In court, the prosecutor dismissed the suspect's charges of obstructing official business, assault, and one count of reckless operation of a vehicle. The suspect pleaded not guilty to the remaining charges, later amending her plea to no.

contest and was found guilty by the court. The suspect was sentenced to 50 days, with 35 days in jail suspended, and issued $375 in suspended fines. The court ordered the suspect to pay the remaining $630 in court costs.
