly earlier, the current operating profit is a loss of 93.7 billion won. However, this loss has been reduced to almost half compared to the previous period. Looking at Innotek, it shows solid performance as well. Innotek is doing particularly well in the components sector, as smartphone and smart car parts are selling very well. Therefore, the operating profit has risen to 72.6 billion won. The sales revenue has decreased by 2.7%, but the operating profit remains almost the same at 148.5 billion won.

If you look at the various sectors of the business, they are not bad at all. In fact, there was a lot of talk about how well LG was doing. They are doing well in the automotive sector, and there has been much discussion about how the key to future cars will be electric vehicles. They are also excelling in motors, so it seems that LG might be at the core of electric vehicles. There was a lot of talk about this when they formed a joint venture with Magna for powertrains. Additionally, they are doing well in batteries; at that time, they were mentioned as one of the top players in the world. They are also strong in displays, as the key components for smartphones are increasingly leaning towards displays, with screens getting larger. Just a couple of years ago, there was a lot of talk about how well LG was doing in all these areas.

The stock prices are somewhat different, aren't they? The stock prices vary quite a bit. Every year, I go to CES, and each time I go, I wonder if I should buy LG Group stocks or invest in LG. At CES, it really feels like Samsung and LG are the main players. Samsung does well on its own, but LG thrives with all its companies working together. Many overseas companies collaborate a lot, which indicates that they have strong technological capabilities and possess fundamental technologies. However, after returning and taking some time to gather my thoughts, I check the stock market, and I find that the stock prices have either remained stable or have dropped. It’s often said that the industry and performance do not always align with stock prices, but LG shows a significant gap in this regard. Up until now, I have actually been...

The group's performance is not bad, and in terms of stock prices, they haven't fluctuated much, so I think it's fortunate that there hasn't been any major disappointment. However, looking at the future of the industry, I feel quite uneasy about how LG will manage to create upside. I examined each aspect, and in the case of LG Chem, as many of you know, even though the performance improved significantly in the second quarter, they are still facing many difficulties in the chemical sector. One of the main reasons LG Chem is struggling is due to the impact of LG Energy Solution's performance, but even excluding that, when looking solely at the chemical side, the raw material costs in the petrochemical sector have risen significantly. They are currently facing a direct hit from this situation. So, what about LG?

Chemicals need to change their momentum through new investments, such as the investment in Enla. However, this situation is currently not favorable. China and the Middle East are both entering the refining market, which can be seen as a significant challenge. Particularly, we have been strong in the naphtha sector, but now China is entering this space. Additionally, the Middle Eastern market has traditionally focused on crude oil extraction without refining, as they could simply sell it as is. However, they are now realizing that they can sell more expensive products, which requires refining to create high-value products. As a result, the Middle East is starting to refine as well. This means that companies like LG Chem will face a situation where there will be fewer opportunities across various sectors.

Now, even though LG is currently facing many difficulties, there is an expectation that things will improve from the second half of the year. This optimism is based on the recovery of the Chinese economy. If the economy recovers through China's economic policies, it is expected that there will be an increased demand for high-quality chemical products in China. This would lead to a significant improvement in LG Chem's performance. However, China is now developing its own capabilities, creating its own products, and taking charge of both upstream and downstream processes. As a result, it seems that LG Chem is facing a situation where both ends are blocked. There is no room for maneuver. The prices of raw materials have had a significant impact until now, and if we look back, we can see that due to the Russia-Ukraine war, prices surged after 2022. However, the fact that they have not fallen since then is the biggest issue for LG.

Most chemical products are petrochemical products, so they are significantly affected by the prices of crude oil. As we just mentioned, both now and in the past, prices have been consistently high. In the Middle East, there is ongoing instability; just yesterday, Iran announced that it would seek revenge against Hamas, and while oil prices have slightly decreased today, uncertainty will continue to persist in the second half of the year. 

Another point is that this is closely tied to LG Energy Solution. LG Chem has emphasized since last year that it aims to move away from petrochemicals and significantly increase its focus on advanced materials. The core of this strategy is battery materials, especially for companies like LG.

In some cases, whether it's Hwayu Cobalt or various overseas companies, they are collaborating and forming joint ventures. They are currently developing and producing a lot of cathode materials. As far as I know, in terms of NCM cathode materials, they are ranked about fourth in the world. EcoPro BM is first, followed by two and three being Chinese companies, and LG Chem is fourth. LG Chem is actually a bit of a latecomer in the battery materials sector, but currently, they have a higher supply of NCM than companies that were ahead, such as LNF or POSCO Future M. So, they have been driving the future business of LG with this. However, what has happened? Now, the electric vehicle market is experiencing a slowdown in growth, which has made things quite difficult. But now, the growth slowdown...

As we experience this, LG Chem and LG Energy Solution have faced some difficulties. If these issues are resolved, it is believed that they can eventually rebound. However, there are discussions suggesting that this may take a bit longer than we initially thought. Now, since we've mentioned LG Chem, we should also connect this to SOL. Their performance was not good either. Looking at the second-quarter results, the revenue decreased significantly to 61.9 billion won. In particular, the operating profit is a major concern. This is because, in the case of LG Energy Solution, they are producing a large quantity in the U.S., which means they are receiving substantial tax support from the U.S. government due to the high proportion of their battery cell production being eligible for incentives.

Excluding that, we actually suffered a loss; we were in the red. So, I took apart my PC and brought it in to analyze the data. I compared the operating profits from the first quarter of last year to the second quarter of this year. The total operating profit is represented in green, the net operating profit in blue, and the PC in orange. Originally, last year, the ANC ratio wasn't that high. However, starting from the fourth quarter, the ANC ratio increased significantly. At that time, we were still generating a net profit of about 87.9 billion won, with a net operating profit, and with the addition of AMPC at 250 billion won, the total operating profit was 338 billion won. But starting from the first quarter, we effectively turned to a loss. The AMPC was 18.9 billion won, and when we subtract that, it results in -31.6 billion won. In the second quarter, we received only 44.78 billion won from the IMPC, and when we subtract that, ultimately...

The deficit has reached 22.5 billion won, and we can say that it has effectively recorded a significant loss. Now, while many are discussing growth slowdown and the issues surrounding electric vehicles, I believe that once the growth slowdown is resolved, things will improve. The part I was most hopeful about was GM. In the case of GM and LG Energy Solution, they are creating a joint venture called Ultium Cells, which has a very high supply volume. In the second half of the year, we were expecting models like the Silverado and Equinox to be released. However, those have all been postponed, and the next-generation electric vehicles that were supposed to come out by the end of the year have also been delayed by one to two years. Originally, if we had larger models like the Silverado, the batteries used in them would be two to three times larger than those used in smaller vehicles like the Morning. So now...

I thought the volume would increase significantly, but now it’s being canceled or postponed one after another, so the volume is not going to rise. Right? However, this situation is not only difficult for LG Energy Solution; all the material and component companies under LG Energy Solution are also struggling. In particular, LG Chem, which I mentioned earlier, has all its precursor materials and cathode materials here, and ultimately, everything is getting delayed. As a result, LG Energy Solution and LG Chem are both facing difficulties in succession, and LG Electronics is also affected by this. LG Electronics has automotive components, right? There are automotive components, and since they used to do battery packaging as well, LG Electronics is inevitably going to be significantly impacted by these issues.

There is nothing, and another thing is, as I mentioned earlier, Magna's powertrain. They are trying to take the lead in electric motors globally. In fact, two companies have formed a joint venture. However, GM, which needs to supply, is currently in a situation where it has effectively confirmed a significant reduction in its electrification business. As a result, all major affiliates of the LG Group are directly affected by this. This indicates that LG might face more challenges in the second half of the year than we initially thought. I think it would be good to ask everyone here: among those who drive internal combustion engine cars, how many plan to stick with internal combustion for their next vehicle, or switch to electric? And among those currently driving electric cars, how many will definitely choose electric for their next vehicle, or are considering going back to internal combustion?

I think we should go with a hybrid. It will be interesting to see what the run ratio is. Please type it in the chat. If you leave a message, I will respond. Right now, I'm considering a hybrid, but I have also thought about going electric. I am actually thinking about my next car being an electric vehicle. I need to change my car soon, and I'm looking at either a large SUV or a mid-size vehicle. However, that's just my personal preference. Overall, the market seems to be getting worse, and this is becoming increasingly evident. During the recent conference call, there was some shocking news: Sol's sales target for this year is 20%.

They have reduced the sales target itself. In fact, it's quite rare to lower sales targets, but this time, it acknowledges that the performance is not good and the market is deteriorating. LGN has recognized this. Additionally, the production speed in the U.S. has significantly slowed down, which means that the pace of production cannot be maintained at the same level. The production of fax machines also needs to be adjusted accordingly. Consequently, we can see that productivity is gradually weakening. Furthermore, Tesla has played a significant role in this situation. Tesla is one of the major suppliers for LG Electronics and LG Energy Solution, but they are increasing their reliance on CATL. As a result, the batteries that were previously supplied are now decreasing significantly. Another point is that LGN had high expectations for the second half of this year.

Once Tesla starts introducing the 4680 battery, it will be produced at the Ochang and Gwangju factories, and a lot will be supplied. As you know, Tesla recently announced that if they can't make the 4680 battery work by the end of this year, they will give up. Many people interpret this in two ways. If Tesla decides to abandon the production of the 4680 battery, LG Energy Solution will benefit from it since they can produce the 4680. However, another possibility is that if Tesla gives up on producing the 4680 battery, they might not use it at all. In that case, the order for the electrode tabs worth 6 trillion won that Tesla has already placed could also be canceled. This would essentially result in significant losses for LG, which is a concerning aspect right now.

This can be considered a part. Let me summarize the survey results for you. Generally, those who have driven electric vehicles tend to switch to hybrids or continue with electric cars. On the other hand, those who have driven internal combustion engine vehicles either stick with them or opt for hybrids, but they don't seem to transition to electric cars easily. Overall, hybrids are currently the most popular choice for the next vehicle. The survey results reflect public sentiment, showing that hybrids are favored these days. Toyota recently announced that their second-quarter performance exceeded 100 trillion won. However, when it comes to hybrid cars, I prioritize the exterior design over performance. That's right; I buy cars based on their looks. I haven't seen many attractive hybrid cars until now, but they are starting to emerge. Brands like Porsche and Ferrari are now releasing hybrid models.

Yes, the hybrid models are coming out a lot now. And Genesis is also set to release its models. Oh, Genesis is expected to come out around 2026. Models like the GV will be released. Also, Hyundai is set to release the successor to the Palisade next year, which will also have a 2.5 hybrid option. Currently, we have the 1.6 hybrid. Hyundai and Kia are focusing on the 1.6 hybrid, which has been used in models like the Avante, Carnival, and Staria. The Carnival and Staria are using the 1.6 hybrid. It is possible to use it, and honestly, it’s okay for one to three people. However, in the case of the Staria, since it can carry a lot of luggage, you can feel that it lacks power. The biggest advantage of hybrid vehicles is fuel efficiency, but the fuel efficiency is not great.

As a result, Hyundai is now introducing the 2.5 hybrid through the Palisade, with a strategy to expand primarily in the North American market and then into the domestic market. A 2.5 engine is necessary for such a large vehicle to operate effectively. Currently, Lexus and Toyota are both using 2.5 engines. Speaking of LG Electronics, they are actually doing well in their business. However, doing well could also pose challenges. If I could have the management performance data displayed again, I would explain why I have broken down all the business divisions. The largest revenue source for LG Electronics comes from refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. Even now, when we think of LG, we remember the days when we used to say, I love you, referring to the LG brand. That LG, which was known for its home appliances, is still the same LG. This situation is causing significant concern for LG Electronics.

What should we pursue in terms of future business? One of the things we did in the past was smartphones, but we have moved away from that. Now, we are gradually exploring other areas, and currently, we are preparing a lot in the automotive parts sector. However, the sales scale is still not very large, and the operating profit is even smaller. Therefore, especially in the H& sector, which includes refrigerators and washing machines, we are seeing sales of about 8 trillion, almost 9 trillion won per quarter. While we should certainly commend what we do well, there is a need to adjust the weight of this sector. In fact, if a company like LG is to grow, it should follow the example of Samsung, which expanded from home appliances to TVs, smartphones, and semiconductors.

We need to prepare for a new industry, and there are preparations being made at the LG Group level. They are currently working very hard on AI. I mean, if we have this level of strength in home appliances, it wouldn't be bad to integrate AI well into them and dominate the global home appliance market, right? That would be really great. LG has probably dreamed of such a future. 

But do you know what LG AI is? There are many people who are not aware of LG AI. LG AI, right? The name is Saon. This is not something that LG Electronics is developing; it's something that the LG Group itself is currently creating, like AI speakers or something similar. 

Yes, they are working on generative AI now. LG, especially Chairman Koo Kwang-mo, is directly leading this initiative and is at the forefront of it.

There are some people who often confuse On with Sion on Google. I had asked about this name before. Now, it's not Exa. In the past, X Canvas was doing well, but IX Canvas is okay; it's not Exa. However, regarding the company itself, everyone, including Jeongpro, doesn't know much about it. I didn't know much either. While covering a story a while back, I found out that they were holding an event in Magok, and I saw that they had created a company. In fact, I heard that a new version, 2.0, will be released next month. Nobody knew about this, right? So, where was it being used? It was only used within LG Electronics and its affiliates, mainly in smart factories and various processes. They were using on-device AI without anyone knowing, but LG is utilizing this on-device AI.

We are strengthening our influence, and now there's Jim Keller. We collaborated with him to create something new, but the biggest issue is that it is not visible. Even with version 2.0, we still do not have a clear business model for how to utilize this technology, which is the main problem. LG is saying the opposite. They mention that companies like Google and OpenAI have developed highly efficient language models that many people are using, but they are struggling with how to monetize them because there is no business model. However, we are trying to develop a business model through our own usage. The problem is that while we can use it internally, other companies need to purchase it for us to generate revenue. But those companies are looking at Google or OpenAI.

There are questions about whether there is a reason to use LG instead. When it comes to AI, people in Korea tend to think of companies like Naver or SK first; LG is not usually the first name that comes to mind. LG... I think we need to change the name. When people hear it, it gives off a very difficult image. For example, look at X Canvas. It has an unknown, mysterious, or very grand feeling, right? Yes, it’s a TV. But X45 is a bit difficult. Let's start by changing the name. Here, ChatGPT is easy, but Gemini is a bit hard to pronounce. Because of that, it seems like people are searching for ChatGPT a lot. Of course, there is also the first-mover advantage.

It will be possible, but it doesn't quite fit perfectly. I will try to make an offer later with a good name for the sound. I should contact Chairman Kook Gang-mo. Actually, it would be right for him to reach out to me first to make a request. The reason is that the name is very important for latecomers. It's extremely important. The first movers can go with overwhelming strength without needing a name. They can even create a trend with their name. However, for latecomers, having a name that can be memorable to people is crucial, and of course, the technology must support it. The image given to those people is important, but it cannot be just sound. LG is currently putting a lot of effort into B2B versus business.

In the case of B2B, they are now independently conducting business in the corporate sector. They have incorporated many products like refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. However, this is closely tied to the construction market. When the construction market is doing well, built-in air conditioners, system air conditioners, and built-in refrigerators are in high demand. People really love LG products, right? My previous home had an LG built-in system air conditioner. However, there are some concerns about the construction market lately, which is leading to a somewhat negative outlook for the B2B business as well. Another aspect is the automotive parts business. The growth potential in this sector is very high, but in comparison to that growth, its contribution to overall performance is still quite minimal.

Right now, it may seem insignificant, but if LG continues to grow, it will be fine. However, when I look at the parts where LG can break in, I realize that there aren't as many opportunities as I expected. If you look at the top 10 component companies, you can see names like ZF and Hyundai Mobis. However, LG Group's parts companies are not listed among them. If you go down to about 50th place, you might find them. So, I tried to organize a comparison of sales performance based on the second quarter. Hyundai Mobis is currently ranked 6th globally, and if we look at it as a pure parts company excluding batteries, it ranks 5th with sales of 14.65 trillion won and an operating profit of 630 billion won. In comparison, Samsung's Harman International, which is part of Samsung Electronics, has sales of 3.62 trillion won and an operating profit of about 320 billion won.

This can be considered to be at a scale similar to that of Hyundai Transys. What is Transys? It is a company that manufactures powertrains and seats, and it ranks around 30th in the global parts ranking. In comparison, Harman International is around 302nd in that ranking. As for seats, wasn't it that Daewoo Automotive Systems (DAS) used to make them well? Yes, DAS. You know that’s not true, right? They are the ones that make seats. That's correct. They are not a subsidiary of Hyundai but rather a partner company. Additionally, LG Electronics' Vehicle Solutions division has a revenue of about 2.69 trillion won, which would place it between 42nd and 52nd in the global ranking. However, it has been experiencing rapid growth until now, and what it can achieve moving forward ultimately depends on the performance of Magna's powertrain division. Yes, LG Electronics is number one in the world in that regard.

The telematics sector is number one in the world. What is telematics? It's the communication connection in cars. We are number one in that area, but the cost is low, and even if we sell a lot, it doesn't bring in much money. Therefore, LG is currently focusing on preparing for autonomous driving and smart cockpit technology, which includes the dashboard and the overall interior configuration. They are trying to develop a comprehensive platform. In that regard, who do we need to surpass? We need to surpass Harman. Harman is the world leader in smart cockpit technology. Of course, LG is number one in telematics technology itself, but the OTA technology that we commonly know about—over-the-air updates—actually has its foundational technology in Harman.

In terms of infrastructure, LG is currently in the lead, and you could say that the actual money is flowing there. So, LG first needs to surpass Harman. However, surpassing Harman is not easy at the moment. In the past, Hyundai Motor Company was a major customer of LG and Harman, as Hyundai is the third-largest company globally. Initially, they used a lot of Harman products, but around 2018, Samsung acquired Harman. After that, they suddenly changed all of Hyundai's speaker lineup, including Genesis, to Bose and replaced all electronic components with LG products. From that point on, LG Electronics' electronic components business really got on track. However, recently, the atmosphere between Samsung and Hyundai has been improving.

Yes, it is actually getting better. If you look at yesterday, Chairman Lee Jae-yong is leading discussions, and it seems that he might meet with Elon Musk soon. Currently, Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Group are trying to establish a relationship. It's not finalized yet, but because of this, LG Electronics might be facing a bit of a crisis. Rather than a crisis, it could be that they are missing out on some opportunities. So, the important question is, how should LG Electronics make money? 

First of all, they need to leverage what they are good at. What are they good at? As I mentioned earlier, they excel in refrigerators and washing machines. They have been successful in selling hardware, and now they need to focus on the software side that can be developed from that hardware.

We need to strategize, especially since LG excels in the OS market. You know that many TVs use webOS, right? A lot of people think of it just as a TV operating system, but it's not limited to TVs; it can be used across all home appliances. Recently, it has even started to be used in automotive applications. This is why LG is currently ranked around third or fourth in the world. 

They have been selling refrigerators well, and the center of the smart home IoT ecosystem is now the refrigerator. Samsung is trying to catch up with LG, but the fact that LG is slightly more advantageous is that it is centered around IoT. Because of this, the center of IoT functionality is now shifting towards refrigerators. This means that refrigerators are being equipped with things like PCs, displays, and CPUs.
